今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

loneliness. According to the survey, China had 564 million Internet users at the

end of last year and 180 million single people. And the single people are the

main force of the China’s spending power. The debut was a great success. Then

“11.11” has an unusual meaning, which stands for on-line shopping carnival.

Comparing with the traditional shopping, the cyber shopping has more

distinguish features, which quite fit the young generations’ taste. People do

not need to go outside, just click their mouse, the goods will be home. The best

part is you can do it anywhere, anytime. All you need is a credit card. What we

can predict in the future is that on-line shopping is not going to fade away,

instead, it will boost like the mushrooms after spring rains.

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in dongguan. my parents are both very busy. they leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When i am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. we talk about my studies, my health and my school life. i love my parents very much.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. my grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.chinese people eat rice for every meal, but i don’t like rice because i think it is tasteless! we eat meat, fish and vegetables. my family eats noodles and congee. my favorite is noodles.

I often play computer games because i like it so much. i often watch japanese cartoon movies with my parents on the weekends. on long holidays we take trips, too.

听老辈讲，端午节的来历是这样的。

记得小时侯，端午节，我随父母去外婆家，当时外婆家那里端午节比较昌盛，几乎每年都要划龙船。今年也不例外。

当时，我家大舅舅身强力壮，也参加了划龙船比赛。

天下着小雨，我吃着黄澄澄香喷喷的糯米粽子，坐在老爸肩上，放眼一看，才知道我们夹在人群里。那大大小小成千上万把五颜六色的雨伞，成了一道奇观，一道亮丽的风景线，这时，我才知道，观众是有多少，——数不清;并把大江两岸围了个水泄不通。

江上，远远的只见八条三丈多长一米宽的龙舟，停在江中，每条龙船上各有十八人，一人在龙头擂鼓指挥，一人在船尾掌舵，中间十六人，分列龙舟两侧。每条龙舟就是一个独立团队，每个团队着装整齐，队员个个生龙活虎。比赛开始了，八条龙舟，象离弦之箭，队员们跟着鼓点的节奏，挥舞着船浆，喊着整齐雄壮号子，“一二、一二、一二……”龙舟越来越快，八条龙舟齐头并进，争先恐后，象八条鲛龙争夺东海明珠。一眼，一条黄龙飞跃过终点，比赛结束。所有观众一起鼓掌。比赛真精彩呀!

Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. Ice sculptures in the ice sculpture hall are lifelike. It stood the ancient "Four Beauties": Sha Shi, Mochizuki Pipa Wang Zhaojun, Diao Chan, Yang dancing, all lovingly pathetic. The side see also the twists and turns of the bridge deck and handrails, sparkling, shining. There are all kinds of ice sculptures at the side of the bridge. It was found that the eaves of a unique Pavilion were flying, the pillars were beautiful, and the chairs were exquisite, so that people could not help sitting down and resting for a while. 今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊！今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

一、日记的格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。而日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：sunny, fine, rainy, windy, snowy, cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如： december 18, xx 或者 dec. 18, xx

a) september 1, xx或september 1st, xx也可省略写成sept. 1, xx或sept. 1st, xx；b)the 1st of september in xx(月份不可以缩写)

b)只有月、日

september 1或september 1st(月份可以缩写)

c)只有年、月

september xx或the september of xx(月份不可以缩写)

以上的1或1st都应读作the first。

2.星期也可以省略不写，可将其放在日期前或后，星期和日期之间可以不用标点，但要空一格，星期也可缩写。

3.天气情况必不可少。天气一般用一个形容词如 :sunny, fine, rainy, snowy 等表示。写在日期之后，用逗号隔开，位于日记的右上角。如：

二、日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。但由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

三、日记的类型和训练

日记分为记事型、议论型、描写型和抒情型。建议大家在学习写日记的过程中，可按以下步骤进行：

①将一天所经历的主要事情和过程依次简要地记下来，不附加任何感情色彩，这是最简单的记日记的方法；

②阅读别人的日记，并利用所学过的句型来表达个人在一天中观察到的或感受到的事情。

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. I was bored. So I wanted to travel to Hong Kang. I told my father my decision. To my surprise, my father agreed. My father thought I always at home was bad.
