溺水事故举不胜举，一个个溺水事故给了我们深刻的教训，在那里，我要提醒大家：小孩游泳必须要有家长看护，不会游泳最好不要下水，异常是水深水冷的地方，如鱼塘、水库等地方小小孩不宜去游泳。

为了把防溺水的工作做得更好，我们每一个小学生都应当做到以下几点：

1、游泳前应做全身运动，充分活动关节，放松肌肉，以免下水后发生抽筋、扭伤等事故。如果发生抽筋，要镇静，不要慌乱，边呼喊边自救。常见的是小脚抽筋，这时应作仰泳姿势，用手按住脚趾，小腿用力蹬，奋力向浅水域或岸边靠近。

2、参加游泳的人必须身体健康，患有下列疾病的同学不可游泳：心脏病、高血压、肺结癌、肝炎、肾脏疾病、严重关节炎等;患红眼病和中耳炎的同学也不能游泳。

3、不会游泳的人，千万不要单独在水边玩耍;没有大人的监护，不要和伙伴们玩水。即使出去游泳，也要结伴同行，这样能够互相有个照应。预防溺水，珍爱生命，才能保证每个同学的生命安全。

这部电影为什么感觉不好看呢？我觉得是故事性的不足，整部电影叙事不够丰满，走的是流线型描述，缺少细节，尤其是最后汶川地震的场景的出现，总感觉有点画蛇添足，对于故事情节的转变有点牵强。

演的最好的徐帆算上一个吧，印象最深的还是陈道明，可以看出他入戏很深，好几场他落泪的戏都特别感人。本来很喜欢张静初，这部影片她演得却一般，瘦瘦的，从十几岁一直到四十岁的二十几年的跨度，我也没看出有什么变化。

能参加这部大戏是张静初的幸运，但是和徐帆搭戏又是她的不幸，在最后母子相认这场重头煽情的这场戏中，镜头完全对准了徐帆，不可否认，徐帆演绎地确实不错，最后跪下说"对不起"，母亲的压抑了三十二年的内疚之情，亲人相见的绵绵之感，感人至深，但是对于张静初饰演的方登，也是在与家人失散三十二年，怀恨母亲三十二年后的首次相见，用她的话说"不是记不起来，而是忘不了"，三十二年了，心中的感情一直压抑着，这样的见面的戏对于她来说，也是至关重要。然而导演留给她的，却只是一个个后脑勺。谁让人家是夫妻档呢？

对于影片我还觉得有些地方不可理解。比如，陈道明夫妇收养了方登，对于方登也是给予了很多的关爱，但是在方登长大后，很多场景，他们都是主动提出让方登去唐山寻找亲人，作为养父母，对于收养孩子的亲生父母这个话题应该是很避讳的，他们怎么总是提起呢？即便是在养母去世的时候，竟然留给方登一个存折，让她用来去寻找自己的亲人，还总是说亲人永远是亲人，好像他们知道方登的母亲弟弟真的还活着一样。在他们收养方登的时候，不是都告诉他们了，方登是一个没有人来认领的孤儿吗？而且在方登怀孕消失了几年后，回到家，陈道明见面后没几句，又提到寻找亲人。

道明夫妇把方登抚养成人，方登对他们却没有很深的感情。影片中只能看出陈道明对于这个女儿疼爱，对于妻子的深沉的爱，其他的，则没看出什么。
