在到达台湾的当天，导游给我们介绍情况的时候，就提到了台湾处于地震带，经常会有震感，但是都不是大地震，所以不用在意。我们听了谁也没把地震的事放在心上。没想到，两天后就让我切切实实体验到了只在书本电视上见过的地震。

到台湾的第三天，我们白天游览了日月潭和阿里山，下午返回台北时下起了淅淅沥沥的小雨，我们早早回到了宾馆。

晚上我洗漱完看电视，突然，床晃了一下，我一开始没有在意，可是床再次晃动起来，我跳到地上，发现地也在晃动，我想：不会是地震了吧？就像要肯定我的想法一样，停顿了片刻的地和床又开始不停地晃，我都快站不稳了。

我顿时慌了，妈妈还在洗澡呢，于是我赶紧去敲卫生间的门：“妈妈，妈妈，地震了，地震了，你快出来！”我听见妈妈说：“你先下楼，妈妈马上出去。”我也顾不得穿衣服，马上打开门，朝楼梯跑去。

边跑边敲我们团友的门：“快下楼，地震了！”我们住在7楼，我用了这辈子最快的速度跑下楼去。下到一楼，有阿姨看到我只穿了秋衣和小内裤，好心地把她的冲锋衣给我披上，瞬间我有了安全的感觉。

第二天，我们在新闻上看到原来是花莲发生了6。5级地震，还有建筑物倒塌，有人死亡，台北震感强烈。我们不禁心有余悸，原来并没有导游说得那么轻松。好在我们的行程没有受到影响，顺利回到了济南。

这就是我的第一次地震经历，自己亲身经历了，才知道跟电视上看到的感受是截然不同的，真是刻骨铭心，终生难忘！

漆黑的宿舍里只剩下我一个人还没有睡觉，我可以感觉到窗外呼呼的风声，可以听见有人呼气的声音，一切都证明我依旧没有睡意！

我突然之间发现今天这一天还是比较跌宕起伏的，可是我自己却感觉不到那种兴奋，这也不知道是什么原因。

bastardised to represent materialism gone mad - despite probably originating in

some season based pagan druid ritual a million thought miles from requests for

spontaneously combusting hoverboards... Kidadults cynically pointing this out

after having their moment of belief in you are wasting everyones precious time.

Because you are not for them. You are for the children. Children who need some

magic in a world where the borders between innocence and responsibility, playful

This is what Id like to ask you to help with. A little more time for

children to be children. Stretch the moment of magic and playfulness. Distract

them from the realities of a world gone mad so that they can laugh with their

You inspire good behaviour and, at least in my memory, some desperate last

minute attempts to redeem bad behaviour so as not to be overlooked. Spare a

thought too for those millions who want to write to you but through illiteracy

cant. Hear their words and help to give them the time and chance to learn how

to read and write so they can better their lives and escape their impoverished

beginnings.

I feel a little sorry for you. And I guess Ive done exactly what I said I

wouldnt... Asked you to help with adult problems and solve some of the greatest

worries we have for our children. I promise to leave some extra port and mince

pies for you!

这次活动全体师生能够按照学校演练指挥部的统一指令和要求，进行了应急避震演练、紧急疏散演练。这次演练的目的，就是预防当地震真的来临时，如何做到先避震，再迅速、有序地在不发生次生事故的前提下，撤离到安全地带。

刚才的演练，从疏散警报开始到最后一个班级撤离到安全地带，用时秒，大家全部安全撤离。从效果上看是不错的，演练基本上达到了要求。参与演练的老师能够及时到位，坚守岗位，履行职责。同学们都能在老师的指挥下安全避震、迅速撤离，整个演练过程安全、迅速、有序。

但这次演练中也暴露出一些问题，主要是一些同学对此次活动的意义认识不足，总认为地震这样的灾害不会发生在自己身上，因而在避震时动作不到位，在疏散过程中缺乏现场紧迫感。同学们，我们都知道汶川大地震的严重后果，就应当明白安全疏散演练的重要性。大家一定要记住，这不是游戏，这是关乎每一个人的生命。希望各班回去之后要展开讨论，使安全意识、珍爱生命意识深入人心。

