中国疾控中心食品与营养所所长严卫星研究员说，近10年监测表明，我国营养问题仍相当突出，表现为营养缺乏和营养过剩的双重挑战。这些问题与日常膳食的关系非常密切，均为营养知识缺乏造成的。

从“吃不上”、“吃不好”到“吃得起”、“吃得好”，经济条件的改善并没有使居民生活质量标准真正改善。相反，人们的饮食结构正在趋向不健康。翟凤英说，许多居民是“营养盲”，膳食结构不合理，肥胖、高血压、糖尿病等慢性疾病的发生率明显上升。

一日三餐，人人离不开。如果营养问题解决不好，哪怕一个很小的坏习惯持续几十年，就会影响人的一生。

公众营养知识的缺乏，与我国营养师的缺乏有直接关系。据统计，目前全国专职营养师不足4000人。中国营养学会的一项调查显示：在受访的403所医院中，只有47%设有营养科，一半以上的医院根本没有营养科建制，营养师的配备更无从谈起。

公共营养师是一个新职业。20xx年10月，劳动和社会保障部公布第四批新职业，其中就包括“公共营养师”。20xx年《营养改善条例》草案（卫生部征求意见草案）中，规定所有幼儿园和学校、社区和超过百人以上的餐厅都必须配备营养师。据此推算，中国营养师缺口大约400多万人。因此，公共营养师成为有“钱”景的职业，被称为“钻石级的新职业”。

来自甘肃的赵永荣正在北京上公共营养师的培训班。他来京半年多，一直没找上工作。听人说公众营养师现在很吃香，来到培训报名点。培训老师告诉他，教人吃生茄子、喝绿豆的那位高级营养师，就是在他们这里参加培训的，拿到高级营养师证书，一次咨询费就2000元。

记者在调查中发现，公共营养师技能培训机构良莠不齐，存在不少问题。交三四千元，上不到1周的课程，甚至是在网上培训2天，通过考试就能拿到营养师的证书。不少地方甚至不需要考试，直接交钱发证，公共营养师证书像是搞批发一样。一些培训机构在宣传材料上称，中国农业大学副教授范志红是他们的培训教师。范志红接受记者采访时表示，最近3年她不曾给任何培训班上过课，只是没时间去和这些机构。

翟凤英说，营养师不是木工瓦工，不是经过简单培训就能胜任。公共营养师的培训与其他职业培训明显不同，因为它与人体健康直接关联，所以培训机构和培训教师必须非常专业。营养学是一门学问，专门研究营养搭配、营养互补和营养平衡等。营养师的主要工作是研究食物中的营养素和人体机能需要的关系，也就是指导人们“吃什么、怎么吃、吃多少”，做到科学合理调配饮食，促进身体健康。

日本每153人就有1名营养师。如果我国能拿出一部分公共卫生经费，用于开展营养知识普及教育，医疗费用将会大大减少

日本料理以生食、炖、煮为主，似乎“没滋没味”。其实，日本人不是不爱美味，而是在长期营养指导下形成了良好的饮食习惯。据统计，在日本，每153人中就有1名营养师，这些营养师广泛分布在医院、学校、食堂、宾馆、食品加工企业和政府部门等，好多营养师是家庭主妇。

“在日本，营养师的培养非常严格，必须经过营养及其相关专业的本科教育，大学毕业后通过实践锻炼，才能取得营养师证书和执业资格。整个过程就像取得律师执业证书一样。每年有2万人参加由厚生省负责的营养师资格考试。”严卫星说。

范志红建议，我国应借鉴日本的经验，在社区、农村、家庭层面普及推广营养知识，让营养师覆盖全社会。从营养经济学的角度来说，营养指导是“四两拨千斤”， “小投入，大回报”。如果国家从公共卫生费中拿出一部分经费，用于开展营养知识的教育普及，提高全民族的营养知识水平，医疗费用将会大大减少。营养事业应该成为医改中不可或缺的部分。

在影响人类健康的众多因素中，遗传因素居首位，膳食营养因素居其次。严卫星说，膳食是可控的健康影响因素，加强营养指导，正确合理选择食物，最终可以减少高血压、脑卒中、糖尿病、癌症等。

