Nowadays, with the development of technology, many young people stay

indoors and play computer all the time. Especially for those who stay up very

late or go out to play for fun until midnight, then they wake up at noon the

What’s more, many a student spends much money buying unnecessary items. As far as Iam concerned, it’s high time that we fought against wasting. Here’re my suggestions. Firstly, I think our school should carry out various activities to arouse students’ awareness of saving. Secondly, relevant rules and regulations are supposed to be made to punish those who waste things. Most importantly, we should form the habit of saving from now. It has been two years since I first got to university. Some of my

classmates say that the college life is boring, because they have plenty of time

The power of insistence is great, it will help you set free your potential

and keep move on. Just for the players, they will face all kinds of incidences

now and then, but the will to insist will make them finish the game. Sometimes,

people win the game not because of their excellent skills, but their strong

will. Those who can stick on to the final line will win people’s applause.

What’s more, when people insist to finish the game, it is the respect that

We can see such signs as “No Smoking” in some public places, which is a

kind of measure taken to ban smoking in public places. However, concerning about

this measures, different people hold divergent opinions. The smokers protest

against that it is a kind of action to deprive of their free right, while the

non-smokers are in favor of banning smoking in public places.

In my opinion, I am inclined to support the latter one—smoking should be

banned in public places. There are reasons accounting for my point. For one

thing, people will be harmed by the second-hand smoking if someone smokes in

public places, especially the infants and children. For another, banning smoking

in public places is also beneficial to the smokers. If they are banned to smoke

in public places, they will restrain themselves from smoking and smoke less. In

the meantime, it is a contribution to reduce the air pollution.

Therefore, I advocate that smoking in public places should be banned so

that we can breathe the fresh air and suffer less from the second-hand smoking.
