转变英语学习观念，培养基础英语写作能力是提高商务英语写作能力的基础和关键。为此，必须抓好以下三个环节:

1.不断通过写作练习培养英语语法的应用能力，重视掌握有关词汇的用法，以便能运切实用有关语法和词汇去写作。这是英语写作的基础。

不仅要记住语法规则，更重要的是要通过做各种各样的写作练习，以达到在写作中能正确运用有关语法规则。要记住英语单词的汉语意思，更重要的是要通过阅读在上下文中准确掌握英语单词的用法。单词的用法(主要是实词的用法)主要包括：单词的确切意思-包括其情感意义、文体色彩等;它与有关同义词或近义词的区别;它的习惯性搭配。这样，学习者才能在写作中避免那些尽管语法上没有什么错误、用词却有明显错误的现象。

2.通过大量阅读逐渐培养英语思维，并掌握一些写好句子的技巧，以便在把句子写正确的同时，不断培养用地道的英语把句子写好的能力。

二、商务英语文体特点

要提高商务英语写作水平，除了要有扎实的英语基本功，还要对商务英语文体特点有充分的认识，准确的区别不同体裁商务英语的风格特点，从而写出满足不同商务目的的要求的商务文件。不同的商务环境相对应的不同的商务活动也是不相同的，了解商务英语语言的共同特点、风格、语篇结构而且清楚认识在不同商务活动中商务英语写作的具体特点和要求。它包括构思、起草、修改3个阶段。

1.构思阶段

商务英语写作在此切断必须考虑三个文体：(1)写作目的-通知、请求、说服、存档;(2)写给谁-客户、上级、同事、下属;(3)字数要求;(4)形式结构-计划或建议报告、商务函件、备忘录、电子邮件。明确这些要求后，需要考虑语篇结构，采用那种陈述顺序-直接顺序、间接顺序、直接于间接混合顺序。

(2)clarity(明白)。要准确传达商务交流的内容，必须避免使用模棱两可的词语或表达方式，这样才能使信函意义明确，不被误解，表达思想才能够更突出。避免在同一信函或其他写作中使用同一词。避免使用“if”，“hope”，“but”等表示疑问的词。在日期表达上，涉及到具体某月，均使用那个月的具体名词，如“January，February，…”。避免用“instant， ultimo，approx”等不确定词语。另外避免将日期写成如“5/4/1995”类似的形式，因为对于英国习惯是4月5日，而美国习惯是5月4日。

(3)Courtesy(礼貌)。尽量使用表示肯定的词汇，少用否定词，因为否定词给人一种否定的印象，或者还有指责对方的意思肯定对方时用词多用“you”，“your”，少用“I”，“we”，“us”，“our”，此种方式即“以客户为中心的‘You—attitude’”表达形式，因为不管你的目的是提供信息、说服别人还是增进友谊，最能打动人。

3.修改阶段

商务英语写作在修改阶段，力求句子简洁明了，段落清晰完整如上文所述。

完成商务英语写作过程在商务写作中，还应注意所选词语的礼貌性，讲话要婉转客气。的第一阶段是写出高水平商务英语的前提。提高商务英语写作能力的关键是把握商务英语写作的三个基本原则-简洁、准确、完整以及商务活动应遵循的语用策略-礼貌、合作。总之，商务英语的文体决定了商务英语写作的基本原则;简洁-才能提高效益;准确-才能避免延误;完整-才能显示逻辑思考能力。

昨天(19日)，记者还就如何写好高考作文采访了于志高老师。于老师分析了今年高考作文的整体情况，并给出一些实用建议。

整体良好尖子较少

今年高考作文情况普遍良好，平均分高达42分多，比去年的39分高出3分。这和今年的作文题目有关系，审题没有难度，一般人都不会走题，但同时，想写得出彩也很难。所以今年作文整体良好，但低分少，拔尖的也少，50分以上的作文比往年减少很多。

于老师将今年的高考作文做了一个简单分类，基本上有三种情况：个人记忆类、民族记忆类、人类记忆类。

个人记忆类的，考生基本都以自己的亲身经历为材料发挥。按道理，亲身经历很容易写出真情实感，但学生生活大部分平淡乏味，没有起伏，写出来便也缺少深度和新意，流于单调肤浅。但印象中有一篇《老宅》写得不错，文里考生写到自己曾经住过的地方，写到那里的人、环境，点点滴滴小事饱含着真挚的感情，不止给考生留下难以磨灭的记忆，也给阅卷老师留下深刻印象。这篇作文最终得了50多分。

民族记忆类的，考生大部分取材历史，向年代要记忆，书写历史名人、民族苦难或民族辉煌史，包括火烧圆明园、南京大屠杀等事件，这些内容因其本身的影响已经具备一定的深度，但可惜的是，大多数考生只停留在表面，挖掘不够，文字肤浅，只写出了那些记忆不会风化，但这些记忆为什么不会风化、其作用和价值是什么，几乎很少予以剖析，高考作文《写出精彩高考作文 阅卷老师谈批阅心得》。这就像一个被埋没的含水量丰富的泉眼，只需要再向下挖一点点，清澈的泉水即会喷涌而出，但是考生却在泉眼之上停止了动作，令人遗憾。

