疫情封住了那个樱花烂漫的城市，却没能封住中国人的心。数以千计的医务工作者奔赴武汉，穿上厚重的防护服，戴起层层口罩，坚毅地同病毒不断抗争。他们是人群中的逆行者，是这个时代当之无愧的英雄。

而在远离疫区的地方，就在我们身边，有一群人正在默默地守护我们的健康和生活。

我的姑姑就是一名普通护士，她的工作是每天在医院门口为来往的病人测量体温。姑姑被安排的是夜班，每次都是太阳落山时出门，到太阳升起时才回来。同她作伴的只有皎皎明月和凛凛寒风。寒风总是那么犀利。

尽管姑姑已经穿得严严实实，但风总能顺着袖口灌到她的衣服里面去，侵袭着她本就不太健朗的身体。但每次我向姑姑建议只上白班时，她都摆着手跟我说“没事没事，不要紧的”。可我分明看到，她双眼中清晰可见的红血丝和蜡黄的脸色，都在为她疲惫的身体表示抗议。

姑姑的手总是冰凉的，但她的心总是火热的。她虽然没能冲上更为艰苦重要的一线，却用自己仅有的微薄之力守护着这座城市，坚守自己的岗位与职责，使我们能安全地坐在家中。

像姑姑这样在后方默默工作着的人还有太多太多。他们可能不会像前线的英雄一样登上报纸新闻，被人们所称赞记住。他们力量有限，并非如日月一样耀眼，而只是像一支支纤细的蜡烛一样默默燃烧，哪怕正在风中飘摇。他们在城市的各处，在每一个角落发光发热。

指尖渐渐恢复了温度。不知从什么时候开始，火红的圆日缓缓升起。地上的冰雪渐渐融化，一棵刚生发出来的小芽苗若隐若现。清新湿润的空气给整个京城带来了新的生机。春天将会如期到达，阳光将会普照大地。而我希望每个人都不要忘了他们——那些后方的工作者，曾在角落里默默发光。

这个礼拜杨老师突然说每月之星就是要自己给自己定目标，然后要达到目标才能拿到喜报。我想自己既然能及时完成回家作业，平时表现也不算差，但是上课由于胆子小不敢举手发言，所以定了上课一定要发言两次的目标。一把目标纸交上去，我就开始后悔，平时上课闷声不响的我，怎么去完成这个艰巨的任务呢?

不容我想，第一节恐怖的语文课就来了。我一开始举手都很犹豫，要看看别的同学有没有举手，再想想答案具不具体。就因为这样，失去了一次有一次的机会，我自己也觉得十分遗憾。每次举手就算杨老师不请我，我也会十分紧张，能清楚听见自己的心跳，感觉到脸又红又烫。我觉得自己能鼓起勇气举一次手，尽管不发言，我也很为自己骄傲了。记得我第一次发言，站都站不稳，腿都在发抖，然后会由于紧张过度，说得疙疙瘩瘩的。但我心想，我已经六年级了，不能再留下什么遗憾。我不仅要为了喜报，也要为了自己的学习，因为仅仅作业好是不够的，上课也是很重要的一部分。要跟着老师的节拍，转动灵活自己的思维。豁出去啦!我在心里大喊。我克服自己要沉着冷静，终于我成功了。

有了第一次就会有第二次，第三次。现在，我十分喜欢发言，毫不犹豫地就会举手。它成为了我生活中必不可少的乐趣，我的胆子越来越大了。我觉得有这么多老师和同学认真倾听你的感受，分享你的快乐是一件很高兴的事情。

Water Pollution

With the development of industry, water pollution is becoming more serious now. The polluted water not only kills fish, it is also harmful to our health. Many people get sick because they drink the polluted water. In some rivers the water is so dirty that they can even kill plants.

We should fight against the pollution. We should stop using harmful things. I wish it is not a dream that in the near future we can have clean rivers again.

Environment Protection

Nowadays, peoples life has changed a lot with the development of modern technology and economy, which has put lots of negative effects on the environment.

Why this? Because, firstly, some factories are pouring wastes into rivers, lakes, seas and so forth; secondly, because of human activities, a great number of plants and animals are losing their lives; thirdly, using modern machines and chemicals is bad for the environment. Besides these, there are a lot of human activities which have done or are doing harm to our surroundings.

For this, I think, first, our government should make drastic measures to regulate human activities; second, we human beings should take pains-taking work to stop ourselves destroying the environment and try our best to protect our living space more.

Our country has a large area of forest. However, not until recently did the government begin to realize the importance of protecting the forest. As we may know from various sources, the government recently adopted a policy called "restore the farmland to the forest"(退耕还林).This has brought much hope to the forest of our country as well as the sustainable development of our country.

Pollution: a Social Problem

When we read newspapers, we often come across the word pollution. This word was not familiar to the people some decades ago. But now, it is a serious threat to usbecause. it means the poisoning of the air, seas, rivers and lands, which would do harm to our health.

There are many factories that bring pollution to us. We can not have fresh air in the morning. This is mainly because of the poisonous smoke coming from factories, especially chemical ones. In rivers, seas and oceans, there are industrial wastes. Some factories just throw their wastes into seas or let them flow into rivers. When people drink the water from such rivers, they get poisoned. Besides, there is rubbish from ships and when sometimes an accident occurs in an ocean, oil flows out from tankers.

On land, the accumulation of rubbish in the streets may dirty the city and ruin our health. This is mainly due to the improper disposal of rubbish by people.

If we do mot fight against pollution, surely one day all of us will be killed. Some people like to put the blame on the industrial revolutions. On the contrary, the pollution problem will be solved only with the help of modem science and technology.

