The knowledge we gain from books and formal education enables us to learn about things that we have no opportunity to experience in our daily life. 今天中午12时20分的时候，我校举行了第一次逃生实演。

当时，校园一片寂静，突然“呜——”的一阵警报声，使校园里所有的人都警惕起来。大家纷纷拿出手帕，捂住鼻和口，跑出教室，排成一列纵队，慢跑下楼。跑到楼梯口的时候，我禁不住伸头往下一看，同学们都是那么沉着冷静，有秩序地排着队，顺着楼梯向楼下走。时间过得很快，我们终于到操场了！我这才长长地松了一口气。我们排好队，定定神，过了一会儿，吴校长走到队伍前面，开始报时间了：“同学们，你们足足用了3分多一点的时间才到达操场。虽然这个时间听起来已经是很短的时间，但却还是超出了我们的预订——3分钟！”接着，吴校长指挥大家退场时又说：“同学们，下次我们的目标是——3分钟之内！以后每月都要练习一次！”

虽然，吴校长没多说什么，但是我的心里很不是滋味，这次怎么失败了？每次吴校长布置的任务我们不是都能完成的吗？可这次怎么了……唉，这次没有成功，为什么？

有耕耘，才会有收获。下面我给大家讲讲我的一次有趣的收获吧！

那一次，我正在看书，忽然妈妈叫我：“冯祖琪！快过来，我教你一个小知识，非常有趣！”我听见以后，心里想：妈妈可以教我什么呀？我带着满肚子的疑问向妈妈走去。到了她跟前，就见桌子上放着杯子、铁丝、打火机和成满了水的盆子，妈妈又指着杯子说：“我可以让他整整齐齐的断成两半，你信吗？”我摇摇头，妈妈说：“我来教你吧，你看好。”只见妈妈把铁丝仔细缠在玻璃杯上一圈，再用打火机慢慢地烧着铁丝，铁丝一点反应也没有，妈妈问：“你知道我下面要干什么吗？”我挠挠头皮，又摇摇头。妈妈把玻璃杯放进了装满冷水的`盆子里，杯子立刻“喀嚓”一声断成了两半，我惊讶极了，妈妈问：“什么原理你应该知道吧？”我说：“这是热胀冷缩的原理！”妈妈笑这点了点头。

我今天真高兴呀，因为我通过实践，学到了科学知识！并且从中得到了学习的快乐和乐趣！

夏令营的生活丰富多彩。每天都有不一样的挑战项目等着我们：有令人不敢回想的攀岩，有稳中求速的行军五格，有令人汗流浃背的登山……在这么多项目中，令我印象最深刻的当然就是密室逃生了。

那天早上，教练带着我们来到了指定地点。周围风景挺美的，一个碧绿色的湖，湖面上泛着微波，湖旁还有几株垂柳和一个石楼梯。湖的周围围着银栏杆，栏杆上挂着几件橙色的救生衣。在湖的一边，有一个吊机，吊着一辆灰色的面包车。我感到很奇怪：这吊机和面包车有什么用呢？难道跟密室逃生有关？

果然不出所料。教练告诉我们，今天我们的挑战项目就要在面包车中进行。挑战时我们要坐在密室（面包车）里，吊机会把面包车慢慢放入水中。水位会慢慢上升，当水位漫到胸口时，我们就可以离开密室，从水中游向岸边。听起来有点恐怖，我有点想放弃这次挑战，周围的伙伴也一脸害怕的样子。但是思考片刻后，我还是决定参加这次挑战。因为我不想当一个胆小鬼，面对困难逃避总不是办法。

于是，我和几个伙伴穿上救生衣，走进面包车选了一个座位，便坐了下来，系上了安全带。当我们所有人都准备好了的时候，面包车被吊机缓缓地移入湖中央，然后慢慢下降，水位也就慢慢上升。很快，水位就没过了小腿。这个时候，我们都迫不及待地解开了安全带，正准备翻窗下去，却被教练制止了。在后面的时间里，我感到每一分每一秒都很漫长，甚至觉得时间似乎停止了，大脑只剩一片空白。

当水没过胸口，水位就没有再上升了，我们知道，可以下水了。我们依次跃过窗户。第一个跳过的是一个男孩子，他一跃过窗户，就赶紧游向岸边。第二个是一个小女孩，她似乎不敢下水，紧紧地抓住一旁的麻绳。第三个便是我。我毫不犹豫地越过窗户，跳入水中。第一感觉便是冷，冷得让我全身打了一个寒颤。不过当时也管不了那么多了，我只想快点回到岸边。于是我拿出百米赛跑的速度，快速地向岸边游去。但是水流就好像两只手紧紧地拽着我，我的手脚变得笨重了许多，只能缓慢地在水中移动。游着游着，水温暖了起来，像是刚刚被加过温似的，我一点都不觉得冷了。我还是拼命地向岸边游去，祈盼快点靠近岸边。不一会儿，脚便碰到了石阶，我抓着栏杆，身体向上一挺，便顺着石梯一级一级上来了。上岸后，教官的一句话令我们震惊，这水深只有一米！只有一米！我还以为很深呢，在水中一直挥动着手和脚，生怕自己掉下去。

