可他刚刚转过身去，就眼前一黑，倒在了地上。

当他醒来时，发现自己身处一间四面都是电锯的房间，面前有三杯颜色一样的液体，下面还有一个牌子，牌子上写道：

这三杯水，有两杯有毒，有一杯没毒，你必须找出哪一杯是普通的水，并喝下它。祝你好运！

小圈开始大哭起来，他想起了自己的爸爸妈妈，想起了自己的小伙伴们。如果当时他不离开家和妈妈，去树林里玩，也许就不会发生这样的事了。

可是哭不能改变事实，在他哭的时候，墙上的电锯已经开始向他逼近。坐以待毙，不如行动起来。他给这三杯水编上号，一号，二号，三号。他发现，一号、三号都有小气泡，可二号又有红色小粉，二号水也被染成了淡红色。不过，一号水上的气泡一直在慢慢消失。

小圈特别喜欢化学，想要成为一位化学家，为未来人类做些贡献。这时候，他平时学习的知识帮了小圈大忙。小圈果断的拿起一号水喝完了。因为那是矿泉水上下摇动形成的气泡。

在小圈喝完水后，在他面前打开了一扇门，他兴奋地冲了出去。迎接他的，是小圈生活的城市，他发了疯似的冲下去。

来到城市里，小圈看见城市四周都张贴着寻人启事，上面刊登着小圈的照片。这让小圈又加快了脚步。

星期四下午的活动课，梁老师让我们进行了一次逃生演练。

梁老师首先对我们讲逃生演练的意义：5．12汶川地震时，伤亡了很多学生，但有一所中学有三千多人，却能在地震时用不到四分钟的时间就能全部撤离到安全地带，没有一人伤亡。这是为什么？是因为这所学校经常对学生进行安全逃生演练。我们听后心里都感到十分惊讶，也认为是一个奇迹。接着梁老师给大家讲我们演练的要求：演练时为了便于老师指挥，演练过程大家必须保持安静。一听到有危险，靠近前门的李晓靖站在门前护门，靠近后门的凌子琦站在后门护门，前三排的同学从前门撤，后四排的同学从后门撤，生命最重要，撤离时不带任何东西。你们边走边成队伍迅速往操场跑去，安静地站在操场上。老师问我们听明白没有，我们异口同声地说：“听明白了！”教室里顿时安静极了，安静得连一根针掉到地上都能听得到。同学们的眼睛都注视着老师，等她发施逃生口令。老师好象看出了我们的心思，和蔼地说：“突发事件是不可能预知的。你们先读第五课古诗两首，听到我的撤离口令你们再逃生。”于是，我们就拿出语文书读起古诗来，读着读着，突然老师说：“教室有危险，撤！”那情景好像真的一样，大家都惊慌起来。我们边冲出教室，边尖叫着。老师大声喊：“停！太吵了，不合格，重来！”我们只好回到自己的座位上，又认真地读起古诗来。读着读着，突然老师又大声说：“教室有危险，撤！”只见李晓靖和凌子琦飞快地站在门边，我们安静有序地迅速撤离，我跑着跑着，心怦怦直跳，脚好像也不听使唤似的。我心里默默地想：坚持就是胜利，一定要逃出危险地带！不到一分钟，我们就小跑来到操场上，安静地排好队。老师伸出大拇指称赞说：“你们真棒！”得到了老师的夸奖，我们的脸上挂满了笑容。

这次演习让我知道了安全的重要性，生命只有一次，我们每一个人都要珍惜！

Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or any of the other famous sights. If Id gone alone, I couldnt have seen nearly as much, because I wouldnt have known my way about.

The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate. During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting - a day that I shall never forget.

It is known to all that today the environment has been badly polluted.

Though many action have been taken to protect our environment, it still has a

long way to go. Two years ago, I went to middle school, and the first moment I

saw the environment, I found that trees were very small, and many workers were

busy planting trees. Now, when I looked around our school, the trees were taller

than people and they grew so fast. People always talk about planting trees but

less of them can take action. If they plant trees immediately, then there would

be more green scenery. Protecting the environment is not just words. We should

take action right now.

What is the taste of home? Before I lodge in school dormitory, I never think of this question. But, now I know what the taste of home is as I have lived in school for a month. I miss the delicious food cooked by my mother and her endless chatter. My father sits in the middle of the hall watching TV. The fight between my two younger brothers and the ice cream in the refrigerator make me feel warm. All these make a house a family. And it is the taste of home in my mind.

My favorite sports is playing basketball. I liked playing basketball when I

was a child. I think playing basketball is a very interesting and healthy

sports. Usually, after class, I always go to play basketball with my friends.

