写作技巧的掌握是有一个过程的。这个过程可以分为两个阶段。一是“技能”阶段，一是“熟练”阶段。“技能”阶段，是无法之中求有法，能过观察、体验、多读、多写，学习并掌握了一些写作的基本手法，且能将它们运用于写作实践。这是掌握写作技巧的第一阶段。“熟练”阶段，是有法之中求变化。在第一阶段的基础上，进而掌握了包括写作的辨证艺术在内的多种写作手法，并能将它们纯熟自如、富于创造性地运用于写作实践。这是掌握写作技巧的第二阶段。古人说：“学诗当识活法。”“所谓活法者，规矩具备，而能出于规矩之外；变化不测，而亦不背规矩也。”识得“活法”，并能运用“活法”是掌握写作技巧第二阶段的重要标志。

读后感是议论文中最常见的文体之一，也是初高中学生必须掌握的一种文体.但从以往读后感训练的情况来看，效果并不尽人意.其实，写好读后感也有章可循.若活用"四字诀"，则更容易生效.

一，引--围绕感点，引述材料.读后感重在"感"，而这个"感"是由特定的"读"生发的，"引"是"感"的落脚点，所谓"引"就是围绕感点，有的放矢的引用原文:材料精短的，可全文引述;材料长的，或摘录"引"发"感"的关键词，句，或概述引发"感"的要点.不管采用哪种方式引述，"引"都要简练，准确，有针对性.

在现实的作文写作中经常有这样一种怪现象，有很多学生在进行写作时，心中明明已满载乾坤，等到真正落笔时却词不达意，文章显得苍白无力，这种表达能力的缺乏必须经过“艰苦”的练笔来克服。我们现在的学生一般在小学阶段就开始接触作文，而所写的作文一般都是具有强烈叙事色彩的记叙文，因此，对于一个学生来说形象思维能力在小学阶段就得到了一定的锻炼，相对于议论思辨等能力来说具有更多的优势，因此，学生只要有意识地练习写作或诵读片段式记叙文（或称作叙事散文）、微型小说、故事、童话、寓言以及抒情散文等，就能够比较轻松地增强自己的表达能力，从而达到“我手写我口”的境界。

五、掌握最基本的一种话题作文结构，即“三段式”结构

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

Sports do us good in many respects.It goes without saying that taking

exercises can build up our physical strength. In collective sports like

basketball, volleyball, or football, we will learn the importance of

cooperation. While taking part in sports game, we will try our best to win and

一忌、陈词老套

有些文章开头总是从形势写起，言心称“在××的领导下，在××的支持和关怀下，在××的帮助下”有的文章开头总是“太阳”、“月亮”，“光阴似箭、日月如梭”，这些调子老唱，这些套路老用就成了令人生厌的陈词老套了，初中毕业作文开头。

七忌、堆砌名言锦语

十忌、盲目引用

引用应根据主题、中心的需要，盲目引用应尽量避免。特别是供料作文，供给的材料如果很长，要是一开头就不加选择地大量引用，或全盘搬用，必然重点不明，主旨不清，文字不精，陷于盲目性，而且下文再谈到它，必然还会重复，所以引用应有所取舍和选择。
