接着，我们继续参观了科技馆，这里是一个知识的海洋，我的好朋友参与了“怒发冲冠”的实验，只见她站在均压罩上，手扶金属护栏，电压升高以后，随着电荷的积累，她的头发一根一根地竖立了起来，出现了“怒发冲冠”的现象，大家都惊呆了！

我还演奏了“无皮鼓”，操作了“发动机与发电机”，其中印象最深的是欣赏“机器人舞台”，有两个看上去很普通的机器人，神奇地表演了剑术，动作不慌不忙，姿势优美，当它最后把剑收回剑鞘时，大家都鼓起了掌声。真没想到机器人这么能干，但是最聪明的还是人类，因为人类创造了一切，科技发明使我们的生活不断进步！

十一放假期间，我和爸爸妈妈一起去了汶川大地震中伤亡最多的北川。

在地震后，镇子瘫痪了，危楼处处耸立，十分危险，整个镇子彻彻底底成了一片废墟，原本应在山上的岩石却像瀑布一样飞流而下，覆盖了一栋又一栋的楼房，直到5。12大地震的救援工作结束，仍有很多人没找到，北川再也回不到地震前了，遗址被保留下来好让失去亲人的人们前来祭奠。走进地震遗址，映入眼帘的是从山麓到河滩波浪式被摧毁了的土地。倾斜的房屋、塌陷的楼层、悬空的楼梯、破碎的窗户，满目疮痍的场景和北川中学遗址上屹立不倒的五星红旗深深震撼了我。

看到这些场景，此时此刻，我的眼前仿佛出现了在地震发生后救援人员匆忙赶往地震现场进行抗震救灾的场面，救援人员飞速赶到了地震现场，只见现场一片狼藉，救援人员二话不说，开始了救援，搬石头的搬石头，救人的救人，挖土的挖土，大家很快展开了救援，很快，从各地来的救援人员以最快的速度完成了救援，但因地震太强烈，有些教室直接被埋到了地底下，大部分楼房的一层直接陷入了地底下，救援过程就难上加难，挖掘机因路况问题无法进入，解放军只能用铁铲甚至双手去挖，但最后仍然有很多人没救出来。

地震（earthquake）又称地动、地振动，是地壳快速释放能量过程中造成振动，期间会产生地震波的一种自然现象。全球每年发生地震约五百五十万次。地震常常造成严重人员伤亡，能引起火灾、水灾、有毒气体泄漏、细菌及放射性物质扩散，还可以造成海啸、滑坡、崩塌、地裂缝等次生灾害。

地震成因是地震学科中的一个重大课题。目前有如大陆漂移学说、海地扩张学说等，现在比较流行的是大家普遍认同的板块构造学说。1965年加拿大着名地球物理学家威尔逊首先提出“板块”概念，1968年法国人把全球岩石圈划分成六大板块，即欧亚、太平洋、美洲、印度洋、非洲和南极洲板块。板块与板块交界处，是地壳活动比较活跃的地带，也是火山、地震较为集中的地带。板块学说是大陆漂移、海地扩张等学说的综合与延伸，他虽不能解决地壳运动的所有问题，却是地震成因的理论研究。

由于地球在不断运动和变化，逐渐积累了巨大的能量在地壳某些脆弱地带，造成岩层突然发生破裂，或者引发原有断层的错动，这就是地震。地震绝大部分都发生在地壳中。

构造地震是指在构造运动作用下，当地应力达到并超过岩层的强度极限时，岩层就会突然产生变形，乃至破裂，将能量一下子释放出来，就引起大地震动，这类地震被称为构造地震，占地震总数90%以上。

火山地震是指在火山爆发后，由于大量岩浆损失，地下压力减少或地下深处岩浆来不及补充，出现空洞，引起上覆岩层的断裂或塌陷而产生地震。这类地震数量不多，只占地震总数7%左右。

陷落地震是由于地下溶洞或矿山采空区的陷落引起的局部地震。陷落地震都是重力作用的结果，规模小，次数少，只占地震总数的3%左右。

人工地震和诱发地震是由于人工爆破，矿山开采，军事施工及地下核试验等引起的地震。由于人类的生产活动触发某些断层活动，引起的地震称诱发地震，主要有水库地震，深井抽水和注水诱发地震，核试验诱发地震，采矿活动、灌溉等也能诱发地震。我国广东新丰江水库自1959年10月建成蓄水以来，截止到1987年，已记录到337次地震，其中1962年发生了6。1级地震，使混凝土大坝产生82米长的裂缝。

所谓地震前兆是指地震发生前出现的异常现象，岩体在地应力作用下，在应力应变逐渐积累、加强的过程中，会引起震源及附近物质发生异常行为。它包括地震宏观异常和地震微观异常两大类。宏观异常指人们可以听到、感觉到的，如小震前震、气象异常、动物异常、地下水异常、地声、地光等。微观异常指通过仪器测定获得的异常，如地壳形变异常、地磁异常、地电异常、地磁波异常、水化学异常等。概括性称这些与地震孕育、发生有关联的异常变化现象为地震前兆（也称地震异常）。

地震是一种破坏力很大的自然灾害，除了直接造成房倒屋塌和山崩、地裂、砂土液化、喷砂冒水外，还会引起火灾、爆炸、毒气蔓延、水灾、滑坡、泥石流、瘟疫等此生灾害。此外由于地震所造成的社会秩序混乱、生产停滞、家庭破坏、生活困苦和人们心理的损害，往往会造成比地震直接损失还更大！

