1.投诉信

多年的工作和写作生活，使我对如何提高写作能力有了较深刻的体会。在这里，我结合自己的实践，把自己的这些体会写下来，这也许对爱好写作的青少年会有些启示的。

(一)培养兴趣是起点。

按理说，写作实在是一种呕心沥血的脑力劳动，为什么我还能够坚持从事这项劳动呢?我感受最深的理由就是:因为爱好，因为兴趣，因为能够在不断的写作中获得乐趣和满足。

孔子说：“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”1科学家的实验表明，对事情不感兴趣的人，在实践中只能发挥自己能力的20%---30%，对事情感兴趣的人，他的能力却可以发挥到80%---90%。《礼记·乐学》上说：“不兴其艺，不能乐学”。因此，要快乐地学，学有所成。“兴趣是前提，好者方能精”2。培养兴趣是写作的前提。学习写作和学习所有技艺一样，必须培养起浓厚的兴趣。如前所述，我对写作产生强烈的兴趣，一是源于我读中学时大量阅读了鲁迅、茅盾、冰心、沈从文等一系列作家的作品;二是老师常把我的作文当作范文在班上宣读，从而调动和培养起我的写作兴趣。

写作和阅读不可分割。广泛阅读是继承前人精神遗产，增长学识，帮助我们认识社会生活、提高写作能力必不可少的重要途径。古人云：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神” 3，“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟”4，“劳于读书，逸于作文” 5。这些经验之谈，我的体会特别深刻。小时候，我随父亲居住在一座政府机关大院里。院子里有一个阅览室。机关许多干部都喜欢在休息时间到那里阅读报刊。作为一名中学走读生，我天天在这里出入，也就加入了这个读报队伍。我常常在那里，一呆就是大半天。我最喜欢就是读报纸的副刊，如《人民日报》的《大地》，《湖南日报》的《湘江》，等等。报纸副刊登载的许多最新作品，都深深地吸引着我。就这样，我不仅养成了看书读报、博览群书的习惯，还吸收了大量的营养，学会了思考社会问题，学会了怎样写新闻报道和散文。

在阅读中，我很讲究泛读与精读相结合。泛读是指广泛涉猎，不但要读本专业的书，还要广为浏览各种各样的书籍，特别是要多读有关新兴科学的书刊资料，以扩大知识视野，更新知识结构。精读是指精心的研读，它是一种主动的、自觉的、创造性的阅读。培根在《论学问》中作过形象的比喻：“有些书可供一尝，有些书可以吞下，有不多的几部书则应当咀嚼消化。”6对一些经典作品，我在泛读的基础上，进行重点研究，学习它的开头和结尾，学习它的承上启下，学习它的深刻内涵，学习它是如何结合社会实践的。通过这样的学习，提高了我的思考能力和分析能力，也提高了我思考问题和解决问题的能力。以前我写作时，往往不知道如何开头，开了头之后又不知道如何转折过度，文章写完之后又不知道如何结尾。通过这样大量细心的阅读和研究，提高了我的思辨能力。后来时间久了，老师随便出一个题，我就能信手写出文章来，不受文字、体裁等框架的制约。后来自己总结时，把这种信手拈来的文章，叫做“嬉笑怒骂，皆成文章”。这是我长期阅读得出的一点体会。泛读求量，精读求质;泛读开阔思路，精读得出妙悟。只有正确处理好泛读与精读的关系，才有益于加强自身的素养和写作能力的提高。

(三)勤写多练入佳境。

写作能力的提高，最重要的是要通过写作实践来实现。契诃夫认为：“对作家来说，写得少是这样有害，就跟医生缺乏诊病的机会一样。”7刘勰认为：“操千曲而后晓声，观千剑而后识器。”8……这些妙论，都给我很大启发。

清人唐彪说：“谚云‘读十篇不如做一篇’。盖常做则机关熟，题虽甚难，为之亦易;不常做，则理路生，题虽甚易，为之则难……”9

大意是说，读十篇文章也不如做一篇文章收获大。常写，作文的方法、道理就熟练，即使题目很难，写起来也觉得容易;不常写，作文的方法、道理就生疏，即使题目很容易，写起来也会觉得很难。

