今天,妈妈带我和妹妹到嘉峪关看冰雕.

嘉峪关--是万里长城的“最后一站”，又名雄关，遥遥望去那蜿蜒的长城在崇山峻岭间向远出延伸，让我不禁想起古代劳动人民的智慧和劳动，不由的让我崇然起敬。

冰雕在嘉峪关的雄关广场上,心灵手巧的冰雕工匠们精心雕琢的各式各样的冰雕艺术真多。有栩栩如生的十二生肖，有雄伟壮观的长城，还有有趣的迷宫和滑梯......我们仿佛置生于一个晶莹剔透的冰雪王国，陶醉于其中的我们，似乎忘记寒冷，尽情享受着无穷的乐趣。

今年是鼠年，有许多的老鼠，顽皮的小老鼠吹者唢呐，打着小鼓，背着粮食，带着丰收的喜悦，迎接新的一年，小老鼠们打着灯，手持鞭炮，拿着对联，向来来往往的游客们祝福!仿佛在说着鼠年大吉，吉祥如意......

不同的地方有不同的生活特色，广州的春节颇有一番独特的风俗。

在我的记忆中，广州的春节是在腊月的初旬就开始了。这段时间，大家都会准备好年货。因此，大街上，商店里，都是一派人山人海的景象。同时，家家户户都会熬制腊八饭。在广州，腊八饭也叫作糯米饭。糯米饭的制作方法是比较简单的，先要准备好洗过的糯米。同时，将各种配料放入锅中爆炒至香。糯米饭的配料也是五花八门的：有冬菇、鸡蛋、鱿鱼、腊肉、葱......之后把糯米放入瓦锅。在饭差不多焖好时，将喷香的配料放在饭的表面。大概等半个小时，待饭色泽呈金黄色后便可以慢慢享用。光闻香味就忍不住吃一口。

每家每户都必须在大年三十这一天大扫除，希望在新的一年里，呈现出一派万象更新的场面。

广州的花市无不体现出花城的美誉。花市内人头攒动，每个人的脸上都透露出对春节的喜悦。花儿也是在争奇斗艳。

年初一到了!新的一年又开始了!在过年期间，大家互相拜年，互相走访，直到正月十五结束。

元宵上市了，春节的又一个高潮到了。在这一天，家家店铺张灯结彩，迎接这隆重而热闹的节日。一家人也其乐融融地聚在一起吃汤圆，晚上去广场看花灯。

不知不觉，春节结束了。学生们上学，大人们上班。春节在人们的欢声笑语中闪过了，人们又开始了新一年的忙碌.......

春节是我们中国农历的新年，所以过年对我们中国人而言非常重要的!因此，春节前的准备也是必不可少的。

过年了!过年了!家家户户忙着贴春联，剃头发，做年夜饭……要做的事情太多了，而且“规矩”太多了!有些习俗还很怪，无奈之下，我就去问正在贴春联的妈妈。

我看见妈妈将“福”字倒着贴，我固然知道为什么要倒着贴，将‘福’字倒着贴是一种习俗，‘福’倒贴说明‘福’倒(到)了!但我仍然问道：“过年有什么习俗和规矩啊?”妈妈停下手中的活，耐心地给我谈起来。

原来，以前过年还有一种放鞭炮的习俗，来源于“年兽”的故事。很久以前有一只“年兽”，长期居住深海底，到了除夕就跃出海面到处作恶。有一年一个老人用放炮，穿红衣，贴红春联的方法驱赶走“年兽”，这才得以平静，此后这个方法就流传开来。但是现在广州禁止燃放烟花爆竹，所以我们就不再进行这个活动了。

除夕这一天对我国来说是极为重要的。这天晚上，我们全家准备除旧迎新，吃团年饭。

吃年夜饭，是春节家家户户最热闹愉快的时候。大年夜.丰盛的年菜摆满一桌 ，全家团聚，围坐桌旁，共吃团圆饭。人们既是享受满桌的佳肴，也是享受那份快乐的气氛，桌上有鸡、鹅、烧肉等等，一般少不了两样东西，一是火锅，一是鱼。火锅热气腾腾，说明红红火火;“鱼”和“余”谐音，喻意“年年有余”。最后一道甜食，祝福往后的日子甜甜蜜蜜。

今天我的收获太大了，知道了很多过年习俗的知识，不过我觉得有点迷信，但这又仿佛是一种乐趣，只要快乐就好，何必迷信不迷信?更何况这是传统的习俗，宁可信其有不可信其无啊!

The Spring Festival is the most important festival for the Chinese people.   All family members will get together to have a big meal on the New Years Eve. Well watch the fireworks and eat dumplings. And some families will sit together to chat or watch the get-together of CCTV. Its a big and special programme.

Almost every family will watch it until 12 oclock. During the spring festival,people can visit their relatives or friends .Its also a happy time for children . They can get a red package from parents and grandparents, or relatives , and there is money in it. So the children are very happy during the festival.

春节前的一段日子,中国人早早地开始买年货.他们买蔬菜.鱼和肉.新衣服和种种其他的东西.他们打扫房屋,把自己的家布置一新.

In the Chinese lunar calendar which is another calendar we used and it was from the old China.Spring Festival is the 1st day in the lunar calendar.The Spring Festival is differnet for every year is because the lunar calendar.We play fireworks,watch special TV programs and have a delicious dinner with our family.In the day of Spring Festival,we must come back to our family to meet our parents and grandparents,the school will also have a holiday that make sure we can celebrated it.If we have some problems that we could not come back,we should ring to our family.For the tradition,we eat damplings,the people who in the south of China will eat rice dumpings,during the day before Spring Festival,which is the most improtant day,because it is the last day for the year behind and the next year is comming.The firework will be too noise that we couldnt hear each others voice.It is very different to the New Year from the other western country.

In conclusion,it is a very improtant day for all Chinese people.
