想到这，我不顾老师“继续上课”的命令，抄起雨伞，准备夺门而出。身边的同学个个一脸茫然，似乎还没反应过来。看到楼道里其他班级的同学匆忙疾奔，我更坚信自己的判断，便吼了一嗓子：“地震了，大家快跑！”无人答理我，不管了，自己先逃生吧！

我随着其他班级的人流迅速跑到操场。到了操场上，我脚一发软，瘫坐在地上，大口喘着气，死死地盯着教学楼，用手感受着来自大自然的震动。操场上的同学们也都议论纷纷，一阵恐慌。这时广播里响起了校领导的声音：“请各班级迅速撤离，这不是演习，再说一遍，这不是演习！”可是我们班的同学迟迟未到。

所幸，这次只是小地震，并没有造成人员伤亡。我拖着无力的步伐回到了班级。英语老师正在维持着秩序，有个别同学嘲笑我说“小震不用跑，大震跑不了”，我不想回应，低头做小测卷。

我不认为我做错了什么，在无情的灾难面前，我们应该尽快采取自救措施，挽留自己的生命，因为生命最为珍贵，它高于一切！如果这是一场大地震，最后得以存活的是我，还是没有逃生的同学呢？这样的假设是残酷的。但愿经历了这次地震后，我们都能更加珍爱生命！

During last summer vacation I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle a closed friend of my father transferred from Shanxi to Yantai a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea the clean and soft sand on the beach the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day for I couldn’t get up early enough.

On the fifth day the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there the sky was turning grey little by little the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries then suddenly in the faraway horizon golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. A moment later a corner of the sun appeared. The sun was rising very slowly and reluctantly as if it was unwilling to leave the sea. At last the entire sun lay on the horizon so big and so red it looked like a huge ripe orange or a tender half-boiled yolk. It hesitated and shivered a moment then said goodbye to the sea and rose into the air. The scene was very beautiful touching and magnificent which I’ll never forget.

今天中午12时20分的时候，我校举行了第一次逃生实演。

逃生是必须的，在单位亦或在家？单位的办公楼就三层高，希望还是有的；家呢？坐等吧，隔壁就是二十几层的高层，跑出去岂不是危险更大；孩子？要是在家还好说，在学校，还不知乱成什么样儿呢？至少该提前嘱咐他真要是地震了，先别急着跑，要不，也许没被地震震趴下，会被人群冲倒，到时候就找个有支撑的角落等候，房子都不高，也许不会有大碍……还有老公、父母、公婆、姐姐、弟弟等等，哎呀，我头有些大，上帝保佑大家都平安无事！

其实，我写这篇文章的初衷并不是想写地震来临时的逃生，而是假如有地震来临，也许我们会失去与许多人再次对话的机会，永远！就像日本地震后采访到的那些表情木讷的人们，记者感慨真不知活着对他们来说是幸亦或不幸！那么，作为现在还幸福地生活的我们，就真的不该想想假如灾难降临，我们心中真的就没留有遗憾了吗？

我想到了父母，我爱他们，虽然自己已经过了不惑之年，但从我嘴里从未对他们说过：“我爱你们！”。年轻时，曾一念之间也想过，父母终究会老去，但只要一想到这儿，就情不自禁泪眼朦胧，如今，父母身体依然健康，但却已经年近八旬，当然我骨子里希望真的有长生不老之说，但到了这个年纪，不由得不替他们担心，就总在内心替他们祈祷，假如真的有突如其来的灾难，请不要让他们受罪，受身体和精神上的折磨。也曾带过他们出去旅游，也曾为他们带来过骄傲，好早以前还在天津上学期间就几乎让他们遍尝了津味小吃，可是内心还是遗憾，我始终不能用语言向他们表达我的爱！

还有孩子，也许没有了父母的世界，你要独自一人面对，早就有天下没有不散的宴席之说，父母与孩子的缘分，终归是要散的，好遗憾妈妈没给你很多独立的机会，我几乎没去考虑过没有我们你该怎么去生活，其实，细想起来，那只不过是早晚的问题，我自己认为是多照顾你一天，就多疼你一天，也许没想到的是，假如真的留下你自己独立生活时，你生活得更加艰难，所以，这也是我心中对孩子留有的遗憾，妈妈没教会你独立生活！

爸爸打开了迅雷看看播放器，点了一下《唐山大地震》，电影就放了起来。这部电影很催人泪下。主角有“方大强”“元妮”“方登”“方达”。里面讲了，在1976年里的一天，方大强和妻子元妮在夜里去工作，可是，过了一会儿，他们就感觉有点不对劲，车子竟然动了起来，下车一看，原来是地震，元妮一看，就吵着要去救孩子，但是方大强阻止了元妮，自己却跑进了倒塌的楼房内，到了早上，方大强的尸体才被清理出来，元妮很伤心，不过她一想，还有两个孩子呢，还要救他们那。