初学写作时，我摸索着，先写一段表达思想感情的话，即人们所说的标题或“中心”，练习时，搜集有关的资料，述写的文字都围绕着这个中心，为突出和实现这个中心服务。接下来，反复研究，看看表现中心的材料和语言安排得是否合理。然后，再看这几部分哪些地方需要详写，哪些地方需要略写，学习写人、记事、描写景物方面的知识。最后，再考虑遣词造句和咬文嚼字，反复进行相应的练习。这样带着明确的思想感情目的来练习，比单纯孤立地学习叙述、描写、结构等，收效要大得多，有利于我们较快地掌握作文的“思路”和“机关”。

要真正做到勤学苦练，我的体会是：要克服急于求成的思想，要有坚持坚持再坚持的决心，要有善于思考和领悟的性情。具体来说：

一是循序渐进地练。写作是一种复杂的精神劳动，从不会写到会写，到写得很成功，有一个过程。这个过程通常是较长的。因此，学习写作只能循序渐进。期望速成、立竿见影，是一种幼稚的空想。华罗庚曾经打过这样一个比方：学习好比爬格子，要一步一步地来，你要想快些，一脚跨四五步，非摔下来不可。这段话极形象地说明循序渐进的重要性。

二是练笔持之以恒。提高写作能力，决非一朝一夕之事，还要有坚持不懈、持之以恒、锲而不舍的精神。要勤动笔，长练笔，不停笔。白居易谈自己的写作说：“二十以来，昼课赋，夜课书，间又课诗，不遑寝息矣。”11叶圣陶也说：“什么事情都一样，要求熟练，惟有常常去做，规规矩矩去做，要把写作的手腕训练到熟练，必须常常去写，规规矩矩去写。”12只有勤写多练，方可熟能生巧。巴尔扎克、托尔斯泰、海明威，都是一代文学巨匠，他们在写出了为世人瞩目的文学巨著之后，仍然勤奋练笔，不断耕耘，向着更高的创作目标奋进。这些事迹都给我启示，催我勤奋。我从中学时期开始，就坚持不懈进行练笔，至今已近二十年。虽然我有点惰性，不象别人那样，天天坚持写日记，但我每次遇到重要的事情，都能及时地将它记录在案，久而久之，我积累起来的生活笔记已经有二十来本。如今，每当我闲来无事时，常常将它们翻出来看看，既有回忆，也有思考和总结，确实提高了自己的写作能力。

三是勤于思考。写作不仅仅是实际操作，也是一种复杂的精神劳动。所以，勤写，不仅要勤动手，勤练笔，而且开动脑筋，多思多想多悟。孔子曰：“学而不思则罔，思而不学则殆。”13苏轼说：“熟读深思子自知。”14契诃夫这样讲过：“艺术家得永远工作，永远思考。”15只有边写作，边思考，边琢磨，才能逐渐领悟到写作规律的真谛，将写作的方法、技巧化为己有，达到心领神会、融会贯通的地步，进入写作领域中自然、娴熟和无技巧的最高境界。读小学时，我只会看书，喜欢书里的图画，喜欢书中的故事，但不懂得思考。到了中学，老师在语文课上，给我们讲文章的中心思想，讲段落大意，讲主题，结合课本进行分析，给了我很大的启发。那时候开始，我渐渐地学会了思考。比如，看一篇文章，我会看文章的要点，会看文章的主题，也会研究和分析文章的不足。这大大地促进和提高了我的写作能力。一篇文章到手，我通常会在第一时间浏览了它的大小标题和主要内容，再看它的结构布局，再看它的材料，看它的语言风格，然后就有了自己的心得。这样的心得，是由深入的思考得来的;这样深入地思考，较好地提升了我的写作水平，并在我以后的工作实践中，为我理清工作思路，发挥了重要的指导作用。

(四)多修多改除弊病。

勤练笔固然重要，但每次练习之后，还应该进行认真的检阅和修改。毛泽东曾经指出：“……文章是客观事物的反映，而事物是曲折复杂的，必须反复研究，才能反映恰当;在这里粗心大意，就是不懂得做文章的起码知识。”16可见，修改是写作中的一个重要环节，是保证文章质量、提高写作水平的重要途径。