这次密室逃生虽然过程惊险，但是我明白了一个道理：面对困难，不能退缩，只有勇往直前，才能成功。

关于汶川地震，我从报道里看到许许多多感人肺腑的事，给我留下深刻印象的是许多人无私奉献的精神。

有一则报道里曾经说过，一位母亲救儿女的事，我被深深的打动了。

事情是这样子的，地震过后，一位母亲的女儿被一块水泥板压住了，上半身露在外面，而救援人员说：“你的女儿被压着了，上面还有许多楼房的砖瓦，瓦砾，一旦把水泥板撬开，上面的瓦砾，砖瓦都会掉下来，你还是放弃吧”。那位母亲说：“不行，我不能没有女儿”。过了好长时间，母亲才艰难的作出决定说：“截肢，只有把腿锯了，我的女儿才能出来，你们也能安全。”救援人员，医生都纷纷赶来，把她女儿的腿锯开了，母亲看到自己的女儿腿没了，自己痛苦起来………

地震无情人有情，一场汶川大地震，让无私无畏的人间大爱诠释的淋漓尽致，他们用生命谱写的人间大爱将延伸到宇宙每一个角落！（指导老师：李纪伟）

今天下午第二节课变成了英华小学培养消防知识的课，我至今为止还未接触过消防知识呢。

开始了学校请来了消防部教官——侯海豹教官，教官让我们知道了是什么引起的火灾、着火了该如何逃离、怎么是用灭火器的方法，我们还观看了很多惨遭不幸的人。

看完电视，校长就下了通知，让我们开始演习，我们把外套脱掉捂住口鼻就猛的往外跑，我们三千六百余名学生尽管是非常努力了，但还是有非常多的不足之处，这在讲话上让侯教官说得非常到位。

我看完电视，演习过后，我感想到：火灾真是可怕：它危害到人的生命和我们人类的财产，火灾并不可怕，现在有非常多种方法都可以制止，可惜放在身边的先进灭火器不用，非要用老掉牙的扑，唉，现在人类的消防意识真是低到家了，各种各样的设备都能防御住，在视频中曾讲过在一场火中的人死了很多很多，就剩下了一位老太太，她是穿戴上了外国留学生女儿的防火服，才保了一命还保财产，可见会用设备的才能保住命和财产。

2008年5月12日14时28分，这本是一个平常得不能再平常的时间了，而四川汶川却在这个时间发生了震级可以与当年唐山大地震比拟的地震，高达7.8级！而现在死亡人数已经达到了一万四千多人了，但是死亡的人数绝对不可能只有这些，还有许多被埋在废墟下孩子和成年人、老年人都还没救出来。也许，他们还在废墟下等待着救援；也许，他们已经去世了……

电视上、报纸上都报道了这次事件，看着许多人因自己的家人在这次事件中仍然没被救出来或者已经去世而痛苦。一位阿姨和她的家人在废墟旁等救援队在废墟中救援底下的人，等了一天却等到的是她父亲的遗体…她和她的家人痛哭了很久，可是已经不能挽回她父亲的生命了…

而在灾区帮助救治灾区人民的一位护士和医生是一对夫妇，他们的孩子也还被埋在废墟下，可是他们顾不得去寻找他们的孩子，而是在临时搭建的棚里救助需要救助的人们，因为他们知道，救助是他们的天职…

还有一位母亲，自己的儿子已经在这次地震丧失的生命了，而她却买了很多救援物质送往灾区，她说自己的儿子已经去世了，她希望用她的一片心和她儿子的一片心来为灾区人们献份爱心。

而这次，我却反常的期待着学校快点组织我们捐钱，连今年的抗雪灾捐款的时候我都没那么积极，我拿出了我的所有存钱罐里的钱，将它全部捐往灾区。

希望灾区人民能够尽快从灾难中走出来，希望能救援出更多被埋的人！

江山代有才人出，各领风骚数百年。

开学后，我们班的各类竞赛是“你方唱罢我登场”，每次的冠军也如同雨后春笋一般。我连续几次都与桂冠失之交臂，对于自认为是“知识大王”的我来说，真是令人气馁。是知识储备不够？还是比赛气质不行？这几天我一直在琢磨这个问题。可能我还比同学们差那么一点点吧。

本周，我们的竞赛主题是“天文地理”。为一雪前耻，我暗下决心，一定要再博一次。在家中，我孜孜不倦地“啃书”；学校课间休息，我也在看书；做完作业，课外作业后还是“书”！但愿我的努力不会白费。

终于，让我期盼已久的竞赛时刻到来了。班上从早上开始就弥漫着一股萧杀的气息，大家都憋着一口气呢。下午，竞赛开始了，先是每个小组pk，轻轻松松我就从小组出线了。再一轮，所向披靡，一路顺利地来到了最后的总决赛，四人总决赛。此时，整个班级的气氛到达了白热化，呐喊助威此起彼伏，我站在讲台上心潮澎湃。

时间似箭，转眼间就到了最后一PK。大家的分数还紧咬不放，我的心情既紧张又激动。“三、二、一”开始抢答。只见大平幕上出现了一道题，“世界最大的盆地是哪个盆地？”“啪！”我旁边的4号第一个拍响了桌子，毫不犹豫地说：“吐鲁番盆地！答：“错误！”裁判斩钉截铁地说。“啊？”4号略带不甘地啊了一声。“啪！”这一次我按响了抢答器。对裁判说：“是刚果盆地！”“回答正确！”当这一句话说出来之时，所有人都向我竖起了大拇指，有些对手虽然有点不甘，但也不得不佩服我的才能。我当时心里不仅没有紧张，而且有无限的自豪和光荣感在心中回荡。这珍贵的一分，让我终于一偿所愿，拿到了这次竞赛的冠军！

事情已经过去几天了，但每每想起来我还是难以抑制的激动，也为自己感到自豪。同时，我也深感到知识被我们学习并利用，它能给我们力量，给我们无上的光荣获，学习真是一件有价值的事。俗话说：“学无止境”，让我们珍惜时光，好好学习知识吧！