于是，便找了起来，就在她绝望的时候，有人喊：“元妮，方达和方登在这里，快来看一看那。”元妮一看，正是她的两个孩子，可是，当人们发现，如果，撬方达那边的话，那方登就会有事，如果，撬方登那边的话，那方达就会有危险，当人们告诉元妮的时候，她的心里又落上了一块大石头，人们再三询问元妮的时候，元妮犹豫地说：“救弟弟，救弟弟!”可当时，姐姐方登是清醒的，这话她听到了，她哭了。当人们把姐弟俩拉上来的时候，元妮抱着方登哭了，几分钟后，元妮跟着一辆车走了，过了一会，天空下起了雨，方登被雨水一浇，奇迹般的醒了，她被一个武警送到了一个集中营，随后，就被一对好心人领走了，她在忧伤中长大了，她去学了医。方登从一个拉小车的小工，干到了一个公司的董事长。

在2008年四川汶川大地震，中方登和方达，都去了救灾现场，他们偶然相遇了，并相认了，方达带方登回了家，他们的妈妈一看方登回来了，就忍不住跪了下来。

方登和她妈妈相认了相认了，带她去了墓地，看了方大强的墓地。方登伤心的哭了。

看了这部电影，我知道了人的生命是多么的脆弱。地震是多么的无情。我现在生活是多么的美好，所以，我以后要努力学习报效祖国。

Viewing vs.Reading

The pace of reading, clearly,depends entirely upon the reader. He may read

as slowly or as rapidly as he can or wishes to read. If he does not understand

something, he may stop and reread it, or go in search of elucidation before

continuing.

The reader can accelerate his pace when the material is easy or less

than interesting, and slow down when it is difficult or absorbing.

If what he

reads is moving, he can put down the book for a few moments and cope with his

emotions without fear of losing anything.

星期天，天气晴朗，万里无云。爸爸妈妈异口同声地对我说：“今天，我们要去参观一个有趣的地方。”听到这个消息，我怀着好奇心出发了。

不久，我们便到达了目的地。眼前的石碑吸引了我，上面刻着“九江市应急救援训练基地。”呀！好奇心驱使我飞奔进去。

在基地里面，我们观看了又刺激又恐怖的电影，体验了地震小屋，学会了怎样系安全绳……其中，令我印象最深刻的是体验地震小屋。

当我们走进地震小屋后，看见了地震发生时破坏的照片，让我非常心痛。工作人员让我们做好准备，从三至五级地震，我们感受到周边的物体在不停地摆动；当地震级别升为六至八级时，我们感觉越摇越厉害，大家心慌甚至尖叫。我想“如果是真的发生大地震，后果不堪设想。”

通过这次参观应急救援基地的活动，我了解到一些地震知识，并学到很多自救常识。我玩得很开心，希望下次还能来参观。

在一处昏暗窄小的废墟下，14个孩子紧紧地拥簇在一起。这里黑洞洞的，黑黝黝的土壤随处可见，湿漉漉的地板，一块块狰狞的大石头分裂着，横七竖八地横着躺着，许久不见的光明，迟迟不肯到来，一阵阵寒风吹过，如刀锋一般刺在孩子们的身上。

他们将两只手插进衣兜，身子轻轻地倚在石头上，僵直地坐着，长长的睫毛遮住了昔日那充满稚气和快乐的眼睛，开心的眼神没了，轮到失望的眼神“值日”了；他们红通通的脸颊，变成了灰扑扑的脸颊，他们的脸颊……他们脸色阴暗、铁青，沉默不语，仿佛变成了另外一个人，一个完全再也没有对生的希望渴望的人……

阿曼达的嘴唇微微地动了动，微微睁开了双眼，咽了一下口水，轻轻地说：“伙伴们，坚强点儿！”

没人理会他。都一声不吭，仍旧一动不动。

沉默了许久，一个女孩拍了拍身上的灰尘，慢慢地站起来，哽咽着说：“谁……谁？谁有东西吃？”阿曼达这下就机灵了，他像变戏法似地从石头底下抽出了一个书包。

“呵呵！你们知道我当初为何要拼命地将它顶在头上吗？这里面，有两块面包和三块口香糖！”阿曼达笑吟吟地将食物取出，将面包分为14块，将口香糖也分成14份，其中，他给自己分得最少。

