夏令营的生活丰富多彩。每天都有不一样的挑战项目等着我们：有令人不敢回想的攀岩，有稳中求速的行军五格，有令人汗流浃背的登山……在这么多项目中，令我印象最深刻的当然就是密室逃生了。

于是，我和几个伙伴穿上救生衣，走进面包车选了一个座位，便坐了下来，系上了安全带。当我们所有人都准备好了的时候，面包车被吊机缓缓地移入湖中央，然后慢慢下降，水位也就慢慢上升。很快，水位就没过了小腿。这个时候，我们都迫不及待地解开了安全带，正准备翻窗下去，却被教练制止了。在后面的时间里，我感到每一分每一秒都很漫长，甚至觉得时间似乎停止了，大脑只剩一片空白。

当水没过胸口，水位就没有再上升了，我们知道，可以下水了。我们依次跃过窗户。第一个跳过的是一个男孩子，他一跃过窗户，就赶紧游向岸边。第二个是一个小女孩，她似乎不敢下水，紧紧地抓住一旁的麻绳。第三个便是我。我毫不犹豫地越过窗户，跳入水中。第一感觉便是冷，冷得让我全身打了一个寒颤。不过当时也管不了那么多了，我只想快点回到岸边。于是我拿出百米赛跑的速度，快速地向岸边游去。但是水流就好像两只手紧紧地拽着我，我的手脚变得笨重了许多，只能缓慢地在水中移动。游着游着，水温暖了起来，像是刚刚被加过温似的，我一点都不觉得冷了。我还是拼命地向岸边游去，祈盼快点靠近岸边。不一会儿，脚便碰到了石阶，我抓着栏杆，身体向上一挺，便顺着石梯一级一级上来了。上岸后，教官的一句话令我们震惊，这水深只有一米！只有一米！我还以为很深呢，在水中一直挥动着手和脚，生怕自己掉下去。

As the winter vacation is drawing near, I have a plan about my vacation. Im going to do what I want to do. Im going to study harder in order to get good grades in the following term. After finishing all my homework, Im going to enjoy myself in the sea of knowledge. Reading must be a good idea. Im going to keep fit at the same time. Ill get up eary in the morning everyday and play sports. I really love sports. Besides that, Eating a balanced diet is also good for my health. Today is Father’s Day. I got up early and I cooked breakfast for my father.

First, I boiled some water in the pot and cooked eggs and noodles in it for a

few minutes. Then I cut up some vegetables and meat, put them in another pot of

hot soup. Finally, I put the noodles in the big bowl, added eggs, meat,

vegetables and some salt. My father had the noodles happily. He said it was

delicious. I felt proud and happy, too. From now on, I will help my parents do

more housework. I hope my parents are in good health forever.
