今天我们学校要进行地震练习，我的魂好像都要吓出去了。

地震演习开始了，我听到了可怕的警报声和碎石砸下来的声音，赶紧躲到了抽屉下面，抱着头，缩成了一团。老师大喊：“不要站起来”。我觉得躲在下面仿佛度日如年，脚都麻了。

过了好一会儿，碎石的声音变小了，渐渐地没了，老师大叫：“快跑”。于是有的把书本放在头上，有的顶着书包，还有的空手护着头，像洪水一样冲出去。我的后面好像有一只恶狗在追着我，飞快地跑到了操场上，好像稍微跑得慢一点，就会被砸得粉身碎骨。我蹲在操场上叹了一口气说：“原来没有我想象大家可怕，这只是让我们练习啊”。

最近发生了两起地震，台湾、雅安大地震，我们就来谈一谈雅安地震。

4月20日8时1分59秒，四川雅安市芦山县一切正常，鸟儿还在枝头上“叽叽喳喳”的唱歌，柳树的枝条还随风飘荡。刚过去一秒钟，大地摇晃，天昏地暗，一场7。0级的地震突然来了，至9时2分，当地一小时内，又发生至少9次地震，伤亡情况不明。

就在唐山大地震中，有一对母子被埋在了废墟之下，幸运的是，他们都没有受伤。母亲紧紧抱着孩子，等待救援。可废墟的救援哪有那么快啊?母亲的奶水已经喂完，孩子的哭声也渐渐微弱。她绝望了，又没吃又没喝的，自己不说没事，孩子一定要活下去啊。她想了很久，却一点头绪也没有。恍惚间她摸到了一根织衣针，瞬间她心头的希望火苗熊熊点燃。她想到可以用自己的血来哺育孩子，孩子就一定有救!母亲用织衣针刺破自己的手指，挤出汩汩鲜血，凑到孩子嘴边，鲜血顺着嘴角的弧度流进孩子的嘴里。在暗无天日的废墟中，这位母亲凭着自己坚强的毅力，延续着孩子的生命。

我给爸爸妈妈分别制定了开车安全约定。爸爸要做到的是：1、开车不喝酒，喝酒不开车；2、开车不能接打电话，更不能看信息；3、不管开多远都要系安全带；4、遵守交通规则，不能超速，不能闯红灯。

我给妈妈制定的约定和爸爸的稍有不同：1、穿高跟鞋不能开车；2、开车不能接打电话，更不能看信息；3、不管开多远都要系安全带；4、遵守交通规则，不能超速，不能闯红灯。

除此以外，我还完成了一个任务，就是把我们家的安全约定推荐给了我所有的朋友和亲戚，大家一起来注意安全。

整个暑假爸爸妈妈都能遵守约定，而且我们说好要一直这样做下去。相信只要大家一起努力，我们的世界会变得越来越好。

Today is June 21st, Fathers Day. There is an indescribable feeling in my

but watching TV at home. Dad was very angry at the time, and asked me to take

the book and follow him. I followed him in despair. When he got to the field, he

asked me to read books there. He even found an umbrella for me so that I would

not be exposed to the sun. Although Dads eyes were harsh, they were more warm

and caring. At the time, I didnt understand the good intentions of my parents,

but now I really feel guilty when I think about it.

Dad, today is Fathers Day. In the past 28 years, you have done so much for

us. I can never repay in my life. I hope you are happy every day, healthy and

safe.

Whenever I walk heavy, I can always remember the power of your gaze and

move forward. Dad, you are my crutch at all times, give me support, give me

direction, give me strength, so that I can walk every step of the way in the

future. Even if you are not by my side, that deep fatherly love will still help

me forever!

Now that I have become a father, I have a deeper understanding of the kind

of expectation and care I have for my children. Dad I will always love you.

初三，我收获了知识。在短暂的三年初中生活中有快乐，有分享，有喜悦，有悲伤......但现在已经要结束初中生活的我还有那么多的不舍与怀念。初三，在这紧张的一年中，我收获的是知识。

收获是什么？收获是老师培育的学生，有所作为；收获是农民伯伯春天播种，秋天所得；收获是医生病人生命垂危时，将他从死亡边缘救起……收获就是付出所得的回报。

初三，我的收获很多，不仅是因为紧张的生活而带来的充实，还有在题海中畅游得到的知识。所谓付出就一定有收获。

还记得刚步入初三的我的确有些不知所措，分到实验班的我既高兴又紧张。因为只要自己不努力就会有到差班的风险，所以我不得不努力并把精神时刻紧绷着。在新班级的竞争的确很大，大家都不放过一点时间，下课时再也看不到外面奔跑同学的身影了。