专家测算，20xx年我国慢性病的治疗费用高达5880亿元，对经济社会发展形成沉重的压力。据统计，与膳食营养相关的慢性病占死亡原因的70%。世界卫生组织预测，2020年中国这个比例将达79%。

营养立法是营养事业发展的根本保障。范志红认为，公共营养师考试应尽快从试点考试过渡为全国统一考试。没有哪个国家由培训学校随便发证。公共营养师培训混乱，根源在于我国没有营养立法。营养师的规范化培养、工作、职称都得不到保证，政府的营养干预政策与措施难以落实。在没有法律支持的情况下，营养工作在许多地方和部门难以开展，也得不到必要的资金支持。

翟凤英说，我国正处在实施营养改善的关键时期，如果错失良机，将会步发达国家的后尘，让巨大的疾病负担压垮社会保障体系，阻碍社会的持续发展。营养立法是利在当代、功在千秋的一项工作，对全民健康和社会发展非常必要。

常德学子张天一因放弃律师工作创业卖米粉而备受争议，但在我看来，他是在走自己的路，收获自己的青春。

很多人看来，能达到北大硕士的高度本就不是一般人所能及，况且一路走来，如果就此选择，凭借学位便能得到一份高薪低负荷的“白金工作”，何乐而不为？不过他们错了，张天一他只为行走青春不虚废，于自己有意义的事，而不让知识成为金钱的附属，梦想的负担。

诚然，一个硕士卖米粉确实是一种教育资源与人才的浪费，而社会也需要人才，但是又有谁能够保证他成为律师之后在芸芸律师之中便一定能够回馈社会，实现价值呢？而他卖米粉却能够满足大众的胃口，同时也为家乡湖南的美食打响了招牌，这又何尝不是一种文化上的传播？难道这是无意义的吗？所以像张天一这样的人需要的不是被改变，而是尊重与理解。

正如比尔盖茨。当年在哈佛求学的他因喜爱计算机行业毅然决然地放弃了学业，中途退学。虽饱受争议，但独自创业的他与同伴艾伦不久便发明了Microsoft的解译器，从而震惊了业界，并逐渐走向成功，成为世界首富。正因为比尔盖茨懂得遵循自己内心，为自己而活，才使得他嘴中赢得了自己的青春与事业。同样地，有谁能定论张天一的路不会像他一样呢？

我想，知识的用处并不仅限于专业学科，作为律师来说，嘴皮子快，有思维能力，又通晓法律，做生意未尝不可。若仅将所学知识用于自己不喜欢的事业上，那也就是仅仅满足于事业所需，而将知识迁移到自己的梦想中，执行起来便可能事半功倍，收获更大的社会效应，相比与此，打破固有的思维，也许是当代青年发展，与实现自我价值的最好途径。

当然，这样的做法并不是适用于每个人。除了勇气之外，更需要自身的实力。所谓“打铁还需自身硬”，若是没有基础能力和知识辅助，效仿，便是盲目的，愚蠢的，这种“追梦”便是真正的追“梦”，是对自我意识的不足，没有对自身的评断，而结果也终会成为泡影。

或许，在现代社会的背景下，一个人被附加与之相匹配的身份才更易被人们所认可，但是作为青年的我们，莫让这种意识成为影响自主选择的包袱，也莫让知识成为梦想的负担，如此，才可活得快乐，活出我们的青春价值。

返校的第一天都有个隆重的仪式，那就是在五楼报告厅举行《同学们，你想当宇航员吗？》。

那是我很激动，因为可以了解到航天飞船在太空中，人在里面会怎样，怎样吃饭，吃什么，怎样睡觉……这些问题回旋在我的脑海中。

让我惊讶的是张老师给我们解决了这些问题，也就是张厚英。

他给我说了很多有趣的事儿，比如，吃荔枝罐头的时候可以当成玩，荔枝都在空中飘着，而且，水珠也会飘起来，荔枝飘到嘴边的时候，就可以一口吞掉。还有递东西，在地球是费力的传递货物，而在太空中，只需稍微一扔，另一边的人就可接到，递人的时候也是这样。神奇的是在地球上气球比人类轻很多，但到了这个上面，却个人一样重。吃的也很好，因为这是要补充营养等。

