星期天，我在家中闲着无事，便拿出几个鸡蛋来“研究”。有个鸡蛋一不小心掉进了桌子上的水盆里，一会儿就沉了下去，我突发奇想，如果在水里加入一些东西，鸡蛋是不是就浮起来了？说干就干，可在这时，我又愣住了，加什么东西会浮起来呢？这时，我的目光落在了盐上，死海的盐很多，人可以浮在海面上，那鸡蛋应该也可以浮起来。我往水里放了四五勺盐，然后将鸡蛋放进去，可还是没有浮上来，我一生气，将整袋盐都倒了进去，鸡蛋终于浮上来了，我惊喜万分。可却不知这是为什么，便去请教“无声的老师”。

原来，鸡蛋之所以在水中下沉，是因为鸡蛋的密度大于水的密度。而当往水里添加食盐后，食盐在水中溶解，水的密度渐渐增大，浮力也渐渐增大，当继续添加食盐，使水的密度足够大时，鸡蛋便浮起来了。

看吧，生活中的知识无处不在，只要细心观察、不断探索，就一定能发现更多的奥秘！

Saving Water

As we know， water is so important to man. Theamount of water which is

suitable to drink is less and less. But somepeople don’t care about it. They

waste a lot of water in their dailylife. Even worse， they pour dirty water and

throw rubbish into rivers.Many rivers and lakes are seriously polluted.

Something must be doneto stop the pollution(to deal with the problem). And

I think it’s agreat shame to waste while millions are in great need of

water.Wehave to save every drop of water. For example， turn off the tap

afterusing it and use a basin to wash as well. It’s also a good idea to

encouragemy friends and family members to join me! Only in this way can we

livehappily. If not， the last drop of water will be the tear.

地震，人类的浩劫，这些天一直在撕裂着我们每一个华夏儿女的心，那些灾后余生的人们，面对着自己亲人的离去，家园的被毁，他们的眼在流泪，心在流血，不仅这样，他们还要随时面对时刻存在的余震，山体滑坡和山洪的爆发等诸多的灾难，这是一种什么样的心情和环境啊，虽然我没有身临其境，但我还是在诸多的煤体上看到了那一副副揪心的画面，这不仅让我想起了多年以前的又一次人类空前的灾难－－唐山大地震。

那一年我八岁，残存的记忆让我现在想起来还是心有余悸，虽然，我所说的怕，只是那种气氛渲染下的恐惧，幸运的是我并没有亲身经历到这场劫难之中。

唐山距离我所在的地区有一千多公里，中间时隔两个省，但那次地震的余波还是波及到了我们黑龙江。

记忆中的一个深夜，我被妈妈从睡梦中喊醒，当时好象是后半夜，但我不知道是几点，妈妈对我们说：“快穿好衣服，一会儿有可能要地震。”那时的我并不知道地震是什么东西，也不知道地震的可怕性，但我还是在大人们那庄重的目光和神色中读到了恐惧。

广播里一遍又一遍地播放着《三大纪律，八项注意》，《解放军进行曲》，这些平时很催人向上的乐曲，此时听起来却有说不出的恐惧。家家户户都做好了临战前的准备工作，穿戴整齐，严阵以待，在这种气氛的烘托下，恐惧顿时袭上我的心头，使我深信地震真的是天塌地陷，可怕之极的事。

妈妈对我和六岁的弟弟说：“一会儿如果你们感觉到房子在晃，马上往外跑，如果跑不出去，就躲到炕沿的下面，这样，房子倒了就不会砸到你们了，记住，速度要快，知道了吗？”

我家的炕沿是悬空的，就是在火炕的外面又加出一块厚厚的木板，如果我和弟弟紧紧地贴到下面，是可以放进我们两个幼小的身体的，这个位置是妈妈当时所能想到最安全的地方了，望着妈妈那切切的目光，我问：“那你和爸爸躲哪里啊？”妈妈说：“你爸爸要管你妹妹的安全，不用管我，我就做在炕上，不躲了。”望着妈妈和她怀里只有一岁多的弟弟，我仿佛有种马上就要失去妈妈的感觉，但我不敢哭，心里既害怕又为妈妈担心，是啊，当时的我还是个孩子，又能有什么好的办法，只能泪眼婆娑地等待着那可怕的瞬间。

那一夜，我们惊慌失措地坐到了天明，此后的几个夜晚，我们都是合衣而眠，爸爸妈妈也不敢放心地去睡，总是提心吊胆地听着什么动静。每天的夜晚，各家各户都在书桌或窗台上放上一个倒立的空啤酒瓶子，一但听到瓶子倒下的声音，好迅速撤离。家里和学校的窗子上也都贴满了“米”字型的纸条，慌慌数日后，幸而有惊无险，但我至今回想起来还是感动于妈妈在最危急的关头，把生的希望留给了我们，全然不顾自己的安危，那一刻，八岁的我第一次体会到了母爱的伟大。

