今天说一下时间管理。昨天，有个朋友找我，他说现在的时间总觉得不够用，但是一天下来又觉得没做什么事。其实，这就是时间管理上有问题。

相信大家也都看过不少有关时间管理的书或者文章，最常用的，就是TO DO LIST了，也叫四象限时间管理法。就是把事情按照重要和紧急两个不同的程度进行划分。这个时间管理法还是比较不错的，但是，再好的时间管理法也不会将24小时变成48小时，一分钟都不会多。人一天只有24小时，用时间管理法也只不过是让我们更加充分的利用我们的每一分每一秒。

但是，任何一个时间管理法，都需要一个硬性的要求，那就是要求一个人要有足够的自控力。

其实我们觉得时间不够用，很大程度上都是因为在做一件事情的时候我们不能够专心。比如我在写文章的时候，一篇文章用心写的话一个小时左右绝对够用。但是，如果我写文章的时候，一会打开手机看看，一会和别人聊聊天，一会又想起昨天的事没有做，一会又想着周末去哪玩中午吃什么饭，那么我这篇文章很可能就需要三四个小时才能完成了。人在被打断思考的情况下，是很难再续前缘的，就像我们晚上做的梦，要想接着昨天的梦继续做，那不是我们的能力范围内。

所以，在写一篇文章（其它事也一样）的时候，如果能一次性写完，就尽量不要分两次，两次做完的事情，肯定没有一次做完的事情效率高完成质量高。

其次就是不要模仿。

现在的人，大多数都喜欢模仿别人，无论做事方式，还是时间分配上。但是，你们也不想想，你是他吗？你们的目标一样吗？你们的梦想一样吗？你们的家庭条件和身处的环境一样吗？你们每天要做的事情一样吗？我真的不信，这世上有完全相同的两个人，可以参照，不要全抄。

刻意去模仿别人，如果你能达到相同的效果，那么自己内心当然舒畅。但是如果没有达到，那么你的内心除了羡慕别人外，还有对自己深深的自责。所以，请合理规划自己的时间，参照别人学习别人的长处是好事，但一味模仿对自己只是一种伤害。就比如说，很多人都觉得早起是好事，又是凌晨四点，又是凌晨五点的，但如果你的工作要求你必须凌晨一点才能睡觉，你还非要去凌晨四点起床，那对自己真的只有伤害。

最后就是那些碎片化时间。碎片化时间倒不会决定一个人是否能够成功，但却觉得你能够走多远。从不利用碎片化时间的人能够成功吗？当然能，只不过他不会走的很远。

碎片化时间，是什么时间？比如懒床起床的时间、洗刷的时间、等公交（地铁）坐公交的时间、等电梯的时间等，这些都是碎片化的时间。但是并不是每个时间都可以去利用的，比如你等个电梯只需要几秒，那些时间你就算是想利用也不好利用，在利用时间的同时，我们同样要注意我们的身体安全。

但是，碎片化时间管理虽然也挺重要的，但是如果我们连平时工作时的时间都管理不好，那么就不要说碎片化时间了。做事我们要分得清主次，这里又要用到那个TO DO LIST。但无论怎么样，都需要我们足够用心。还有最重要的一点是，一定要合理安排休息，一个合理的休息才能让自己的身体足够健康，有了健康，一切才有意义。

Last night， I saw a great film， Forrest Gump. I am greatly impressed by this film， by the stories of Forrest Gump. Forrest Gump was born in a small village. He was born mentally retarded， and he was discriminated by others. But his mother is a strong female who encourages Gump to be strong and live the same as normal people. Besides，he meets Jenny， a tragic but kind-hearted girl. With the love of his mother and Jenny， Forrest Gump begins his running all his life. I am moved by his strong will，kindness and optimism. There are many miracles in his all life which seem impossible to him. But I know is reasonable， because he wins them with his noble personalities.

现代社会的生活是快节奏的，这种快节奏的生活也让我们的时间变得碎片化了，令人难以掌控。但事实上，只要我们能够将这些碎片化的时间利用好，管理好，那么成功，就在不远处。

我从小学习小提琴，每周我都会花大约三小时来练习小提琴，一次一小时，每周三次，这是我在上中学前养成的雷打不动的习惯。

然而进了初中后，这个习惯不得不被改变。补习班，老师布置的作业，自己买的课外辅导作业等等各种各样的事情总是占据着我大把大把的时间，所以练琴也不得不停止。等我再次拿起琴时，我发现我对琴的把控和熟练完全消失，取而代之的是生硬的指法和刺耳的琴音。

当我来到琴行将考级曲目练给老师听的时候，老师皱起眉头，问我为什么会如此生硬，我便将问题告诉了他。老师听后，并没有直接回答我，而是向我讲述了他的经历。

“我九岁那年开始学琴，那时的我像你一样，只要有空就会去练琴，把练琴作为一种乐趣”老师看了看我，继续说道“过了几年，我也面临着和你一样的问题，学业繁重，根本没有大把大把的时间练习。但我有一点和你不一样，那就是我发现我每天有很多零零碎碎的时间没有被利用，所以我就用这些零散的时间练琴，一段一段地练，最后既没有影响我的学习，也没有荒废我的小提琴。”讲到这里，老师停了下来，喝了一口水，看着我道“你回去也试试看，你既不笨，也不懒，如果你也像我一样，你一定能够考过的！”

于是，我开始寻找我生活中的碎片时间，利用这些时间练琴。晚上放学到家，等妈妈烧饭，十分钟，练两段考级曲目；吃好饭，有五分钟时间休息，够我练三次音阶；写完作业又能休息五分钟，再练一遍自选曲目……一段，又一段，再来一段。我努力地利用着每一段空余时间，让每一段碎片时间都能得到利用。我统计过，这样练下来，一周能练三小时，又能和以前一样了。

结果不出老师的预料，我在当年十月份的考试中以优异的成绩顺利通过了考试，拿到了十级证书，学完了业余级。

现代的人们应该学会做碎片时间的主人，管理并利用好这些碎片时间。如果学会了这些，那么成功，就一定在不远处等着你！

有句老话是时间等于金钱。但时间真的一定等于金钱吗?未必。首先时间比金钱宝贵。金钱花完还可以再挣，而时间如果浪费了就一去不复返了。因此某种程度上，时间是无价的。其次，并不是所有的时间都能变为金钱。有些人整日游手好闲，他们的时间是用来浪费的，而不是用来挣钱的，最终将一无所得。因此务必要记住，只有努力工作，时间才能等于金钱。

Time Doesn＇t Definitely Mean Money

As a popular saying goes, Time is money. But does time definitely mean money? I don＇t think so. First of all, time is more precious than money. When money is spent, you can earn it back if you want to. However,when time is gone, it will never come back. To some extent, time is priceless. Second, not all time can be turned into money in the end. Some persons are idling all the time. Their time is just for wasting, not for earning money. They will end in nothing at last. So be sure to remember that time can be turned into money only with hard work involved in it.
