During last summer vacation I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle a closed friend of my father transferred from Shanxi to Yantai a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea the clean and soft sand on the beach the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day for I couldn’t get up early enough.

On the fifth day the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there the sky was turning grey little by little the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries then suddenly in the faraway horizon golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. A moment later a corner of the sun appeared. The sun was rising very slowly and reluctantly as if it was unwilling to leave the sea. At last the entire sun lay on the horizon so big and so red it looked like a huge ripe orange or a tender half-boiled yolk. It hesitated and shivered a moment then said goodbye to the sea and rose into the air. The scene was very beautiful touching and magnificent which I’ll never forget.

紧接着，第二次警报声响起了，班主任袁老师喊道：“同学们，快跑！”同学们一个个从桌子底下钻出来，双手抱头，分别从前后门冲出教室，奔向大操场。谁知，一向灵活的我却卡在桌子底下出不来了！我的同桌轻轻拉了我一把，当我们气喘呼呼的出来时，大部分同学都出了教室，我这才回过神来，像离弦的箭一样往外冲。

刚跑到楼梯口时，眼前出现的一幕让我大吃一惊！楼梯口人山人海，堵的水泄不通，前面的同学还没下去，后面的同学像潮水般涌来。楼梯口的老师大声说：“同学们，不要慌张！前面的同学快点跑，后面的同学慢一点。”在老师的指挥下，前面的同学迅速地下了楼，后面的同学自觉地放慢了脚步。同学们终于安全有序地离开了楼梯口，奔向大操场。

空旷的操场上一时间人声鼎沸，同学们自觉排成的方队成了一道亮丽的风景线。校长宣布：我们以2分56秒完成了本次演习。操场上一片欢呼声。

two kilometers away from our homes, so we decided to go there by bike. We set

off at 8 oclock. At the museum we saw a lot of interesting things. We could

一声令下，我和前排座位上的几位同学首先冲出了教室。我见其他班级的同学也在向外跑，教学楼里所有的应急通道已经在第一时间内打开。我们顺着平时演练过多次的疏散通道跑，有序地冲出了楼门，绕过了花坛，跑到操场上。我跑得气喘吁吁，穿的是棉校服，再加上过度紧张，早已是汗流浃背了。英语老师是最后一个跑到操场上的，大口地喘着气，清点完人数后方镇定下来。大地又轻轻地抖了两次，不过这两次振幅小多了。

事后得知，这次地震是3．1级，时间定格在二零一八年四月十日十六时四十七分。这是敖汉地区今年发生的第二次地震。还好有惊无险，人员、财产均无伤害。我感到，学校以前组织的防震避险、应急疏散的演练活动并不是空穴来风，这次起到了巨大的作用。这是一次最真实的“演练”。

今年的父亲节，我终于深深地感觉到了不在爸妈身边，我会有多么想念他们，感觉就像过了好几年那么长，估计是我太想他们了吧。你们想我了没有啊?

今天，我们一家去电影院看《唐山大地震》，我知道我不会哭，但是我会有和大人们不一样的情感，用一个孩子的角度来看待这部影片。

影片以普通一家人的生活情节主线展开，恩爱的夫妻——元妮和大强，漂亮机灵的孩子们——方达和方登，姐姐护着弟弟，丈夫养着妻儿，平淡而幸福的日子，都在7月28日这天，被一场地震毁灭了。

一阵地面裂开的巨响，在车子里的大强探出头来，大喊了一声，地震，是地震！在房屋里熟睡的姐姐被惊醒，把弟弟拉起来，无助的喊着妈妈，元妮一见，便叫道：“来——啦——！”，说着要往房子里冲，丈夫大强拦住了她，自己却冲进了房屋，那一刻，房子倒塌了，元妮仰天大叫：“老天爷，你王八蛋！”那是一个失去亲人而痛苦的喊叫。

面对被压在同一块石板下的姐弟，只能救一个的现实摆在元妮眼前，她一再哭求：“两个都救、都救”，最终她无奈地说：“救弟弟”，听到这三个字，在废墟下的女儿哭了，恨、委屈、绝望，于是再也不要认这个妈妈。

之后，母亲没有再嫁，她说：谁还能用命来对我好？是呀，除了自己的丈夫，谁又能这般爱她呢？“没了，才知道什么没了。”这句话跟随了元妮23年，心灵的创伤用什么都无法修补啊！

在影片的最后，方登跟着方达回到了母亲元妮那里，当元妮对着方登说：“西红柿我洗好了，妈没骗你！”随即跪在方登面前，一个劲儿说着妈对不起你时，方登也一下子跪了下来，泪流了一满脸，其实，她早在以前就已经原谅了母亲，因为她知道，母亲是爱她的。

在唐山大地震时，虽然死了24万人，但是在唐山地震时，又有人选择了多少？又有人付出了多少？又有人失去了多少？所以，人有一颗感恩的心是非常重要的，用感恩的心回报社会回报恩人！

23秒，32年······灾难是无情的，人是有情的。

今天我们全校来了一次地震紧急逃生演练，下面我就给你们说说吧。

第二节课下课铃一响，只听见广播里说；“同学们，等下我们要进行地震紧急逃生演练，第一声哨吹响，大家就躲在一个安全的地方。第二声哨吹响，大家就排队按次序向操场跑。”说完，便来了第一声口哨，我们听了，马上双手抱头，躲在桌子下面。过了一分钟，又来了一声口哨，我们便马上排好队，向操场进军。只见丁超一边跳着走一边说：“地震来了我好高兴啊。”我们听了，一阵狂笑。我们来到操场，选择了一个空旷的地方蹲下，付宇站起来，清点人数。这时，郑非凡躺在地上，丁超见了，笑着说：“郑非凡死了，郑非凡被震死了，死的可惜啊。”“你才死了呢。”郑非凡一下子坐起来，生气的说。

我们在操场上坐了一会，广播说：“现在大家可以回教室了。”说完我们便排好队，回到了教室。潘子慧对邹老师说：“邹老师，还会有第二次吗？”“不会了。”邹老师大声的说。我们听了，这才放放心心地玩去了。

这次逃生演练不仅让我们增长了一些知识，还让我们学会了遇到地震来临时逃生的方法。