这几天一直在看有关于四川５·１２地震的报道，其中有两条这样的新闻：

［抢救人员发现她的时候，她已经死了，是被垮塌下来的房子压死的，透过那一堆废墟的的间隙可以看到她死亡的姿势：双膝跪着，整个上身向前匍匐着，双手扶着地支撑着身体，有些象古人行跪拜礼，只是身体被压的变形了，看上去有些诡异。救援人员从废墟的空隙伸手进去确认了她已经死亡，又在冲着废墟喊了几声，用撬棍在在砖头上敲了几下，里面没有任何回应。当人群走到下一个建筑物的时候，救援队长忽然往回跑，边跑变喊“快过来”。他又来到她的尸体前，费力的把手伸进女人的身子底下摸索，他摸了几下高声的喊“有人，有个孩子，还活着！”。经过一番努力，人们小心的把挡着她的废墟清理开，在她的身体下面躺着她的孩子，包在一个红色带黄花的小被子里，大概有3、4个月大，因为母亲身体庇护着，他毫发未伤，抱出来的时候，他还安静的睡着，他熟睡的脸让所有在场的人感到很温暖。

随行的医生过来解开被子准备做些检查，发现有一部手机塞在被子里，医生下意识的看了下手机屏幕，手机屏幕上是一条已经写好的短信：“亲爱的宝贝，如果你能活着，一定要记住我爱你”。看惯了生离死别的医生却在这一刻落泪了，手机传递着，每个看到短信的人都落泪了。］

下面同样是一则很感人的新闻：

［5月13日下午，都江堰河边一处坍塌的民宅，数十救援人员在奋力挖掘，寻找存活的伤者。突然，一个令人震惊的场景出现在了人们的眼前：一名年轻的妈妈双手怀抱着一个三四个月大的婴儿蜷缩在废墟中，她低着头，上衣向上掀起，已经失去了呼吸，怀里的女婴依然惬意地含着母亲的乳头，吮吸着，她还活着，红扑扑的小脸与母亲粘满灰尘的双乳形成了鲜明的对比。这样一个幸福的场景却让人们产生无法抑制的悲恸，在场的人无不掩面而泣。］

我无法想象，一个死去的妈妈还在为自己的孩子喂奶，从母亲抱孩子的姿势可以看出，她是很刻意地在保护自己的孩子，或许就是在临死前，她把乳头放进了女儿的嘴里，读到这里，泪水再一次地模糊了我的双眼，情不自禁地为这位母亲而落泪，这就是母亲的爱，它每时每刻都存在于我们的身边，让我们一次又一次地感动。

母爱之所以是伟大的，那是因为它是人类史上唯一不掺杂一点杂念和虚伪成分的，最朴实，最纯真的情感，世界上任何的情感都比不上母亲对孩子的爱，而今望着那些在地震中痛失儿女的母亲们，我想，如果可能的话，她们会毫不犹豫地用自己的生命去换取逝去孩子们的生命，为了孩子，母亲可以牺牲掉自己的一切，包括生命。

我是按钮

随着主持人一声令下，我就被一只肉嘟嘟的小手捂得严严实实的，害得我都喘不过气来了，这只小手在我身上摸来摸去。我好想像个泥鳅一样，在这支大肉长下左躲右闪。开始抢。这个小选手眼疾手快，打字还没念完，我的头就被小胖手猛地一按下。像被锤子狠狠地锤了一下子。“诶呦我滴个妈呀！按得那个叫狠啊。你们可得手下留情呀！”可能太兴奋了，他们这轮比赛上，屡屡得冠，所以，打的我鼻青脸肿。其他朋友们却在旁边享受全身按摩服务。

我是桌子

我正在呼呼大睡时，一阵脚步声把我吵醒了。原来是404班的同学坐在我身边来了。你看他们个个信心百倍，准备的好像很充分，上半场他们对答如流，神情轻松自如，可下半场却心急吃不了热豆腐，他们在抢答题上屡战屡败。还没听到遥控器响。404班的同学就啪的一声按下了按钮。这时机器响了404班同学犯规。无奈他们只好给自己扣分儿。就像霜打的茄子一样蔫啦。一位同学瞪大了眼睛涨红了脸，眼睛紧紧的盯着双手，恨不得把手给砍断似的。“诶呦！我的头呀！”原来另一位同学正在懊恼地拍打着我，害得我的皮都掉了一大块儿。“哎，有本事你别犯规呀，还非要拿我当出气筒呀！”可是越喊他们越凶。“苍天呀，谁来救救我！”

我是话筒

当我在闭目养神之际，突然有人拿起我并向我呼呼吹气，我冻得直冒冷汗“，你怎么还不说话呀，难道不会？不对吧！上场比赛的应该都是精英吧！”“时间到！”“哎！”这位同学失望地坐下，再看看其他同学，有的不急不躁娓娓道来，有的同学字正腔圆声如洪钟，那声音都快把我的耳朵震聋啦！各组之间的比分此起彼伏，我在他们手中传来传去的搞得我晕头转向，我强打精神一定要看看，这场比赛到底鹿死谁手！