此外，在有些大地震中，还有地光烧伤人畜的现象。地震的直接灾害所造成的伤亡和损失比直接灾害还大。

面对如此厉害的自然灾害，我们不能束手待毙，任由地震吞噬我们的生命。当然我们有防震须知十要点：

为了进一步加强同学们的消防安全意识，学校组织全体教职工和学生观看了一场消防安全知识讲座，目的是为了增强我们的消防安全意识和消防法制观念。

影片中的一场场火灾，烧毁了家园，烧掉了财物，令人陷入了绝望的深渊，迫向死的边沿，甚至吞噬了生命。大火过后，留下了满目疮痍。这种惨痛的教训告诉人们，如此无情的残酷的火灾为什么会发生？由于人们缺乏消防知识，消防知识淡薄，消防设备残旧不完善等等造成了一幕幕人间惨剧，所以我们要时刻把安全放在首位，约束自身行为，创造良好的消防安全环境。

观看结束后，学校强调：为确保校园安全，学校应强化安全管理，明确责任，制定并落实相应措施。创建安全的、文明的、健康的育人环境，每一位教职工任重道远。

在一个阳光明媚的早晨，学校里寂静无声，同学们都在教室里安安静静地上课。突然，“嘟、嘟、嘟”三声急促的警铃声。看过军事类书籍的同学应该知道，在军事或民用上三声警铃就表示紧急情况或突发危险，所以我一听就顿感大事不妙。紧接着，广播里响起了火警通告：“老师们、同学们注意了，在我校某栋某层发现火情，请全体师生速至操场集合!”

在分批次撤出教室，转移到楼梯口逃往操场的时候，这个月学的逃生技巧总归还是派上了用场。在逃生的时候，同学们个个都弯着腰匍匐着向前走，并用湿毛巾捂住口鼻。我还让徐露程带上了一卷记事贴纸，防止在被困火场时找不到路，并且我已经做好了使用灭火器材的准备。

在这种紧张的气氛下，我们好不容易才跑到二楼。这时，跑在最前面的老师放慢速度，回过头来大略数了下人数，却发现少了少个同学，我们只好蹲下，原地等待。一、两分钟后，那几个同学才姗姗来迟。虽然耽误时间很短，但要知道在火场中，一、两分钟可能事关生死。因为身陷火场，最重要的还是同伴之间要互相信任、互相帮助，所以我们谁也没有抱怨，只是在老师的带领下继续向楼下逃生。

当同学们全都精疲力竭地赶到操场上时，校长公布说这只是一次演习，同学们这才恍然大悟。接着，校长又说我们的这次逃生演习很成功，同学们瞬间忘了逃生时的劳累和恐惧，全都欢呼雀跃起来。

games. If we are tired and want to take a short rest, playing games for a while

is OK. But it’s forbidden that we spend hours and hours on the games. There is

also someone using computers to talk with people in the Internet and even

falling in love with him or her. The Internet is not a real world and we can’t

tell lies from truths. So falling in love with somebody on the Internet is not

今天，在学校的时候学习了《地震中的父与子》，让我不禁赞叹父爱的力量真伟大呀！

《地震中的父与子》主要讲了：有一年发生在美国的大地震中，一位父亲冒着生命危险，抱着坚定的信念，不顾劝阻，历经艰辛，经过38小时地挖掘，终于在废墟中救出了儿子和同学的故事。歌颂了伟大的父爱，赞扬了深厚的父子之情。

读完后，我不禁赞叹父爱的伟大，就因为父亲靠着自己对儿子的诺言，挖了8小时，12小时，24小时，36小时……也因为儿子对父亲的信任，才能在废墟里等待父亲36小时，这样的父子之情让人催泪，父子俩拥抱的时候，这是多么感人的画面呀！我在想，在父亲挖掘的时候，儿子又在想些什么，做些什么呢？儿子是靠什么活下去的呢？这些都让我疑惑不解。

其实，这样深厚的父爱，在我们生活中也常会有，只是我们没有发现。

有一次，我的数学只考了89分，被老师叫了家长，回家后我害怕极了，生怕爸爸训斥我。但相反，回家后，爸爸温和地说：“你这数学没有考好，我知道不是你没有用心复习，毕竟你那天复习到一点才睡。”回房间后，我躺在床上睡觉了，爸爸轻轻地进来关上了窗户，又给我盖上了被子，才踮起脚尖轻轻地出去了。我想：有时候父爱并不是表面的语言，而是在背后默默地照顾你，呵护你。

我们今天下午演练的是火灾逃生，到了下午上课后，同学们都准备好了，就等着快点开始演练，随着校长一声令下，逃生演练开始了。我们班的同学有纸巾的拿纸巾，有毛巾的拿毛巾，有什么拿什么（当然这些都是事准备好先沾了点水的），一个个以最快的速度到达操场，然后蹲下来，别班的学生们也以最快的速度冲到操场，演练到此结束。最后校长宣布我们今天的演练只用了4分钟，还不够理想，明天继续演练。

经过多次演练后，有很多同学不愿意再进行演练，有的同学在议论纷纷，有人说“很没意义，从这么高的楼上跑下来又跑回去累死人了。”有人说“根本没有必要，又没有地震。”当初的兴奋变成了抱怨。而我觉得很有意义，因为如果真的发生火灾或地震什么的，我们就有经验，不会惊慌失措，像演练这样有经验地抱着头以最快的速度往操场上跑，这样我们就安全了，也可以减少不必要的牺牲，因而演练是非常有必要的。