参观唐山地震遗址博物馆，意义重大，感触很多！

一、走进地震遗址纪念公园，整体外形设计让人震撼

站在24万人的墓碑前，瞬间感到灾难的巨大，生命的无价，多少鲜活的生命被覆盖，多少温馨的家庭被掩埋，献上一束鲜花，告慰这片土地上的人们，我们永远记得他们。

二、解放军前仆后继，和唐山人民相濡以沫共克灾难

危难时刻送来光明的他们，一辆辆卡车送来了物资，一座座帐篷搭在废墟上，指挥着抢险救灾，一间间简易房冒出了炊烟。唐山人民将永远不会忘记……

三、凤凰涅槃，重生的唐山焕发新光彩

在博物馆里，一路参观，从残垣断壁，血肉模糊，到人马嘶鸣，尘土飞扬，一路压抑，当寻着光明走来，走到了重建后的新唐山单元，焕发着新的光彩，转型升级，凤凰涅槃，在党中央的关怀下，唐山在经济、文化、交通、医疗、旅游、沿海资源等领域飞速发展，荣获中国优秀旅游城市、中国人居环境奖、全国文明城市、中国特色美丽城市等等城市荣誉，中国唐山已成为一张美丽名片…。

走出唐山地震遗址纪念公园，心情既沉重又充满希望，做为新一代青年，做为唐山人，我们有责任，建设好我们的家乡，因为我们经历过磨难，血液得到了淬炼，我们更懂得团结的力量，我们知道迎难而上，擦掉眼泪继续前行就有希望，我们有感恩的心，我们有必胜的抗震精神，所以我们将肩负使命，勇往直前！

Score is not equal to knowledge, my head teacher always keeps telling me this, because he wants us to master all the knowledge we need to understand. I do not put his word in mind, because in my heart, score comes the first. One day, chemistry teacher taught us some knowledge and then asked us to finish a paper test. Whoever passed the text can do the experiment. I got a high mark by guessing. I was very happy, but tragedy happened. I made a small explosion by not mastering the knowledge. I was scared and finally understood the sentence, Score is not Equal to Knowledge.

分数并不等于知识， 班主任对我说，因为他希望我们能够掌握所有需要了解的知识。我并没有把他的话放心上，因为我觉得分数是最重要的。有一天，老师教了我们一些知识，然后就让我们考试。只要通过了考试才能去做实验。我瞎猜猜得了很高分。我很高兴，但是悲剧也就发生了。因为知识不牢固而导致了一个小爆炸。我被吓到了，也终于明白了那句话， 分数并不等于知识。

i’m very glad to tell you something about chinas second manned spacecraft shenzhou vi.

it was launched at 9 o’clock, oct 12, 2008. and it returned to earth at about half past 4, oct 17. shenzhou vi orbited around the earth at a speed of 7.9 kilometers per second and traveled 3.25 million kilometers during the 115 hours and 33 minutes’ journey in space. the total cost is rmb900 million . aboard the craft were two astronauts, fei junlong and nie haisheng, who conducted a lot of scientific experiments. their journey in space was very smooth. the living and working conditions inside the cabin were very good. their health is in good condition.

在生活中，总有“书到用时方恨少”的时候。往往在这些时候，人们才会想起读书，可回到家，他们却又点开了手机朋友圈。

虽不能说朋友圈里的东西都是坏的，如有一些知识分子仍在喧闹的环境中写出好文，或科普一些知识，但这类人毕竟是圈中的少数，更多的人还是喜欢发一些自拍、或晒儿晒女、或晒风景，更有甚者，发一些让人看了就难受的文字。若是屏蔽这些没营养的朋友圈后，朋友圈中便只剩下零星的几条。有些人的朋友圈可能更为营养，但这一切，终究还是敌不过书。因为书中有价值知识远多于朋友圈。

人们往往说“开卷有益”，事实上也是如此。小说中的精彩描写可以提升你的文学水平；典籍中的历史故事、神话传说、他乡异闻可以增加你的见识、开阔你的眼界；传记中英雄人物的非凡经历可以激励读者，让人们在自己的人生道路上更好地做出选择。读书，不仅增加考试成绩，亦可使之后的生活更加美好。因为书读了便有了气质和才华。有了气质和才华就会受人尊重，自然地位也不会低了，收入也不会少了，生活质量也不会差了——虽然是世俗的逻辑，但也是很多人的逻辑。

