但是，任何一个时间管理法，都需要一个硬性的要求，那就是要求一个人要有足够的自控力。

其实我们觉得时间不够用，很大程度上都是因为在做一件事情的时候我们不能够专心。比如我在写文章的时候，一篇文章用心写的话一个小时左右绝对够用。但是，如果我写文章的时候，一会打开手机看看，一会和别人聊聊天，一会又想起昨天的事没有做，一会又想着周末去哪玩中午吃什么饭，那么我这篇文章很可能就需要三四个小时才能完成了。人在被打断思考的情况下，是很难再续前缘的，就像我们晚上做的梦，要想接着昨天的梦继续做，那不是我们的能力范围内。

所以，在写一篇文章（其它事也一样）的时候，如果能一次性写完，就尽量不要分两次，两次做完的事情，肯定没有一次做完的事情效率高完成质量高。

其次就是不要模仿。

现在的人，大多数都喜欢模仿别人，无论做事方式，还是时间分配上。但是，你们也不想想，你是他吗？你们的目标一样吗？你们的梦想一样吗？你们的家庭条件和身处的环境一样吗？你们每天要做的事情一样吗？我真的不信，这世上有完全相同的两个人，可以参照，不要全抄。

刻意去模仿别人，如果你能达到相同的效果，那么自己内心当然舒畅。但是如果没有达到，那么你的内心除了羡慕别人外，还有对自己深深的自责。所以，请合理规划自己的时间，参照别人学习别人的长处是好事，但一味模仿对自己只是一种伤害。就比如说，很多人都觉得早起是好事，又是凌晨四点，又是凌晨五点的，但如果你的工作要求你必须凌晨一点才能睡觉，你还非要去凌晨四点起床，那对自己真的只有伤害。

最后就是那些碎片化时间。碎片化时间倒不会决定一个人是否能够成功，但却觉得你能够走多远。从不利用碎片化时间的人能够成功吗？当然能，只不过他不会走的很远。

碎片化时间，是什么时间？比如懒床起床的时间、洗刷的时间、等公交（地铁）坐公交的时间、等电梯的时间等，这些都是碎片化的时间。但是并不是每个时间都可以去利用的，比如你等个电梯只需要几秒，那些时间你就算是想利用也不好利用，在利用时间的同时，我们同样要注意我们的身体安全。

但是，碎片化时间管理虽然也挺重要的，但是如果我们连平时工作时的时间都管理不好，那么就不要说碎片化时间了。做事我们要分得清主次，这里又要用到那个TO DO LIST。但无论怎么样，都需要我们足够用心。还有最重要的一点是，一定要合理安排休息，一个合理的休息才能让自己的身体足够健康，有了健康，一切才有意义。
