I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. 接着，是联系齐步走，在前一天，之前的刘教官已经教过我们了。他对我们女生的起步走十分的不满意，总是说我们走的不整齐。教官已经下了口令：“齐步走，一二一，一二一……”我很认真的走着，余光努力的标齐上一名同学的手臂，努力的走着“立定。”教官下了停止的口令，“一二”我心里默数着，手脚并用的停住了脚步。“嗨，简直是千手观音呀。”教官双手环抱着，一摇头，煞有其事的点评着。我心里十分不服气，“怎么，真的就这样不齐么!”我在心里嘀咕着。“第一排，向后转，齐步走。”教官又下了个命令。我又重复着上一次的动作，依旧催眠者自己想一代机器人般的向前行走。“嗨，千手观音，真是千手观音”……

停止了训练，教官又带着我们做了一个简单的游戏，因为我们合唱队今天下午要录音，所以我们提前半个小时就离开了队伍。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀！快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗？”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

考拉小巫有字幕组的经历，我认为这可能是她英语突飞猛进的一个关键因素。她在做电影字幕，很多时候有听译，听译实际上我们平时的听写是差不多的，而且字幕是要见人的，所以从头到尾容不得一点马虎，可以说，考拉小巫在强迫自己一次一次做高强度听写+理解输出。而且在听译这么多电影的过程中，她一定大量有反复听同一电影的经历。所以，她被她嚼烂了的电影的量，甚至高过一部分人泛读的量。精听精读是提高技能的一个关键步骤，如果她精听的量超过了普通人精读的量，那么我们有理由相信，她至少在接收信息这一方面，有了很大的提高。
