我们的课余生活像一座七彩桥，丰富多彩、绚丽多姿。有的同学喜欢画画、有的同学喜欢跳舞、有的喜欢弹钢琴……可是我最喜欢的是读书，书带给了我无穷无尽的乐趣。

“嘟……嘟……”咦，是哪里发出的消防警报？难道是哪里着火了？当然不是，其实，是我们安阳实验小学正在进行消防逃生演习。

第二节下课，陈老师给我们讲了怎样逃生后，就让我们等待消防警报。“嘟……嘟……”消防警报响了起来，我拿起毛巾，捂住口鼻，弯下腰直往教室门口冲去，同学们也不敢怠慢，纷纷朝着教室的前、后门跑去，好像学校真的着火了似得。一出教室，只见走廊上冒着浓浓的黄烟，我把布捂得更紧了，生怕一丝烟吸入鼻腔。大家你挤我拥肩膀擦着肩膀，脚尖碰着脚跟，挤得我都快要喘不过气来了。历经千辛万苦，我终于挤下了楼梯，以迅雷不及掩耳之势的速度之往操场上狂奔，多一秒钟，就多一丝希望，我怀着这个念头，把全部的力量都集中在脚上，好像现在在巨型运动会。“终于到了！”我欢呼起来。虽然腿脚发麻，但我浑身轻松，仿佛刚从虎口逃生。我大口大口地喘气，勉强走到班级队伍中去了。望望教学楼，教学楼上的黄烟渐渐退去，最后消失了。逃生演习结束后，消防官兵们请了几位同学到主席台来体验灭火。那几位同学在消防叔叔的指导下，把火灭了。火的臭味熏得我直咳嗽，我们这才体会到真正的火发出的浓烟有多臭了，要是吸多了，恐怕真的会中毒身亡啊！

从这次演习我体会到：生活中离不开预防，只有预防了，就不会有损伤。

今天，陈老师严肃地对我们说：“今天要进行地震演习。”教室里顿时乱了开来，就像热锅上的蚂蚁。

这时候，警报声突然响起，我仿佛听见碎石掉落的声音和房屋倒塌的声音。同学们赶紧捂住头，使劲地往桌子下面钻，好像碎石真的要砸下来了似的。最有趣的就是万智瑞了，她躺在地板上，嘴巴似乎要贴着地面了，屁股使劲的往上抬。我也赶紧弯着腰，使劲地往桌子下面钻，心在“扑通扑通”地直跳，好像要蹦出来了。我躲得腰酸背痛，脚都麻了，闷得气都喘不过来，像一只缩头乌龟一样。怎么时间过得这么慢啊？我都要坚持不住了了。

警报声停了，同学们像开了闸的洪水一样涌出去，有的拿着毛巾捂住头，有的拿着课本遮住头，还有的用书包挡住头。仿佛身后有一大群猎狗在追赶着我们。张瀚文背着书包飞快地往操场跑，像一只离弦之箭一样，突然只听“砰”的一声，他的水杯掉在了地上，他又飞快地跑回去捡起来放进书包里。我像一只猎豹一样也飞快的向操场跑去。跑到操场后，我们按晨会的队伍排好，蹲下来。

通过这次演习，我们知道了真的地震来了该怎样自卫。