因此就朋友圈和书籍两者相比，后者的乐趣虽可能不及前者，但其用处绝对是更大的。不仅是朋友圈，如今还冒出了很多能占用人更多时间的东西，如抖音、快手等应用软件。这些软件的出现，使人不读书的借口更多了，也让人们读书的时间更少了。

这，是为什么？

国家在提倡全民阅读，也正是因为人们正在渐渐投身欢乐，而日渐忘却学习；如今，人们尤其是我们这些学生，更应认识到书中知识的宝贵。我们应该读书，而少看朋友圈，这也是老师和家长这些过来人倡导甚至监督的。

但愿每个人都能在这喧哗中静下心，放下手机，而拿起书，在黑字白纸间找到真正的知识宝库。

今天，是大年初三，我们一家人游览了新、老北川。

2008年5月12日大地震，死伤无数，房屋倒塌，我们幸存，但一个人两条命的，1、2个月的婴儿都死在了这场地震中，在这几日中有多少人失去了生命？

在今天下午，我们来到了北川老县城地震遗址。这里所有的房子倒塌，成了片片废墟，有的甚至是拿铁架支撑着的！唯独几座坚硬的楼房没有倒塌，但玻璃已被震碎。

接着，我们又按照进去的路返回在停车场，在那里有一个特大的房子。姐姐说：“走，我们去那里看看。”在这个房子的上方，“5·12汶川大地震纪念馆”几个大字金光闪闪。走进纪念馆，“山川永纪”四个大字下面是地震时人被压在势头下的照片。一张图片让我产生了不一样的情绪——一位妇女手中抱着一个婴儿，受保护着婴儿的头，一位男人右手放在那位妇女的头上，一个巨大的石头压在他的手臂上。在这种情况下，他竟然能做出这样的举动，是真爱没错了。

还有一张图时在地震的近几天，一位志愿者独自一人背着巨大的墙板，迈出艰难的步伐，把墙板一块一块地往外搬，救出了几位幸存者，真是了不起！

在这里面还有许多地震时的捐款箱、志愿者穿过的衣服、幸存者用的吊瓶以及幸存者和志愿者的签名……

期盼已久的秋游终于来临，可同学们好像并不是特别开心，为什么呢？原来大家都在为天气发愁呢！今天早上起来时，我看见窗外飘着濛濛细雨，心情一落千丈。心想，今天这鬼天气真不给力啊。到校没多久，雨公公仿佛知道了我们的心声，慢慢的雨停了。同学们的脸上个个露出了笑脸，蹦蹦跳跳地坐上大巴车，来到了我们此次秋游的目的地——浙江省科技馆。

科技馆共分为三层，一楼主要讲了自然气象和人们探索宇宙奥秘的过程；二楼主要讲了人工智能，有机器人、监控等等；三楼主要是体验区。同学们有序的参观，在三楼体验过程中，还发生了一件很有趣的事情：在体验“登陆月球”这个项目时，因为每次只能限坐6人，不知为什么，轮到我们这组进去的时候来了7人，最后一个进来的张亦辰只能站在一旁，被我们亲切地称为“管家”，他在整个过程中帮我们拿背包，程子轩还跟他开玩笑说：”管家，来一瓶可乐。“当模拟到月球爆炸时，张亦辰发现了紧急逃身按钮，他焦急的喊到：“快按紧急逃身按钮，快按紧急逃身按钮！”我们哈哈大笑。体验区还有许多好玩的项目：万花筒、手动发电风扇、方轮车……

其中最好玩的就要属于方轮车了。说起方轮车，故名思意，就是方形轮子的车。规则要求身高需达到1·5米的同学才能体验，通过双脚踩动踏板骑行来让它前进，更可恶的是，设计的路都是凹凸不平，很容易卡住，一圈骑下来两腿发麻，气喘吁吁。

