到我的时候，我的心扑通扑通的跳到了嗓子眼上了，汗水又止不住地往下流。我深呼一口气，按照刚才阿姨教我们的步骤一步一步做。首先，把倒下的“假人”的头扶起，如果它的嘴里有东西，先将东西拿出来，再把头扶正，拍打它的肩膀并大声喊叫它。然后用两指把下巴的骨头往上弄，打开气道。再然后两手交差，在胸口上以“1001，1002，1003”的频率按压30次，再用口覆膜包住它的嘴，对它做人工呼吸，吹两次气，每次大于1秒，当看到它的胸口起伏后，才算完成急救任务。当阿姨说“恭喜你救活了”的话后，我才放松下来。

后来，阿姨又带我们去看了救小孩和婴儿的视频，连续看了两三遍，大家都觉得这个非常重要。

这次的体验让我学到了很多常识，但我希望永远都不要有用到的那一天！

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget

今天是自强军事夏令营的第五天，我们拓展一个活动那就是“火灾应急特训。”

果然，在九龙坡武警消防部里的自强军事夏令营“火灾应急特训。”我们自强军事夏令营的人先来行政会议室，现在就是空空如也。应该是为了夏令营才把之前的东西通通搬走了。我们在这进行了“安全知识讲座”。我在这知道“消防”两个字中，“防”才是最主要的。我还知道，我们在火灾前唯一防范的就是燃烧物。

里面的教官还给我们看了一些人在面对火灾时错误的行动的报道，其中有一个特别典型我看了都有一些敢想。这主要讲了，上海工商大学一个在六楼的女生宿舍发生了火灾，其中一名女教师因惊慌跳楼，其他人也跟着纷纷跳楼。这给其他教师做了警告。

我们自强军事夏令营的人，不一会儿来到了一栋楼旁，着一栋楼就是我们演练的地方，教官把各营在那个楼层的事处理好后。突然，“呜——呜——”一阵急促的铃声，教官保持冷静地组织我们去操场集合，而我们脸上却没有丝毫惊慌，我们知道，只是不过就是演练吗。队形乱成一团，教官对我们十分不满意。结果在下一次要放烟雾弹，烟子是橙色的。我们只好按教官都要求作了，到了底部真是一片橙色，看都看不清。

自从以后，我对自己的安全防范更有自信了。

今天早上，因无事可做，便在小区的池塘边玩耍。

防震减灾演习心得体会

任何灾难的来临，在事先都没有明显的预见性，让我们防不胜防，措手不及。自2008年5月12日汶川大地震以后，国家就将每年的5月12日，定为“防震减灾”日。为了防止遭受类似灾害，提高我们防灾的意识，每年的这一天，学校都会组织开 展 防灾减灾紧急疏散演练。

5月11日上午，演习正式开始。一阵刺耳的警报声响起，教室立刻嘈杂起来，同学一个个像慌了神一样，不知道如何是好。这时传来老师严肃的话语：“冷静!快躲在桌子底下!”同学们用最快的速度抱头、蹲在各自的课桌下。接着又一阵警报声响起，这是撤离的警报。在老师的指挥下，同学们不像平时那样放松，挤在门口打闹，而是自发的排好队伍，一个接一个井然有序的出去，前排的同学从前门出去，后排的同学从后门出去。等我一冲出教室，烟雾从四面八方充斥而来。原来学校还投放了烟雾弹!我在烟雾中弯下腰，立刻用衣服捂住口鼻，摸索着向楼梯走去。烟雾很浓熏得我想流眼泪。平常了熟于心的路线，在烟雾中变得朦胧起来，但是老师告诉我们此时此刻千万别慌张，顺着楼梯扶手和一侧墙壁有序走下去，就能顺利逃生，终于，我来到了安全的地方——操场!

我觉得这次活动非常有意义，不仅提高了我们对突发灾难应急处理的意识，还让我们学会了逃生的本领，更让我感受到了生命的可贵，我们要珍爱生命!

Thanks for your last letter. Im so glad that you have been able (at last! ) to arrange a holiday in Australia. As I fear I wont be able to meet you at the airport when you arrive, nor will I be able to be home until later in the afternoon, so here are some instructions and suggestions.

There is a bus from the airport to the city. It is much cheaper than a cab. Take the bus to the city and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station.

To get to my place in the eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you will have luggage.

When you arrive at my flat, ring the intercom for Flat 2. My friend Lillian will be at home and she will open the front door for you and let you into my flat.

Presumably you will be tired and want to sleep. But if you feel like some exercise after that long flight, you could stroll down to Cooper Park, which is only ten minutes away ? you can see it from the window.