There are three feasible ways, in my opinion, which can raise public awareness of our surrounding environment. For example, use public transportation more frequently instead of private vehicles; print double-sided instead of one-sided to save papers. 一、头癣常见的症状

1、真菌感染通常伴有痕痒，偶尔头发会存有异味，同时颈后的淋巴结也会出现肿胀。真菌可引起头发脱落，过度抓挠的话可引致少量红肿、痛楚、及会出现脓性分泌物的溃疡。

2、造成头发感染的真菌亦会令其他部分的皮肤造成感染，头癣并透过小孩的头皮或密切接触而传播，特别是家庭成员。

3、身体其他部位的溃疡，呈圆型并伴有红肿的现象，并在圆型中央有小小凸起。头皮癣的症状如果不加以治疗，真菌仍可传播开去，达几个月或几年。

二、头癣的治疗

1、拔发治疗

（1）人工手拔发治疗。对面积在5分硬币范围以内、损害不超过3块以上者，可考虑该法。即用平头镊子将病损区及周围3cm宽范围内的头发连根拔出，局部涂以2%碘酊，每天一次，连续3～4次。并经常洗头，每周涂5%硫黄软膏一次。如化脓严重，停用碘酊，改涂0.5%呋喃西林软膏。

（2）X线脱发治疗。即利用X线照射后，使头发毛囊暂时缺血而易于拔除。目前已少用。

2、灰黄霉素综合治疗

包括内服灰黄霉素，每天洗头，外用5%硫黄软膏或2%碘酊，每1～2周剪发一次。此方法适用于无禁忌证的各型头癣。

3、其他抗真菌药物治疗

可选择使用特比奈芬、伊曲康唑、氟康唑等药物。

三、如何判定药物治疗头癣的疗效

采用痊愈和未愈二级疗效评定标准，自觉症状完全消失和皮损全部恢复正常者为临床痊愈，以上2项不同时具备者判为未愈。真菌镜检和培养均转为阴性者为真菌学痊愈，否则判为真菌学未愈。

四、头癣的预防

1、对患者污染的衣、帽、枕、被等应采取晒、烫、煮、熏等预防措施。污染的理发工具应采取刷、洗、泡等措施，对带菌的毛发、鳞屑及痂皮等应进行焚毁。

2、争取兽医协同对病畜进行防治，以防传播。

3、理发员应做好理发工具的隔离消毒工作，尽量在理发时不损伤头皮。

4、学校定期给儿童上卫生知识课，经常检查儿童头部，发现新患者应立即治疗，以防传播蔓延。

Oh, Oh, I am really could not write again about this semester’s studies and thought, because spoke the truth, I very few listened earnestly, especially in the university. Therefore teacher I’m sorry very much, this semesters work I stopped. Wishes you and your family member has the happiness content life!

昨天上午班主任梁老师告诉我们:最近学校要组织地震逃生演习，交带我们思想上要有所准备，行动上要听从指挥。

今天上午上第一节课的时候，天空中下着毛毛小雨，学校广播突然响起，传来演习指令，要求同学们立即进行地震避险。同学们反应机敏，速度极快，都觉得好像真的发生了地震。大家抱紧头部，闭紧双眼，弯下腰快速躲进桌子底下。我也很快钻进桌子底下，用力向里面缩，把这里作为藏身避险的好地方。教室里发出吱吱喳喳的响声，有的在桌底下屏住呼吸，有的哈哈大笑，有的互相埋怨，还有的在你推我挡，好多人都埋怨桌子底下的空间太小了，在桌子下面折腾的时间真的好难过啊

终于熬到头了，广播传来可以开始往外撤退的消息。同学们纷纷从桌子下面艰难地钻出来，刚想伸展一下身体，老师又下达紧急集合的“命令”，同学们只好手忙脚乱地离开教室，在走道上排好队伍向大操场奔去。这时同学们还双手抱头，一个接着一个往前跑。每个人的心里都想着要尽快逃离这个“危险之地”。当我们冒雨来到大操场时，校领导的脸上露出了满意的笑容。

这次地震逃生演练意义重大:让我懂得了在地震时自我保护的知识和动作:首先要就地寻找避难的地方;其次是要想办法快速离开危险的地方;再次是面对灾难时要团结，相互关照。老师还告诉我们在灾难发生时一定要沉着镇定，听从指挥，要有集体观念，不能争先恐后，平时还要多带一些水，真的被埋在废墟里时才能坚持一段时间，才能延长被援救的时间。

我们一定要记住汶川大地震的教训，平时从严训练，掌握逃生的本能，在灾难发生时就会减少损失。