我在实际工作中，遇到很多同志，匆匆地写完一篇文章之后，就算完成任务了，甚至连自己都没有复读一遍就交功课了。有的同事将文章写好之后，交给我看，发现漏洞百出，错误连篇;甚至连错别字都有，这是不应该的。还有些人信奉所谓“一挥而就，文不加点”17，写完后自己不看，不改，也不请教别人。有的人怕麻烦，写完了事，至于写得如何，他就不管了。这是一种不负责任的表现。凡此种种，都是提高写作水平的拦路虎、绊脚石。

我的体会，一是一边写文章，一边就修改文字中的错误，写完一句，复读一句，写完一段，复查一段，这样在第一时间就对文章进行了初步的修改;二是写完文章之后，自己通读几篇，看看文章是否通顺，是否有错别字，是否有遗漏，是否存在需要改进的地方。自己修改完后，再让同事或家人看看，挑挑毛病。如此，经过几次修改，文章中的毛病就越来越少，文章中的主题就越来越经得起推敲，我的写作能力也由此得以提高。俗话说：当局者迷，旁观者清。自己写的文章，往往看不出毛病，只有让别人看看，才能知道哪些地方写得好或不好，才能有目的地进行修改。另一方面，知道自己哪些地方容易出毛病之后，也能引起自己的注意，有利于自己的不断改进和提高，使自己进步得更快。

这种提高，往往比正面学习写作知识提高得要快。这是因为，我们在修改作文的时候，总要找出文章的不足，来加以弥补和改正。一般来说，人们对自己存在的不足都是十分重视的。我们在这种“十分重视”的情况下来修改文章，就能比较容易地、同时也能比较牢固地掌握避免不足的方法，从而从反面增长写作知识。

多年的写作实践，也提高了我修改文章的能力。修改文章时，我特别注重三个方面：一是对文章的主题进行斟酌。主题表现得如何，是决定文章成败的头等大事。修改文章时，我首先看看文章的主题与材料是否相符，如果主题与材料相符，文章在大的方面就不存在什么问题了。二是对文章的重点部分进行研究。文章的每个重点部分，都有它相对独立的中心，也有一个中心与材料是否吻合、材料安排得是否合理的问题。此外，还看各部分是不是写得具体生动，哪些地方应该突出一点，哪些地方应该删去，直到各方面都不存在问题为止。三是对文章的段落、句子、标点符号等进行修改。段落、句子和标点符号，是文章内容的基本单位，它们的好坏也直接影响着文章的质量，所以我也很重视。这一阶段的工作，主要是看段意是否表达得具体清晰，是否有条理;还看各个句子衔接得如何，以及有没有语句和标点符号等方面的错误，等等。通过上述三个方面的修改后，文章中许多毛病都得到了改进，明显的错误一般都不存在了。

(五)人情练达出华章。

古人云：世事洞明皆学问，人情练达即文章18。

写作的源泉来自社会生活，任何文章都是现实生活、客观事物在写作者头脑中主观、能动的反映。没有社会生活作基础，写作就失去了源头。毛泽东曾经指出：“作为观念形态的文艺作品，都是一定的社会生活在人类头脑中的产物。”19巴金说：“我最主要的一位老师是生活，中国的社会生活，我在生活中的感受使我成为作家。”20学习写作，我最大的感受是，一定要深入到社会生活中去，学会观察、感受生活，体验生活，到广阔的社会生活中去获得写作的源泉。

还记得高中时期，我学习了鲁迅先生的《狂人日记》之后，有感于中学生活的压力，应试教育制度的不足，即写作了《新狂人日记》，将高中生的繁重负担和心理压力表达得淋漓尽致。该文虽是模仿鲁迅先生作品的形式和风格，但却将我们那一代中学生的心理状况，充分地揭露了出来。如前所述，该文后来被江苏省作家协会主办的《春笋报》发表，在校园里引起了轰动。这正是我对当时生活的深刻理解和诠释。

后来我当了兵，热爱武警部队的军旅生活，从士兵到军官，一步一个脚印地走下来，对生活又有了更深层次的理解。我热爱军旅生活，我的人生价值也在这样的生活中得到了体现。期间，我结合自己的所见所闻，写作了许许多多新闻稿和散文稿，都是反应部队官兵现实生活的。在军内和省市各级报刊，均有习作发表。其中有几篇还获了奖。如论文《点·线·面----社区治安之我见》在广州市政法委主办的征文比赛中，获得三等奖;散文诗《永远的影子》参加广东省“星湖之春”征文比赛获三等奖……

以形式主语it引导的句型。

句型1.