My mother is a housewife, but my mother to do many things every day, busy as a bee.

由于遭中国拒绝，数百吨垃圾于2015年12月被运回它们的老家——英国。但这则消息带给中国人的兴奋并没有持续多久。英国环境部门最近承认，该国每年有1200万吨的垃圾“出口”到中国、印度和印度尼西亚等发展中国家。其中，每年运往中国的垃圾约为200万吨。英国方面同时承认，许多垃圾在这些国家只是被简单埋掉了事。

生活并不是用浓墨重彩描绘出来的，也无需用多么华丽的辞藻来形容它、赞美它。生活的真味就是平淡，如白开水，虽然没有什么味道，但是是生活的必需品。我们的一生若能平静平淡如斯，那就是幸运幸福。

生活，无需调味，它的存在，它本初的平淡即是最好的。正如涓涓细流胜于汹涌波涛，白头偕老好于花前月下。平淡是生活的真味。

“真善美”是人们理想的追求，人们常说非真即假，非善即恶，那么美呢?自然会想到与丑相对，那么什么是真什么是假?什么是善什么是恶?什么是美什么是丑?对此，每个人会有不同的看法，当然我也有自己的看法。

真即真诚待人

想必大家都听说过三顾茅庐的故事吧。刘备想请诸葛亮出山辅助他，第一次去时只见着了他家童子，让他改日来访;第二次去时又闻童子说诸葛先生出游了不在家;第三次去见时，刘备见诸葛亮在睡觉，不忍打扰，一直在门外站着等到他睡醒了才拜见。诸葛亮见其真诚，便答应出山，助刘备打下一片江山。还有程门立雪的故事，这些都启示我们真诚可以助我们成功。

当然事情是相对的，只要你真诚对待他人，也会得到他人对你的真诚。记住一定要做最真实的自己，否则则为假。

善即善良

康德说过：“一个人可以没有知识，却不能没有道德，人之所以为人，就是因为人有道德。”我国古代典籍《三字经》中也说“人之初，性本善，性相近，习相远。”每个人初到人世，没有受到外界的影响时，都有一颗善良的心，但由于生活的环境不同，因而受到了不同的影响，便形成了不同的性格，有些人，例如某个富豪，他们做公益事业只是为了享受他人赞赏的目光。还有些人，他们以回收废品而生活，自己却没有留下钱，全部捐给了贫困地区。这样的行为才是真正的善举，他们的内心是真正的“善”。

乐于助人，乐善好施即为善。我们做人一定要记住“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。”就“修身”而言，我认为善良是最重要的。

美即心灵美

我认为美是可以创造的，美因人而异。有的人外表看上去光鲜亮丽，让人悦目，心灵却不一定美丽;有的人不一定外表楚楚动人，却有一颗真诚而善良的心，这样的人心灵是美丽的。我相信如果后者多，一定可以感化前者，即创造美丽。

“知识欲的目的是真，道德欲的目的是善，美欲的目的是美，真善美即人间理想。”这是日本学者黑田鹏信的话，我奉之为至理名言。其实真善美就在我们身边，只有我们没有发现或是我们没有用心践行而已。所以，让我们加强修养，付诸行动，让我们努力成为善良的人，这样我们就是美丽的，因为“真+善=美”。

Classmate conflicts among senior middle school students are often heard on campus over recent years. These conflicts make the excitement of campus life grow grey and have bad effects on both their living and learning.

Classmate conflicts often rise from daily tiny things such as space where to store books or notes. When personalities don’t mix, the specifics can tear classmates apart and sometimes even lead to serious conflicts. Besides, the fact that classmates hold different attitudes towards certain issues is another factor causing these conflicts.

Classmate conflicts are harmful and need to be settled. The term, friend, covers a wide range of meanings. It can be a nodding acquaintance, a comrade, a partner, a playmate, a brother, etc. As life is full of obstacles and conflicts, we need friends to give us supports to get through tough times, we also need friends to give us warnings to go against danger. True friends share not only joy but, more often than not, they share sorrow and difficulties.

With friendship, life is happy and harmonious. Without friendship, life is hostile and unfortunate. I have friends in the rank and file. Some are rich and in power. Some are low and common. Should Internet Slang Be Prohibited?

At present， Internet Slang， such as “GG， MM， Xia Mi”， has become popular among the teenagers.

There are different opinions on Internet Slang. Some students think Internet Slang is vivid， fashionable and full of humor and intelligence. Besides， it makes chatting on the Internet quicker.

However， some other students think Internet Slang lacks depth of thought and is too simple. Also， it is hard to understand and not accepted by most people. The words sometimes might make people confused， even resulting in misunderstanding.

Every coin has two sides. In my opinion， living in the Information Age， if we don’t know the Internet Slang， we seem to fall behind the times. It will be OK as long as these terms are used correctly in proper situations.

When it comes to honesty, quite a lot of people believe it is essential to a person’s character and success.

They base their idea on the following reasons: on one hand, successful business owes much to mutual trust; on another hand, great people in history such as Abraham Lincoln and Genete Washington set us good examples of being honest, they are great because they are honest.

But some people think differently. They believe honesty is becoming out of date.

Their reasons run as following: to begin with, cheating on exams is becoming more and more popular; in addition, some singers and movie stars cheat on taxes; last but not the least, if you are not careful enough, you’ll buy some defective goods and fake products.

It is high time we emphasized and encouraged honesty. We can take effective measures to restore it.

For example, kids should be taught to tell truth, strict rules and regulations should be carried out to stop cheatings on exams and taxes, etc.
