地震前的准备：要避免地震的灾害，最有效的办法是依靠自己，以自己的力量做好预防灾害的准备。一般家庭常备的东西有粮食和饮水，以每人平均保存5天的份量为佳。另外再准备一些防灾用品，如防灾头巾、手电筒、口哨、急救药品、火柴、蜡烛、半导体收音机等以及一些逃生用具，如毛毯、便携式炊具、固体燃料等。

地震发生时：

1、如果在平房里，突然发生地震，要迅速钻到床下、桌下，同时用被褥、枕头、脸盆等物护住头部，等地震间隙尽快离开住房，转移到安全的地方。地震时如果房屋倒塌，应呆在床下或桌下千万不要移动，要等到地震停止再逃出室外或等待救援。

2、如果住在楼房中，发生了地震，不要试图跑出楼外，因为时间来不及。最安全、最有效的办法是：及时躲到两个承重墙之间最小的房间，如厕所、厨房等。也可以躲要桌、柜等家具下面以及房间内侧的墙角，并且注意保护好头部，千万不要去阳台和窗下躲避。

3、如果正在上课时发生了地震，不要惊慌失措，更不能在教室内乱跑或争抢外出。靠近门的同学可以迅速跑到门外，中间及后排的同学可以尽快躲到课桌下，用书包护住头部，靠墙的同学要紧靠墙根，双手护住头部。

4、如果已经离开房间，千万不要地震一停就立即回屋取东西。因为第一次地震后，接着会发生余震，余震对人的威胁会更大。

5、如果在公共场所发生地震，不能惊慌乱跑。可以随机应变躲到就近比较安全的地方，如桌柜下、舞台下、乐池里。

6、如果正在街上，绝对不能跑进建筑物中避险。也不要高楼下、广告牌下、狭窄的胡同、桥头等危险地方停留。

7、如果地震后被埋在建筑物中，应先设法清除压在腹部以上的物体；用毛巾、衣服捂住口鼻，防止烟尘窒息；如果找不到脱离险境的通道，要注意保存体力，设法找到食品和水，创造生存条件，等待救援，用石块敲击能发出声响的物体，或者吹哨，向外发出呼救信号，不要哭喊、急躁和盲目行动，这样会大量消耗精力和体力，尽可能控制自己的情绪或闭目休息。

汉语，是我们的母语，如果我们连自己的母语都写不好，难道不感到可悲吗？虽然我们从小就会说汉语，但是我们能说一口流利的普通话吗？不能。汉子的结构复杂而多变，如：形近字、多音字……都代表不同的意思，每一个词是那么栩栩如生，是那么美妙。

说起语言，我看见那些很小的孩子，开始学会说话岛上学时，大多数都可以将普通话了。说到这儿，我就想起我小时候，从说话吞吞吐吐，到上二、三年级时都会说点儿普通话，到上五、六年级时差不多才会说了。语言像一个大大的太阳照耀着我，把我从一颗种子变成树苗，播种、生根、发芽、长树叶时，它都照射着我，给我阳光。没有汉语，哪有正在写字的我，哪有会说会唱的我。汉语把不会写字、说话的我，变成了一个“无所不能”的我。让我能够把自己经历的点点滴滴，遇到的磨难、感受的幸福都抒写下来。谁能说汉语没有带给我们知识？

当然，汉语有很多很多的好处，但是最让我难以忘怀的还是那……。我学习了汉语，不仅学会了说话，还学会做人，还学回了替别人着想。“感恩”最让我刻骨铭心。只有语言是不行的，同样也要老师的教诲。说起老师，是那么的伟大而又坚强，他们无私奉献的传授知识给自己的学生，他们不辞辛苦，不怕劳累，知识默默无闻的工作，俗话说得好：“老师如同母亲，都有一颗慈祥的心。”老师有温柔的一面，也有凶恶的一面，以前的我总是这么认为的，老师打我就是恨我。现在我从汉语知识中明白了，老师是为了我们能学到更多知识，了解更多文化。同事老师很温柔，当你不会做题时，他们总是耐心地讲解，总是那样……。老师也有遇到过这样的学生——不听话的学生。有时，有的学生太不听话了，硬要跟老师作对，有的老师管不了，只有气得火冒三丈，严重的话，甚至要气哭，自己悄悄的躲着哭，他们是那么委屈。自从我了解汉语知识以后，我就知道，老师是那么的伟大而坚强，我们怎么可以这样？作为学生怎么可以这样无法无天呢？汉语让我知道感恩，所以我要对老师说：“你们辛苦了！”“你们是伟大的！”

今天课间操时间，我们没做操，而是进行了一次防震演练。

第二节课的下课铃声刚刚响起，张老师就站到教室里，要求同学们收拾好学习用品、坐端正。教室里的气氛一下凝重起来。

张老师话音一落，教室里很快鸦雀无声，连一根针掉在地上的声音都能听得见。

就在这时，从广播里传来三短两长的哨声。张老师马上指挥同学们从教室门口的两列同学开始，跟随王老师有序快速地撤离教室。同学们像一只只整装待发的小鸟得到了指令，离开教室，排队前行。

眼看就要11：35了，我和黄欣婷飞奔向阶梯教室。我们复习了一会儿，周乐轩来了。我们三成为一组，但我依然很紧张。几分钟后，开始了比赛。

比赛规则是：一共30道必答题，12道抢答题，必答题是每个班轮流的。抢答题是个人抢答的。

然后，比赛开始。

先是必答题，第1题大雷雨天，不要走近高压电杆铁塔避雷针远离至少()以外。(C)

这道题直接轮到了我们四（4）班，天哪！这道题我不会啊，怎么办！正在我焦头烂额之际黄欣婷站起来回答了。还好还好，虚惊一场。哈哈，我好幸运啊。

时间过得飞快，转眼间又转了一圈，其中我发现四(3)班的题目最难，而且他们还没答对，我内心一阵窃喜。不过马上就是我们组来答题了，希望老天保佑我成功。果真，轮到我的时候我答对了这道题，不一会儿30道题全被我们答完了。

我们开始了抢答题，我的心跳得更快了，好像只差一厘米，就要从我的口中跳出来。

其他的人看起来很坚强，其实心里正和我一样呢！

这时主持人放了一道题，只听见“三，二，一，开始抢答！”“刷……”的一声，抢答器都被按了下去，因为我在第一时间按下了抢答器，该我回答，我居然回答正确了。

最后，我们组得到了第三名，老师还给我们颁发了奖状。

这次比赛不仅给我快乐，还让我了解了许多知识！

高尔基曾经说过：“书是人类进步的阶梯。”多读书，可以开阔我们的视野。我最害怕的一句话就是“再这样就把书撕掉！”毫不夸张的说，我从五岁就开始了我的“阅读史”，妈妈常说我一看到书就“见书眼快”，难免会有和妈妈斗智斗勇的时候。

这天中午，我趁着妈妈午睡，就蹑手蹑脚地朝书架走去，拿起一本我最心爱的《恐龙王国》；翻到上次看到的地方，津津有味地看了起来。一开始，我看书时还时不时警惕地望望门口，看妈妈来了没有，但是随着文字的深入，我渐渐地进入了书里。瞧，扇冠大天鹅龙的头部多神奇啊……。

不知不觉，我看了大半本书了，这时我想到了警惕妈妈，我往门一看，门慢慢地推开了，我赶紧合上书，躺在床上，妈妈看见我正在睡觉，就离开了。我又从床上爬起来，这次，我索性拿起笔画起恐龙来，我把书放在地上，照着画。

我读书成绩好大部份都是书的功劳，不管是家里的书，还是班级的书，总是被我看个精光。