“呼——呼——”

山风呼啸，那沙沙的声音让我们本来忐忑不安的心变的更加忐忑，心中的恐惧感也随之迅速提升……

雪上加霜的是“领航员”——耿沁颖爸爸突然“神秘失踪”，同时四年级全体同学的十岁生日会也即将开始。为了寻找最后一个标点——38号，我们1号定向越野小组在这两重压迫下战战兢兢地一脚深一脚浅地摸进了38号点所在的“难跑森林”区域，开始了艰难的寻找“38号点”任务。

森林里到处都是一人多高的杂草，山风把草吹得东倒西歪，仿佛草中隐藏着什么猛兽，下一秒就会从杂草丛中扑出来似的。路上——准确地说是被人踩出的小径上堆满了陈旧的树枝，好像这里曾经住着一个野人。我们被吓得不轻，为了壮胆，一人捡了一根“打狗棒”——一根又粗又长的木棍握在手中，好随时防备“突发情况”。这时小燕突然嘟囔了一句：“这里会不会有狮子哇？”

恐惧是会传染的，一句话说的大家的心都往上一提。小耿便弱弱地提议道：“我们来排个队吧，小刘，小赵，你们力气大，在前面开路；我和小李在中间；小燕你垫后。”在这种情况下，无论什么提议都可能会化险为夷，所以大家都惟命是从。正当我们一步深一步浅地森林中艰难的徘徊时，一个熟悉的绿色身影一晃而过，我眼尖，大叫道：“那不是赵老师吗？”大家一听，眼睛一亮，像捞到了一根救命稻草似的，大声呼喊：“赵老师——赵老师——”赵老师终于听见了，转过身问我们怎么了。我们赶紧七嘴八舌地将经历说了一遍。老师笑了笑，看着地图，很快就带着我们走出了森林，并且帮我们打了38号点。不愧是数学老师，真厉害！

刚出森林，小燕这只“打不死的小强”又坏笑着冲着我和小耿开玩笑了：“两位看，王俊凯正在前方等你们喔！要不是他，你们俩还出不去呢~”“死燕子，你给我站住！”我们大吼一声，向小燕扑去，小燕立刻惨叫一声：“啊，我要被压成肉泥啦……”“哈哈哈，自讨苦吃！”……

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December.It is a very happy day

for many boys and girls .Before the term ends in some schools ,the children act

a nativity or “birth” play,showing how Jesus was born in a stable.

On the twenty-fourth of December,all children are very excited.Usually they

are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready.The

younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or

fireplace ,so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in.The greedy ones

even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents.Later that

night,Father or Mother will put presents in the sock,and leave others at the

side of the bed.

On Christmas morning,the children wake up very early.Some even turn on the

light at two oclock,and most of them are awake by six oclock although it is

look for their presents,and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared.At

每一天人们都会收获一些东西，但有一些却不容易，要经历一些选择，正确了就会收获不一样的东西。

比如我，一年级时报了一个英语班，我每次在那里嘻嘻哈哈，课前在教室里玩捉迷藏，每节课就是唱英语歌，背三个很简单的单词就完了，一下课我们就围在游戏机旁打游戏，玩得不亦乐乎。

这天我上完课开心的和妈妈回家，这时妈妈对我说：“xxx报了一个英语班，里面要学好多东西，你要不要去试听一节？”我看妈妈那么开心不能让他生气，我就答应了下来。

这天，试听的日子到了，我不情愿的来到了教室，心想这里会学什么知识呢，里面就有一个我认识的，剩下的都是一些陌生的面孔，我有些害羞，找了个地方就坐了下来，接下来我们的老师来了，他是一个很温柔的老师，上课了，我努力的听懂老师说的什么，做题的时候有的还不会，我认真听了，下课了，我就是收获的很多的知识。

到了家，妈妈问了我一个艰巨的问题：“你是要在这里学多多的知识，还是要在原来的地方疯玩疯乐？”我想了半天磕磕绊绊的回答：“我——我要——这里学多多的知识！”我终于把内心的话说了出来，妈妈给我报了这个班虽然用了好久我才渐渐跟上节奏，但后来我学的东西是我在之前那个英语班永远学不会的，但我竟然学会了，原来我一年能唱几首英文歌学十个个单词，终于我现在一节课就能学十几个单词，背一篇课文，掌握一些语法

每次想起这件事我都会觉得我当时的选择很好，让我学会了更多的知识。

我也喜欢看课外书，比如变色龙为什么能变色？大家知道吗？我给大家讲讲吧!变色龙改变体色是一种保护它皮肤的作用，它的皮肤里有许多色素胞，所以它能变色。我们的眼泪有啥用吗？能让湿润的眼睛灵活，还有排毒的作用，还可以冲洗掉眼睛上的灰尘呢！课外书上还有很多有趣的知识，大家有时间要多多看书呦！

就这样我收获了很多知识，以后我要好好学习收获更多的知识。