这次秋游让我记忆犹新，在体验中收获了新知，提高了综合能力，养成了良好的习惯，让我受益匪浅。

当同学们都聚精会神地听着课时，我感觉自己的桌子在轻轻地抖着。我没有想太多，毕竟本人正在抖着腿。但我的前桌王某某、我的同桌彭采儿、我的右桌彭程，还有周围的杨子洛、陈佳炜都不约而同向我投来了不怀好意的目光，我只好一脸尴尬地停下了抖腿。但可怕的是，桌子还在抖。于是我们的目光整齐地投向了讲台上讲得津津有味的英语老师。刘老师还在上面气定神闲地写着字，要多敬业，有多敬业。

终于有同学忍不住了，向老师报告地板在抖。刘老师一怔，原地站了几秒，一脸淡定地宣告：“地震来了，同学们请有序地到操场上列队。”

同学们一听，乐了，急急忙忙往操场上冲，每个人脸上都绽放着灿烂的笑容。在操场上大家也是三五成群地聚在一起，有说有笑地聊天，不像是地震来了在避难，倒像排着队要去春游呢！

老师对全校同学提出了表扬，说地震来了大家的反应很快。有同学笑着说：“不用上课，谁跑得不快呀！”

这次地震虽有惊无险，但回想起汶川大地震时的场景，不禁觉得有点后怕呀！我们平时还是要多了解一些地震小知识，当真正灾难来临时，才能做到镇定自若，沉着应对。

How to Make Friends

It’s hard to makefriends if you stay alone all the time. It’s easier to

make friends whenyou have similar interests. Look at people in the eyes when you

talk to them. Don’t be afraid to show people whatyou are really good at. Talk

about the things you like and do best. Be a goodlistener. Let people talk about

themselves before talking about yourself. Be friendly to a lot of people. Try to

help your friends when they are in trouble because a friend in need is a

friendindeed. That way you’ll have a bigger group to choose from and havemore

chances to make friends.

学校的生活多姿多彩，有振奋人心的全班总动员为学校扫雪，也有老师不在时上房揭瓦、群魔乱舞的糗事，但是最难忘的还是惊心动魄的“厕所逃生”。

一个阳光明媚的中午，在学校的东北方向，我们又开始了“厕所逃生”。为了躲避陈晓冉和“肥猪”高梦琪的追捕，我（外号闪电）与“臭脚”还有阮恒仓皇地逃进男厕所。一路狂奔到达目的地时，我这提着十五个吊桶打水的心，才终于安稳落地了。哎！我们只是说了一句“实话”，又没做错，就被一路“追杀”。唉！真是命苦啊！

这时，刘相宜——“披着羊的狼”在门口喊道：“闪电，阮恒，臭脚，快出来，他们几个走了。”听到这个振奋人心的好消息，顿时，哥几个的心情都变得畅快极了。我们三个相视一笑，笑容就像冬日里的阳光一样，温暖了彼此的心房。YES！紧张的逃亡之旅就此结束。

我们几个大摇大摆地走出男厕所。可前脚刚踏出去，就见到了一脸坏笑的“女生军团”。What？这是神马情况，我们个个犹如丈二和尚，一时摸不着头脑。不好，刘相宜被敌军收买，我们上当了！我们只能继续四散逃窜，亡命天涯。无奈，无路可逃的我们又一次进入了臭烘烘的安全区……

这时，向我们走来的是高呵玉宁，她双手高举头顶，远远地对我们喊道：“我代表同学，向你们道歉。你们出来吧！”俗话说得好——“吃一堑，长一智”，这兵不厌诈的道理我们刚刚经历，怎能轻易上当！我仿佛是一个机智的大侦探，把头探出门外四面侦察敌情，直到看见“敌军”全部撤退，我才把悬在空中的心慢慢放下。这时，上课铃声响了。头一次，我认为上课铃声如此美妙。

我多么希望，有朝一日男生女生可以友好相处，我再也不想“厕所逃生”了。

to be honest, im honored to make friends with you. i still remember the days when we were together. as far as i know, you are the kindest person in the world. once we were together, you always treated me as if i were your dear brother, so i was grateful to you in my heart. after you leaving, i always thought of you. next time we have a chance to see each other, i will say "thank you" to you. thank you for your kindness. now i have got the meaning of my life.

although we are in two different places now, we are still together, because we are always heart to heart. i believe we can see each other again. since we are always close friends as well as dear brothers. because of you, my life is always so significant. wherever i am, i will pray good luck for you.