It (so) happened(chanced) that +clause. = sb. happened /chanced to do sth. =sb.did sth. by chance. 如：

It happened that he was out when I got there. 当我到那儿时，碰巧他不在。=He happened to be out when I got there.= It chanced that he was out when I got there= He was out by chance when I got there.

句型2.

It seems that sb. do/ be doing/ have done/ had done= Sb. seems to do/ be doing/ have done/to be done/to have been done(还有动词appear等可这样使用)如:

It seemed that he had been to Beijing before.他好象以前去过北京。=He seemed to have been to Beijing before.

句型3.

It is / was+被强调的部分+that(who)+剩余的部分.如：

It wasn’t until he came back that I went to bed.直到他回来我才睡觉。(一定要注意被强调句型中的谓语动词否定的转移)。 It was because he was ill that he didn’t come to school today.只因为他有病了今天没有来上学。(只能用because而不能用for, as 或since)

It is I who am a student. 我确实是个学生。(句中am不能用are来代替。)

句型4.

It is high time (time/ about time)+ (that) 主语+should do / did+其它。(从句中的谓语动词用的是虚拟语气。)如:

It is high time that we should go / went home.我们该回家了。

句型5.

It is / was said ( reported…)+that+从句. 如：

It was said that he had read this novel.据说他读过这篇小说。=He was said to have read this novel.

句型6.

It is impossible / necessary/ strange…that clause.(从句中的谓语用should+do / should have done，其形式是虚拟语气。)如：

It is strange that he should have failed in this exam.真奇怪，他这次考试没有及格。

句型7.

It is + a pity/ a shame…that clause.(注意从句中的谓语动词用should do或should have done的形式，但should可以省略。)如：

He didn’t come back until the film ended. It was a pity that he should have missed this film. 他直到电影结束才回来。他没有看到这部电影真可惜。

句型8.

It is suggested / ordered/ commanded /…that +clause.(从句的谓语动词用should do, 但should可以省略。)如：

It is suggested that the meeting should be put off.有人建议推迟会议。

句型9.

It is/was+表示地点的名词+where+从句。(注意本句不是强调句型，而是以where引导的定语从句。)如：

It was this house where I was born.请比较：It was in this house that I was born.(后一句是强调句型。)

句型10.

It is / was +表示时间的名词+when+从句。(注意本句型也不是强调句型，而是以when引导的定语从句。)如：

句型11.

It is well-known that+从句。如：

注意下列句型的翻译:It is five years since he lived here.他从这儿搬走已经有五年了。

句型13.

It +谓语+段时间+before+主语+谓语.( before引导的是时间状语从句。) 如：

It wasn’t long before the people in that country rose up.没有多久那个国家的人民就起义了。

It will be three hours before he comes back.三个小时之后他才能回来。

句型14.

It is +形容词(possible, impossible, necessary等) +for+ sb.+ to do. 如：

It is impossible for me to finish this work before tomorrow.我明天之前完成此工作是不可能的。

句型15.

It is +(心理品质方面的)形容词+of + sb. +to do.= 主语+ be +形容词+to do.(常用的形容词有：kind, stupid; foolish, good, wise等。)如：

句子开头不要总是用we / I (比如写结尾时不用we should pay attention to而用Attent

ion should be paid to. ) 举个经典结尾的例子：It is, therefore, high time that some applicable approaches were implemented by the service industry like that. By doing so，its competitive edge will be sharpened effectively。

调整的效果，内容上没有太大差异，但是请同学们仔细辨别每句话所侧重的句式：