作文应有个性

总体来说，今年的作文普遍缺少个性、深度、文采。

关于个性。今年的高考作文呈现出一种趋同的特点，选材趋同、表述趋同、作文同质化。比如很多考生选择了感动中国人物，说他们不应该被遗忘，但这些作文大多停留在对这些人物光彩照人这一层面的描写，而对其背后深层次的东西没有触及。或者蜻蜓点水、浅尝辙止，还有的从古到今，从中到外，前面还是南京大屠杀，一会儿就飞到了奥斯维辛，罗列了一大堆材料，看起来包罗万象，但都是单调的堆砌，缺少内在逻辑关系，成了人物记、大事记。很多考生的作文张冠李戴，混沌一体，看不出是眉毛眼睛。

关于深度。从老师的角度来看，并不希望学生有苦难的经历，没有丰富多彩的经历从而无法写出生动深刻的文字不是他们的错，但学生平常应该多读书，掌握丰富的材料，更重要的是要多思考。这里的思考不是用别人的文字和思想思考，而是应该多用自己的大脑思考，将掌握的材料进行深层挖掘、剖析，把最深层次的东西提炼出来，化为己用。

关于文采。今年的考生作文有文采的很少，文字干巴空洞、平铺直叙，缺少生动性，没有意蕴。于老师9天批了4500份卷子，那些干涩单调的文字让他很头痛。偶然碰到语言生动流畅、文采斐然的，阅卷老师就像是酷暑天气忽然感受阵阵凉风，那种感觉痛快舒畅，精神陡然振作起来的阅卷老师，怎么会不打出高分呢？

卷面书写很重要

于老师提醒，卷面书写一定要工整，清晰。再漂亮的姑娘，抹了一脸灰，也看不出美丽。部分考生的卷子因为书写糟糕，评分受到很大影响。于老师告诫考生，书写是汉语言文学非常重要的一个方面，它给阅卷老师的是第一印象，而这个印象会直接影响到阅卷老师对这篇作文的接受程度。好马也需好鞍配，美女也需靓衫衬，即便不能写一手漂亮的字，也一定要整齐、清晰，不要因为这些影响了大局。

这句话中，due to the fact that后面需要接一个句子，而上句中只是一个名词性短语，所以错误。另外，between...and...需要连接两个名词短语，上句中形容词physical和mental后缺少名词性成分。改正为Due to the fact that the mental state plays a significant role, we have to keep a balance between the physical well-being and the mental health.

格式不正确，结构不清晰，汉语式英文思维太过明显，翻译的过程中常常不合英文写作要求。

应对的策略是多阅读范文，写作前列提纲，注意使用衔接词。

格式不正确常常出现在应用文中，有人会忘记写落款。这是我们在写作过程中特别需要注意的，否则格式错误就要相应的扣分。另外，有些文章结构不清晰，或者没有分段，或者段落之间的内容混乱。开头段就开始论述问题，第二段提出建议，结尾段又给出原因，逻辑混乱不清，抓不住重点。所以我们在写文章时一定要先打腹稿，明确行文结构和大概内容，这样在写作过程中才不至于不知道说什么，甚至瞎写一通。

总而言之，新大纲非常强调大家的英语写作技能，我们在平时的备考过程中一定要多进行英文文章的写作，养成良好的写作习惯，注意单词拼写、语法检查、逻辑结构，这样写出的文章才能过关。

The shared bikes like Mobike and Ofo bring great convenience to people. You

needn’t lock them by simply using your smart phone. They can take you where the

subway and bus don’t go. And they can be left anywhere in public for the next

user.

However, bad things happen. Some people damage the QR code on the bike, or

use their own lock, which causes trouble to other users.

In my opinion, it’s difficult to turn these people’s ideas in a short time.

Therefore, bike-sharing companies like Mobike and Ofo need to do something. For

example, those who damage the bike should pay for their actions. Also, because

people use their real name to register as a user, it’s a good way to connect to

one’s personal credit.

In the end, what I want to say is to take good care of public services.

Cars and Air Pollution

Too many cars have created a lot of serious problems in our world. Besides congestion, accidents and fast fuel consumption, cars are responsible for a good part of air pollution in big cities. All the time, they are pumping huge amounts of waste gases into the atmosphere. These gases are very harmful, causing disease and even death.

One possible solution is to design and develop clean cars and clean fuels. In Shanghai, some of the public buses begin to run on natural gas, which does not give off as much carbon dioxide as the petrol. But it may take decades for the new models of clean cars completely replace the traditional ones. Another solution is to develop modern public transportation systems and restrict the use of private cars. If the price of petrol rises constantly and the public vehicles are efficient and convenient enough, most people will not buy private cars. And the total number of cars in big cities will reduce greatly.

On the whole, the elimination of air pollution needs the collective efforts from the government, the public and the environmentalists.
