防震减灾，我们在行动

因为各种自然因素，特别是各种人为破坏，自然灾害的发生愈加频繁。它的每一次发生，都会给我们带来不可估量的损失和伤害，这无时无刻不牵动着我们的心。

自然灾害是可怖的，如2008年的汶川大地震。

2008年5月12日14时28分04秒，令人心痛的一幕发生了：大地开始颤抖;水杯开始学会跑步并跑到了桌角，掉在地上摔了个粉碎;房屋也开始摇晃起来。人们都清楚地意识到——地震来了。

人们开始慌张起来，开始到处寻找可以躲避的地方。然而几分种后，地震这个恶魔像发了疯似的，把大地撕扯得四分五裂。各处房屋在一瞬间倒塌，夺走了不计其数的的生命。

下了晚自习，我们上了床，准备等到九点。20分钟过去了，当马上就要打铃时，我们非常激动。打铃了我们下了床，穿上鞋向外跑去。我们用手捂住了头，下楼了。目的地是食堂对面的那个地方，我们排好了队站在了那里。

校长站在了台上，给我们讲话，首先问了我们说地震时要注意几点？“四点”有的同学回答了。又问哪四点，经过一些话，我们知道了四点，是要站齐、要安静、速度要快、要迅速，主要就是这个。讲完后我知道了怎样在地震中逃生。

大家都目不转睛地盯着屏幕，看着屏幕上的大火熊熊地燃烧着，火光把天都照亮了，热浪袭人，烟形成了蘑菇云，仿佛要把整个世界都烤焦。一片火海，浓烟滚滚，一条条火龙蔓延在房屋内。一种难以言状的感觉突然涌上我的心头，好像有一只虫子在啃食着我的心。火灾实在是太可怕了!

然而，火灾的危害往往被人们所忽视，每个人都觉得不会发生在自己的身上，但几乎所有的火灾都是由当初的不重视与不小心，才酿成大祸。火灾近在咫尺，触手可及，我们必须得引起重视!小细节决定大问题，如：把蚊香放在靠近窗帘或床的位置，在床上吸烟，随地乱扔烟头，这些容易被忽略的小细节往往是一场火灾的“罪魁祸首”。

所以我们必须得谨慎处事，“火灾”这种玩笑可开不得。一旦发生火灾，也不要着急，同学们一定要保持镇静，量力而行。火势不大时，要当机立断，披上浸湿的衣服或被褥勇敢地冲出去，但千万不要批塑料雨衣;在浓烟中避难逃生，要尽量放低身体，并用湿毛巾捂住口鼻;千万不能盲目地跳楼，可用绳子紧拴在门窗框和重物上，顺势滑下;被大火围困又没有办法自救时，可拿手帕或手电筒，往外发出求救信号。

火灾是无情的，它不会眷恋任何一个人。所以在无情的大火面前，我们应该有效地进行防范，尽量逃避火魔的侵害，摆脱灾难和痛苦。我们不要玩火，不玩弄电器设备。不乱丢烟头，不躺在床上吸烟。不乱接乱拉电线，电路熔断器切勿用铜、铁丝代替。炉灶附近不放置可燃易燃物品，炉灰完全熄灭后再倾倒，草垛要远离房屋。明火照明时不离人，不要用明火照明寻找物品。离家或睡觉前要检查电器具是否断电，燃气阀门是否关闭，明火是否熄灭。利用电器或灶塘取暖，烘烤衣物，要注意安全。不在禁放区及楼道、阳台、柴草垛旁等地燃放烟花爆竹。家庭装饰时要尽量避免采用可燃材料。

早上，我听见了妈妈的叫声：贺琪伦，圣诞老人送礼物了!我一看我的枕头旁边有一个火鸟悠悠球，我兴奋极了，迫不及待的拆开包装盒，看着我梦寐以求的悠悠球，玩了起来。嘿，别玩了，快去上学!妈妈说

看完冯小刚的电影《唐山大地震》，震撼、忍耐、亲情、责任、拼搏 ，用这几个字可以概括整部影片。

1976年的唐山大地震，震撼了全世界。众所周知的原因，中国没有接受任何国际组织的援助，全凭中国军队、各地政府派遣的救援队以及国人自发组织的志愿者参与抢险、救灾。没有先进的机械设备，有的只是人的一双肉手，救援的速度和质量以及艰难程度可想而知。但中华民族的民族精神和当时的政治精神激励唐山人战胜了灾难。

余震和震后的建设中，忍耐、亲情和责任又促使唐山人默默地投入到重建家园的热潮中。他们忍受失去亲人的痛苦，忍受孤独寂寞，忍受灾难带来的副影响以及自卑的心理，强迫自己忘却灾难的阴影去救险，去工作。可是灾难的阴影不是轻易可以抹掉的，需要长时间的慢慢磨砺。就像影片中母女的心结在灾后的32年才得以化解。

当然，唐山的今天，离不开唐山人的拼搏。没有拼搏就没有现在的唐山；没有拼搏，唐山有可能在国人乃至世界人的心中只是一个瞬间而已。

很佩服冯小刚导演的天才，抓住了人的心理，把一个灾难片用亲情串起来，没有刻意描写灾难的残墙瓦砾，而是渲染了人的本性，赚足了观众的眼泪，不愧为新一代的导演大师。

看了唐山大地震，不能不提2008年5月12日的汶川大地震。影片中冯导巧妙地把唐山大地震中失散的姐弟俩放在汶川大地震的救援中相见相认，让观众再次进入灾难的残酷中，使得观众在冯导蒙太奇手法的调动下，心灵再次得以震撼，泪水再一次控制不住。汶川震后的抢险，唐山的救援队无疑是人们关注的焦点，唐山和汶川联系在一起，同样再次引起世人的瞩目。

唐山，不仅仅只代表一座美丽的城市。在当今金钱、利益高于一切的社会，唐山更是代表了一种精神，一种支柱。