初三就是这样，有人欢喜有人忧，让人紧张也让人充实。摆满课桌的习题与黑板上的中考倒计时都在时时刻刻的提醒着我们要加油要努力，要么奋斗，要么失去。这你洪战辉鼓励自己的一句话，他也认同没有艰苦奋斗的精神是不会有将来的，因此他敢于向命运挑战，不畏命运。有人说初三是残酷的，初三的确充满了挑战，但是只要自己努力，哪怕失败也不会难过。

像蜗牛一样背负着整个家园前行，肩头的重担注定会耽误他的行程，扛着家园却拥有无家的感觉让我心痛，他的励志报告感动无数青少年也许逃避、放弃可以使我跑得飞快，但责任又让我宁愿忍受苦痛扛也是苦放也是痛。初三的我收获的知识最多，因为在初三才能学到的知识，虽然有些不得不学，但学到后还是有成就感的。

有这么一个人，我对她最熟悉不过了。

她呀，个子还算高，瘦瘦的，像根弱不禁风的豆芽菜;一条马尾辫常常甩在后脑勺;两道月牙一样的眉毛下是一双炯炯有神的眼睛;高挺的鼻子下有一整小巧的.嘴。

她的性格怎么说呢，这样说吧：她有时泼辣，有时文静。她的爱好广泛的很，读书啦、运动啦、写作文啦……说到写作文，她还与它有一段冤缘呢。起初，她并不喜欢写作文，可是老妈的命令下，她哪敢不从呢!写着写着，既然喜欢上了写作文，你说怪不怪?

她也有一颗善良的心：一天，她下午在学校教室与同学扫地。本与同学商量好，教室总共有三组，一人扫一组，中间一组一起扫。可是，她的同学肚子疼，她已扫完一组，可她的同学还是不舒服，所以她就自己一个人扫完了三个组，并且还不忘送她的同学去给老师看看。看吧，她就是这么一个好心肠的女孩。

公元二零一八年十一月二十六日上午七点五十七分左右，台湾海峡发生了6。4级地震。而此时，距震源150公里的我们，正聚精会神地上着英语课。在知识的海洋里遨游的我们，全然不知一会儿会发生什么。

七点五十五分，英语老师像往日一样边板书边传授知识。由于是第一节课，有的同学还没完全清醒，整个教室寂寂无声，只能听见老师洪亮的声音。气氛昏昏沉沉的，像极了暴风雨来临前的宁静。

七点五十八分，桌椅突然开始动了起来，一前一后地晃，叫人难受。第一反应是后桌又闲着没事干了。过了两三秒，摇晃继续，我实在难以忍受，气势汹汹地转过头，准备破口大骂。

“老师，等一下！”钟鸣夫同学突然大喊。全班霎时肃静，静得每个人可以听见自己的心跳声。“地震了！”一个尖锐的声音打破了这两秒左右的安静。大家开始交头接耳吵闹起来。老师还没反应过来，愣在讲台上，手里紧握粉笔，一脸错愕。我转回了气势汹汹的头——后桌完全没动，可桌椅的确在晃，就两种可能，一种是闹鬼了，一种就是地震。可怕的念头一闪而过，我又仔细一想，这儿已经几十年没有过地震，并且厦门不在板块交界处，怎么回事？

全班更加闹腾了，几位同学站了起来，不安地左顾右盼。大家你看看我，我看看你，眼神充满了恐惧。一位同学不紧不慢地说：“没事儿，大家坐下。这只是学校地震演习，不用慌。”听完这番话有些同学就坐下了。“可是，地震怎么演习呢？这不是演习！”清醒的同学喊着，大家真正开始慌了。

大家一溜烟往外跑，争着冲到最前面。原本只容两人通过的门挤了差不多六七个人。个个东西顾不上拿，最好的朋友也抛之脑后，只管各自逃命。我也没多想，一头扎进了人海。快到门前时，人群停下了。因为大家发现：隔壁班的同学都坐在座位上，安详地看着书，有的人还转头好奇地看着挤成一团犹如亡命徒的我们。我们就悻悻然回到了班级继续上课。

回到座位上的我们发现，钟鸣夫不见了！

八点十分，又上了五分钟的课，刚才不见踪影的钟鸣夫大摇大摆地走进来，大喊：“除了八班、九班、十班，其他班级都下去了。你们全死了。”

伴随着同学们嘻嘻哈哈的笑声与老师波澜不惊的讲课声，这次的自然灾害——地震安然无恙地过去了，但这次难忘的经历将永远留在我们的心里。