这些能登上太空的人背后可是付出过很多心血的。他们经过了很多训练，脚朝上，头朝下，这个动作一下子要几个月，而且吃东西或干别的事都是这样的，还有练习旋转。

想当宇航员，就必须遵守规则，身高160——175公分，身上有伤口的不许当，不然上太空的时候伤口会裂开。还要有一双灵巧的双手……

如果让我做这些，就不行了，我根本没有能力，因为那些考验不行，每次玩转圈的时候，转不够十个就晕的想吐，更别说脚朝上，头朝下了。拥有一双灵巧的手，我也不行，比如上回有个玩具坏了，哥哥说怎样修，我就跟着他的思路修，不管给了我多长的时间，我总是完不成任务。这件事儿就可以体现出我没有能力了。

哎！当宇航员真是困难呀，但是，就算我的梦想不是当宇航员，我也要尽量努力的去做，为祖国争光。

生物学实现素质教育的重要途径是变结论式教学为过程式教学[3]。为体现学生的主体地位和培养学生分析问题与解决问题的能力，可以采用研究性学习方式教学理解性知识。在理解教材编订者思路意图后，将其适当揭示给学生。比如对于大多数人并不在意的教材目录，可以引导学生通过其了解全书的体系结构，把握教材“灵魂主线”，从而增强学生的学习目的性和融会贯通的能力，减轻记忆负担。解题教学中，将自己的思考过程“泄露”给学生。课前不备解题方法，与学生一同进入解题思维，让学生直接看到解题的原始思维过程，从而对学生起到启发和借鉴的作用。

一个太阳高照的夏日，那年我七岁，我回到了老家，和老家那边的小伙伴们在一起玩游戏。天气炎热，太阳高高地挂在天上，红彤彤的好像一个巨大的火球，天气闷热闷热的喘不过来气，让热的汗流浃背的我们现在玩什么都没兴趣。

正午时分，太阳当头照。当中反应最快最机灵的一个小伙伴得意洋洋的笑着，仿佛已经想到了一个绝妙的好法子。他把我们都凑在一起得意地说：“咱们已经好久没去河边了，不如今天我们去河边捞鱼捉虾吧，正好晚上开一顿鱼虾宴!”

伙伴们都纷纷叫好，唯独我有点胆怯的躲到一旁。他们都转过身有的嘲笑道：“胆小你别去呀!”“哈哈，你真是个胆小鬼!”“胆小鬼啊，胆小鬼!”······他们笑完之后都一步三回头想着河边跑去，为了自己不被人嘲笑我还是鼓了鼓勇气跟了上去。

终于跑到了小河边，伙伴们都高兴的直蹦，而我却很害怕怎么也高兴不起来。小河里有一个捕鱼的大伯，我认得他，他是村里的一个渔民兼农夫。他很神气地把手伸进河里，随便一捞就捉到了一条鱼或一只虾，人尽了鱼篓里，仿佛就是这条小河的主宰。

伙伴们都相继的跑向河中央去捞鱼捉虾。我脱了鞋把它放在岸边，小心翼翼地向河中央走去，我一步一个脚印，脚踏实地向前走，生怕那一个不小心就跌入水中。见伙伴们玩得很高兴，都捉到三四条鱼了;也见自己这么小心的走了十几步，都没什么事，便有些胆大起来，不发变得大了一些，速度也变得快乐一些。

可是当我大胆滴走了没几步便踩进了淤泥里，脚底一滑，重重地摔倒在水中，连同“啪”的一声巨响。我痛苦地挣扎着，脚底下软绵绵的根本是不上劲儿，河水拼命的往我肚子里灌，刹那间就把我的肚子撑得圆溜溜的。这痛苦让我一时间昏死了过去，不知是在什么时候，一只大手紧紧地抓住了我，用力地把我提出水面。当时我还以为我就要完了呢!等我被拉上岸才清醒过来，原来把我拉上来的人不是我的伙伴们，而是那个在河中央捕鱼大伯。

那天回去时已经是黄昏了，我回去之后在床上美美得睡了一觉。当然并没有鱼虾宴，而那些小鱼小虾早已回归大自然了。
