一、扣政策

我们写工作总结，往往要对前一段工作进行全面、审慎的回顾，即对前一段工作在贯彻执行党和国家的方针政策、依法行政和实施领导的情况进行审视。所谓扣政策，具体地讲，一是有无违法、违背中央指示精神、违背客观规律、侵犯群众利益的行政行为被作为经验在总结;二是理论上的提法是否符合党报党刊中的舆论子向和跟新提法;三是引用的政策法规是否得当。如果政策使用不当，或有错误，那么，总结出来的经验也是不正确的;如果推广，则是有害无益的，甚至会造成恶劣影响。

二、抓特色

四、清材料

五、理思路

六、删冗文

depressed and I almost lost my heart. But yesterday, my friend came to see me.

She knew I was not happy. She encouaged me that nothing is impossible. If I

could try hard from now on, I would do good in my study. Where there is a will,
