二、建行面试注意事项：

1、银行对专业知识要求并不高，除非你是学金融、经济专业的硕士或博士研究生，否则，一般银行面试不会给你提出高深的银行专业问题。

2、银行的面试要求你具备的能力：

(1)出色的个人素质

这一点上，要求你和他们交谈的时候，充分显示你的个人素质和良好的可塑性;同时，更重要的一点是，让他们觉得你是一个可信的人，这点很重要。

(2)专业

你的专业最好是 经济，会计，金融 三大主要专业。

其实，专业没有特别要求，关键看关系。有关系，什么专业都可以进银行。

(3)资历

如果你是应届毕业生的话，这一点可以略去不读。进银行不一定有银行工作经历，但是最好还是有相关经历，比如企业会计、理财师等等。这对于你中标可是很重要的。

(4)相关证书

比如 会计师资格证、律师资格证等都很有用。

(5)较好的表达能力

有很好的沟通能力，是很关键的。因为目前银行业招聘，大多偏重市场一线人员，他们的中标率也比会计、储蓄等柜台人员高很多，如果你的表达能力很好，会是你一项很大的资本。

银行面试中应试者是否能够将自己的思想、观点、意见或建议顺畅地用语言表达出来。银行面试中考察的具体内容包括：表达的逻辑性、准确性、感染力、音质、音色、音量、音调等。

银行面试主要看应试者对主考官所提的问题理解是否准确，回答的迅速性、准确性等。银行面试对于突发问题的反应是否机智敏捷、回答是否恰当。对于意外事情的处理是否妥当等。

要注意跟台下评委的眼神配合，眼睛的视线不要一直停留在讲稿上，银行面试时要使台下的每一个评委都以为你在看他们，注视着他们。要面带微笑，不要太严肃。

(6)赏心悦目的外表

在学校期间，我始终以提高自身的综合素质为目标，以自我的全面发展为努力方向，树立正确的人生观、价值观和世界观。通过四年的学习和生活，并参加多次社会实践，我有健全的人生观，正确的政治方向，有一定的分析问题、解决问题的能力，有较强的动手能力。脚踏实地是一个立足社会的根本，也是我时刻铭记的一句话。拥有良好的职业素质和职业操守，能够忠于自己的企业，将个人的职业生涯规划与企业的发展紧密的结合。勇于创新，善于开创，能承受较高的工作压力;吃苦耐劳，注重合作，具有年轻人火一样的工作热情和活力。

身为班长的我，在三年的时间里，组织班级各种各样的活动。通过组织这些活动，提高自己的组织协调能力，加强团队合作意识。同时也让我充分认识到，个人的能力毕竟很有限，只有通过团队合作，集思广益，取长补短，才能更好的完成工作。营销也是一种服务。既然是一种服务，就应该做到让大家满意，用热情和真心去做。激情，工作中不可或缺的要素，是推动我们在工作中不断创新，全身心投入工作的动力。激情加上挑战自我的意识，我相信我能胜任这份工作。

师兄师姐们好!我叫李坚，是xx级信管1班的同学。能站在这个讲台上参加学生会XX部门的面试，我非常激动，但也非常紧张，毕竟学生会面试是一个竞争的地方!

学生会是为同学服务的地方，有人对我说过，为别人服务的原动力是热情，唯有热情是从内心迸发出来的力量，可以驱动自己为别人贡献自己的力量。那么我想说我很适合加入学生会，因为我就有着为别人服务的热情，我喜欢帮助别人。当然，仅有着份热情是不足以为为同学服务的，还需要一定的学习和工作能力，我不敢夸大海口说我有多么强的能力，但我会实践中，用行动证明我能行。
