今天还积极参加了大埔湾社区——科普知识大赛。

我早早来到小区三楼会议室，到了之后说：“哇！太酷了！”忍不住哭了。原来小区的阿姨们给我们准备了一个舒适的环境。浙江海洋大学的兄弟姐妹们也在平台上放了精美的奖品。

9点整，活动准时开始。老大哥先说明比赛规则：谁举手最快，谁参加回答，答错得一颗糖，答对得两颗糖，最后看谁的糖最多，得前三名。比赛开始了。弟弟看完第一个问题，我马上举手，但还是一拍慢。我被一个师兄抢过，但是他回答错了，所以我们有机会。这次我抓住机会，答对了问题，赢了两块糖。在接下来的回答中，我越来越勇敢，几乎都是第一个举手的。其他同学都很生气，那我为什么总是回答？看着他们不高兴的表情，我想：这种活动重在参与，也应该给其他同学，让他们有机会回答问题。于是，我减少了举手的次数。当活动接近尾声时，我主动举手领奖。我又抢到了回答最后一个问题的权利，答对了。我很高兴，因为我答对了第一个问题，我完成了最后一个。我真幸运，终于进了前三名，还拿了奖。

前段时间很多地方都受到了地震的影响，然后我们学校就来了一场地震避难演习。

老师上课的时候在讲台上交代着，等下就是地震避难演习了，希望大家等下能够听老师的指挥，动作一定要快，但是不能随便乱跑，老师说完，我们在下面大声的回答好。然后就开始上课了，谁也没有问老师是第几节课开始，我们也不知道是第几节课，等到了第三节上体育课的时候，学校的警报声响起，外面喊着地震了，啊！我的体育课啊，我心里“悲痛”的叫着，学校还真是会选时间啊。

老师喊着，地震避难演习开始了，然后大家都跟着老师跑到外面去，左手搭着右手，这样就不会因为慌乱而推倒旁边的同学了，同学们一个跟着一个的跑了起来，跑到了操场，校长叫到集合了，他手上拿着计时器，他告诉我们，说我们的速度太慢了，花了五分钟才到操场，如果真的是地震，根本不可能做到自救。哎，我心里想着，如果真的有地震，我估计同学们的潜力股会爆发的。

校长在上面说了很多很多关于地震来临时，该怎么逃生，怎么躲避，不知过了多长时间，然后就听到校长说地震避难演习结束，大家回到各自的教室继续上课。

夏令营的生活丰富多彩。每天都有不一样的挑战项目等着我们：有令人不敢回想的攀岩，有稳中求速的行军五格，有令人汗流浃背的登山……在这么多项目中，令我印象最深刻的当然就是密室逃生了。

那天早上，教练带着我们来到了指定地点。周围风景挺美的，一个碧绿色的湖，湖面上泛着微波，湖旁还有几株垂柳和一个石楼梯。湖的周围围着银栏杆，栏杆上挂着几件橙色的救生衣。在湖的一边，有一个吊机，吊着一辆灰色的面包车。我感到很奇怪：这吊机和面包车有什么用呢？难道跟密室逃生有关？

果然不出所料。教练告诉我们，今天我们的挑战项目就要在面包车中进行。挑战时我们要坐在密室（面包车）里，吊机会把面包车慢慢放入水中。水位会慢慢上升，当水位漫到胸口时，我们就可以离开密室，从水中游向岸边。听起来有点恐怖，我有点想放弃这次挑战，周围的伙伴也一脸害怕的样子。但是思考片刻后，我还是决定参加这次挑战。因为我不想当一个胆小鬼，面对困难逃避总不是办法。

于是，我和几个伙伴穿上救生衣，走进面包车选了一个座位，便坐了下来，系上了安全带。当我们所有人都准备好了的时候，面包车被吊机缓缓地移入湖中央，然后慢慢下降，水位也就慢慢上升。很快，水位就没过了小腿。这个时候，我们都迫不及待地解开了安全带，正准备翻窗下去，却被教练制止了。在后面的时间里，我感到每一分每一秒都很漫长，甚至觉得时间似乎停止了，大脑只剩一片空白。

当水没过胸口，水位就没有再上升了，我们知道，可以下水了。我们依次跃过窗户。第一个跳过的是一个男孩子，他一跃过窗户，就赶紧游向岸边。第二个是一个小女孩，她似乎不敢下水，紧紧地抓住一旁的麻绳。第三个便是我。我毫不犹豫地越过窗户，跳入水中。第一感觉便是冷，冷得让我全身打了一个寒颤。不过当时也管不了那么多了，我只想快点回到岸边。于是我拿出百米赛跑的速度，快速地向岸边游去。但是水流就好像两只手紧紧地拽着我，我的手脚变得笨重了许多，只能缓慢地在水中移动。游着游着，水温暖了起来，像是刚刚被加过温似的，我一点都不觉得冷了。我还是拼命地向岸边游去，祈盼快点靠近岸边。不一会儿，脚便碰到了石阶，我抓着栏杆，身体向上一挺，便顺着石梯一级一级上来了。上岸后，教官的一句话令我们震惊，这水深只有一米！只有一米！我还以为很深呢，在水中一直挥动着手和脚，生怕自己掉下去。

这次密室逃生虽然过程惊险，但是我明白了一个道理：面对困难，不能退缩，只有勇往直前，才能成功。

In daily life we are often faced with choices.More often than not,we have to make cardinal decisions indepentently.This moment is very important for everyone to go through.