几个伙伴们早就饥肠辘辘，他们像恶狼似地走过去，狼吞虎咽地吃着，灰色的脸上又有了光泽。

为了不让伙伴们恐惧，阿曼达又想方设法地逗同学们开心，尽管他喉咙干得冒烟，他还是给他们唱歌；尽管他疲惫不堪，他还是给他们讲笑话……

不一会，其他人也开始快乐起来，废墟中又开始欢声笑语，他们都有说有笑。快乐的眼神回来了，灵活的身子回来了，一切的苦恼，一切的疲惫，都灰飞烟灭了……

阿曼达为了更加让他们快乐，便说道：“伙伴们，别丧气，我爸爸如果还活着，就一定会来救我们，‘不论发生什么，我都会和你在一起’这可是他向我保证的！”说完，他自豪地拍拍胸膛。

不久，一缕充满爱的阳光射了进来，阿曼达抬头一望，“啊！爸爸！”他大叫道，父亲开心地望着他，他也快乐地望着父亲……

这对了不起的父子，又团聚了……

今天第四节的班会课，邓老师给我们讲了很多有用的消防知识。

首先，邓老师向我们展示了三种灭火器——干粉灭火器，二氧化碳灭火器，推车式干粉灭火器。还让同学们一一介绍这三种灭火器，然后，邓老师给我们讲了如何正确的使用灭火器，还给我们一一展示了日常生活中常见的灭火器材，并提醒我们：“大家在自己家的小区都会看到这些东西，但是千万不要去玩弄，如果真的发生了火灾，不仅会使器材损坏，还会耽误救援时间。“我们听了邓老师的话，都很确定的点了点头。邓老师还跟我们讲了，遇到火灾时，如何逃生，教我们认识紧急通道的标志…

浓烟滚滚不见天，警报声声人胆寒。八路水龙齐上阵，灰飞烟灭心坦然。”一场场火灾丧心病狂的咆哮着，猖獗的危害人们的安全。所以，一定要把所学到的消防知识牢牢地记在心里，不然不认真对待会使自己丧失了宝贵的生命。

My favorite sports is playing basketball. I liked playing basketball when I

was a child. I think playing basketball is a very interesting and healthy

sports. Usually, after class, I always go to play basketball with my friends.

Meanwhile, it is beneficial for our health to play basketball. Most importantly,

playing basketball can makes me become stronger. Besides, I can also get the

opportunity to comunicate with each other, which makes me get well along with my

classmates. In short, I can benefit a lot from palying baketball reasonably

every day.

古人说过：“火善用之则为福，不善用之则为祸”。我的妈妈是消防队的工作人员，经常会给我讲解很多消防相关的知识。这些知识在关键的时刻解决了大问题。

一天，我和小伙伴在玩真人版《荒野求生》游戏。我们先找来几块砖头围成一个灶台，又找来些树叶和废纸作为木柴，一个小伙伴拿出打火机，点燃下方的废纸。不一会儿，火就越烧越大，我们还用扇子来扇。我又找来些树叶，插在树枝上烤，正当我们玩得不亦乐乎之际，火突然像一头暴怒的狮子，朝旁边的成团的杨絮烧去。火蔓延得太快了，我们追不上，只好大喊：“救命啊！救命啊！”怎么办？我突然灵光一闪想到――灭火器，我以迅雷不及掩耳之势，冲进家里，找出家中备用的灭火器，我心里想着妈妈之前教我的步骤：“先拔掉保险销……左手握关喷管，右手提着压把，对准火焰根部……用力压下压把……喷射灭火器……”一边想着一边按着步骤做着，这时许多白色气体喷向火焰，火顿时像一个泄气的皮球，不一会儿就败下阵来。我阻止了一场火灾。

几个伙伴向我投来赞许的目光，也想玩玩，可我一看气压表已到红色区域，我知道这表明灭火器压力过低，不能正常使用了。我告知小伙伴们，不能玩了，然后大家看着已扑灭的火，都松了口气，各自回家了。

回到家，我把这件事情告诉妈妈，妈妈有些担心地对我说：“你能及时灭火是对的，可这种游戏以后一定不能玩，这是很危险的，会伤害到你们的生命的。水火都是无情的。你记住吗？”听了妈妈说的这些，我有些后怕地频频点头。妈妈又告诉我：“如果是和小伙伴在室内玩，真着火了，要迅速打开窗户通风，然后捂住口鼻，低身行走，迅速走到安全地带，然后赶快报火警，不可贪恋屋里的财物。”我认真地听着，把这些知识牢牢记在心中，同时记住火警电话“119”……听了妈妈的话，我心里暗下决心：消防安全，人人有责。用好火源，从我做起。我一定将消防安全知识记心间。
