另外，黄校长还用七句话给我们总结了出简报的准则。我在此特作摘抄，留作学习。刊头设计形成系列，统筹组稿适时装满，拟定标题变换字体，控制字数及时增减，统一版式疏密有致，图文并茂以文为主，书面校对复制有方等。

总之，出好一份简报是一门学问，而且还是门大学问。