In order to make a decision that we will not regret,we should bear these two principles in mind:thinking before acting,and never missing any opportunities that arise.On one hand,we should have an apparent,objective judgment about ourselves while maintaining a clear idea about the world around us.On the other hand,we should also think about opportunity.Many people may not quite agree with this and think that opportunity is so rare that only the luckiest people come across it.However,opportunity is open to everyone and one should make good use of it when confronted with it.One should take advantage of it just like the proverb states:“Opportunities are only from the prepared minds.”

So when one is faced with choices the next time,remember that using the mind and taking advantage of good opportunities will pave the way to success.

Yesterday afternoon, when I was sitting in the classroom and listening to

the teacher. Suddenly, the screen seemed moving and it started to shake. My

teacher stopped his class and then he asked us to calm down. He let the students

who were close to the door left first, and then the rest of us ran out of the

classroom one by one. After a while, everything seemed to be normal, the teacher

asked us to go back to the classroom. Later I learned that there indeed came the

earthquake. I admired our teacher so much, in the important moment, he did not

run away, but considered us in the first place. He is a good teacher.

这时，岸边的一位年轻人看见这一幕，立刻跳下水中，看他游泳的姿势，显然也是个游泳高手，他冲上前去，抱住三人中的一个，似乎是想一个一个救上去，可是，他却小看了三人为保命的疯狂——在眼睛进水的情景下，拼命蹬，把年轻人的腿踢伤了。他想爬上岸去，可却有些显得力不从心，游不动了，渐渐沉了下去。这时，旁边已站了许多人，可他们看了年轻人的下场，却无人再敢去救人，就这样，四人都沉了下去......110赶来了，立刻下水捞人。

从这件事例中，大家必须有所感悟，我提醒大家：不要私自下水游泳，不要擅自与他人结伴游泳，不要在无家长或教师的带领下游泳，不要在无安全设施和救护人员的情景下游泳，不要到不熟悉的水域游泳，不要私自下水施救......别让杯具发生在自我或身边的人身上!

I am highly disappointed in the proposed 2004-05 budget cuts to educa1ion.

Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for

educational disaster in our school. The future lies with our children. They must

have access to high quality educa1ion.

My husband and I have worked hard to be able to live in a school district

that provides high quality education for our children. Cutting funding in

districts like ours will have a negative impact on property values.

The school that my daughter attends is hardly wha1 I would describe as a

"rich" school. Parents are asked to pay for books for all the classes, science

supplies and for their students to participate in the performing arts among

other items. If our school is to remain a world leader in technological

development, cutting our school funds is the worst possible choice to make.

Education funds should not be diverted away from education.

you."

The smartphone has been gaining a great popularity, becoming a toxic

compulsion. It has invaded our lives and occupied all our interstitial time. It

is so commonly seen that the smartphone addicts attend to their phone, ignoring

everything. Even meeting with friends, they often pull out the phone in order to

take a photo, check a message or even play with a game. Seeming connected with

the whole world, they have actually fiddled the conversation and done harm to

the relationship.

一直对知识分子问题比较关注，私以为，知识分子，在于“风骨”二字。风骨，体现在个人品格；品格，外化为对社会的公共事务的责任。对公共事务的热情，是公民精神的体现。公民意识，是现代社会的支柱。作为一个知识分子，有责任担当起宣扬公民意识的任务。

所谓“仁以为己任，不亦重乎”，说的就是这样一种以天下为己任的大无畏的广博胸怀。

宗教里有这样一句话：“当他们在迫害异教徒的时候，你不动声色；最后，当他们迫害到你的时候，已经没有人替你说话了。”

从功利主义角度而言，公民社会，是社会整体利益最大化的保障。一份不平则鸣的公心，维持的是社会的运转，维护的是家国的秩序，保障的则是每个人的具身利益。

在这个知识大爆炸的时代，我们获取知识的渠道越来越多，越来越方便，除了通过传统的文化媒介获取知识以外，网络媒介也不失为一种技术性的知识载体，以它特有的科技形式受到人们的青睐。但是网络上的信息良莠不齐，如何在信息海洋中筛选自己所需且有价值的知识，就成为我们建立个人知识体系框架的关键。

我们常常谈建立知识框架的重要性，但是在这之前我们要所积累的知识，首先要满足几个基本特征，能够成为组成知识体系框架的知识必须是具有丰富的表征结构、丰富的程序性知识和计划、即时应用计划，以及调整计划来适应情景需求的能力，还有正在发生的自我认知过程进行反省的能力。

简单来说，如果我们想让自己的知识体系逐渐丰满起来，我们的知识是要丰富多领域的、具有逻辑思维程序与定期计划、能够学以致用、及时更新调整、以及能让我们思考反省的。

唐代杰出文人韩愈在《师说》中道，“闻道有先后，术业有专攻。”后句强调了个人专业能力的突出具有重要意义，但我认为跨界学习即多领域的知识涉猎，往往有助于我们自身专业的精进，所以我们的知识积累是要丰富而多领域的。

知识框架要具有条理逻辑，并要定期计划自己的知识积累方向，及时更新调整自己的知识结构，才能我们的知识体系更加完善。我们为什么要积累知识学习呢？最大的目的就是让知识的力量应用于生活中去，创造更加美妙的生活。所以学以致用，就是知识的执行力。最后一点，知识的不断积累，让我们变得更加睿智，开始学着反思自己的生活并不断加以改进。

I like traveling very much. My trip to XiAn is really unforgettable. Before

I went there, I always wanted to see Bin Ma Yong, so I chose to go there.

I went to there by train with my parents and I had breakfast in the hotel.

Then we went there by bus. When I got off the bus, I was very excited. I saw a

lot of false man whose hand with all kinds of things.

I took many pictures. Finally we went back the hotel in the afternoon.
