11月2日上午9点，我们来到晋江市120急救指挥中心，了解120急救网络体系建设情况，学习急救知识。

简单介绍完晋江市120的发展历程后，讲解员带着我们参观救护车，并介绍了救护车里配置的专业急救设备。随后，我们进入指挥中心大厅，听讲解员介绍晋江市的急救体系建设情况，以及指挥调度系统的相关作用，还告诉我们如何正确拨打120，并强调不能随意拨打120。

在指挥中心调度室内，调度员通过模拟演示，让我们真切感受到新调度系统的高效、便利和实用性。参观结束后，我们来到AHA急救培训中心，培训导师为我们悉心讲解心肺复苏术和海姆立克法，并耐心地为每一位学员矫正姿势。

短短几个小时，我们收获满满。

最近，我迷上了中央电视台科教频道的《地理中国》节目，因为它是一档具备既有推理性又有大量科学知识的电视节目，是一档有益的电视节目。

在《地理中国》中，我学到了许许多多的知识。那些知识，是我从书里面没有学过的知识；那些知识，是科学老师没有给我们讲到过的知识；那些知识，也是爸爸妈妈、爷爷奶奶和外公外婆不知道的知识。

节目中介绍，在祖国的大好河山中有许多神奇的现象，经过地理学家们孜孜不懈的探究才找到那不为人知的奥秘。举个简单的例子：在中国的吉林省内的罗圈里村坐落在一个正规的圆形的盆地，为什么这个盆地是正规的圆形？经过地理学家门的调查、推理、研究得出那是由于陨石的撞击而形成的，就和炮弹落地炸出来的坑是圆的一样道理。还有在中国景色宜人的鄱阳湖的老爷庙水域，由于受到狭管效应，使在那里过往的船只经常失事，成为了中国的“百慕大”。

节目中也有外国的一些地理奥秘以及生物奥秘的介绍。如在亚马逊河，由于圭亚那地盾和巴西地盾的保护，使古老生物电鳗生存了下来，在亚马逊河的最后一条支流——托坎廷斯河的一片河曼滩处电死了无数人。

我从《地理中国》里面学到的知识真是讲也讲不完，说也说不尽。它真是传播知识的大宝库啊！而和它形成鲜明对比的像《太子妃升职记》、《花千骨》、《奔跑吧兄弟》等穿越剧、神话剧、真人秀都只是提供一下娱乐而已，对我们小学生没有帮助，不能多看。要多看看那些和《地理中国》一样增长我们知识，发挥正能量的电视节目！

I really like to look at the little stars,when I look at them,I feel very relax and happy.The stars are quiet and just like full of beautiful magic, its amazing.

Just like wonders,the stars in the deepest blue sky are so pretty,“one , two, three, four, five, six, seven”there are so many stars in the sky,I really cant count it.

When I am so lonely,I will look at the sky, tell the little stars my little secrets,tell the little stars my dream,tell them many interesting things,and then I will feel less lonely.

也许星星意味着梦，我喜欢蓝色天空中的星星，它总是明亮美丽的，永远带着我进入一个美丽的梦。

我真的很喜欢看这些小星星，当看着它们的时候，我感到非常放松和快乐。星星是安静的，就像充满了美丽的魔法一样，令人惊奇。

就像奇迹一样，在最湛蓝的天空中，星星是如此美丽，“一、二、三、四、五、六、七”，天空中有那么多星星，实在数不胜数。

当我如此孤独的时候，我会看着天空，告诉小星星我的小秘密，告诉小星星我的梦想，告诉他们许许多多有趣的事情，然后我会感到不那么孤单。
