My favorite sports is playing basketball. I liked playing basketball when I

was a child. I think playing basketball is a very interesting and healthy

随着时间逐渐地过去，社会科技也发展起来，日益渐增地形成了一个体系，碎片化。

何为碎片化？顾名思义，将完整的东西分解成诸多零块，便为碎片化。放到当今社会，就是指事物间缺少逻辑性，而知识也在逐渐地被碎片化。

知识遇上碎片化，相对于我个人而言来看则十分“可怖”，完整的知识被剖析成了一小一小部分，有利也有弊。就好比一杯果汁和一个水果，当喝果汁时，虽甘甜可口，却在不知不觉间，遗失了部分营养。

知识也分为很多种：老师传授的知识；书本阅读获取的知识，当这些一个接一个的被碎片化后，同样也会造成影响。

先说老师传授的知识。课堂上，老师将知识点一字不落地教于我们，而如果我们没有加以整合、梳理知识点，而是任由它在脑子里以杂乱的方式存在着，这样会导致我们弄混淆其中逻辑关系，考试与做习题时，通常都会不知所云，不知如何下笔，由此看来，知识的碎片化会给人不便与烦恼。

曾经我一度热爱书本，最爱的莫过于在温暖阳光的照耀下翻阅书籍，细细品味作者给予我的奇妙幻境，感受着书本间淡淡的墨香气，无不令人陶醉。但随着学业负担的加重，我也没有那个时间去坐在阳光下阅读，取而代之的，我都会拿起书本，零零散散的抽空读上几段，在人来人往的柏油路，在嘈杂的车上，可当整本山被我看完，我竟说不上来它主要写了些什么，作者的思想也摸不清底，碎片化的阅读没有给我带来更多人生感悟，反而使我的视力略微下滑。

公交车上，时常可以瞧见有人阅读小说，可不一会便被各种原因所打断，当走在路上，手里看着书，心思却不知飘到哪里去了。可见，碎片化阅读给人带来的帮助并不多。

虽说碎片化不好，却也不能说十分糟糕。对于知识而言，碎片化能让我们更好的理解和深入知识，带来了便捷，但相比之下碎片化的汲取弊稍大于弊。

如何改变呢？老师传授碎片化的知识，自己进行系统化的整理和消化，将碎片化弥补起来，阅读时，如果是零散的阅读，则可以在下一次看时扫一遍上次的，将阅读的细缝补上，构成完整体系，才能汲取更多的知识与哲理。

当知识变成碎片化，给人带来便与不便，虽说个人认为不便居多，可也不否认它的便。

总而言之，当知识遇上碎片化，如果自己加以整修与弥补，那么碎片化将会给人带来许多便捷之处。

今天，在学校的时候学习了《地震中的父与子》，让我不禁赞叹父爱的力量真伟大呀！

《地震中的父与子》主要讲了：有一年发生在美国的大地震中，一位父亲冒着生命危险，抱着坚定的信念，不顾劝阻，历经艰辛，经过38小时地挖掘，终于在废墟中救出了儿子和同学的故事。歌颂了伟大的父爱，赞扬了深厚的父子之情。

读完后，我不禁赞叹父爱的伟大，就因为父亲靠着自己对儿子的诺言，挖了8小时，12小时，24小时，36小时……也因为儿子对父亲的信任，才能在废墟里等待父亲36小时，这样的父子之情让人催泪，父子俩拥抱的时候，这是多么感人的画面呀！我在想，在父亲挖掘的时候，儿子又在想些什么，做些什么呢？儿子是靠什么活下去的呢？这些都让我疑惑不解。

其实，这样深厚的父爱，在我们生活中也常会有，只是我们没有发现。

除了在北京邮电大学的主会场外，还在香港、福州、济南、青岛、淄博等城市设立了分会场。活动现场的大屏幕不时播放着其他地方的演练场景。无论北京、福州，还是青岛、香港，不同的着装，同样的技术，同样的红十字标志，大家共同创造了我国规模最大、人数最多，也是参与地区和城市最多的群众性应急救护演练的纪录，同时将2011年世界急救日系列宣传活动推向高潮。

世界急救日期间，地方红十字会也开展了形式多样的活动。北京市红十字会与北京电视台合作举办了北京市第三届红十字电视知识大赛;辽宁省红十字会与省应急办、十二届全运会组委会共同举办了红十字“救”在你身边——迎全运红十字应急救护大赛;海南省红十字会与省地震局、省安全办和省安监局共同举办了了海南省第二届地震应急救护知识技能大赛。

为促进和推动急救知识和技能在全世界的普及，2000年红十字会与红新月会国际联合会将每年9月的第二个星期六定为“世界急救日”。在这一天，世界各国红十字会和红新月会都要动员志愿者参与救护相关的各种活动，开展救护技能培训，普及救护常识。今年9月10日是第12个“世界急救日”，全球宣传主题是“急救为人人”。

本周作文课上，刘老师抛给我们一个问题：“什么会吃东西？”。这可难不倒我们，三下五除二，我们就给出了自信的答案：“动物、植物、人。”刘老师微笑着说：“你们说的都对，但是今天我要告诉你们瓶子也能吃东西。”此言一出，一石激起千层浪。教室里面炸开了锅，“瓶子怎么可能吃鸡蛋呢，刘老师是在开玩笑吧。”同学们产生了N种猜想：“难道刘老师变成了魔术师吗？难道刘老师瓶子是个魔法瓶吗？难道刘老师带的是个有嘴巴的瓶子吗？……”同学们七嘴八舌的议论起来。

刘老师像个魔术师一样，小心翼翼地变出一个瓶子和一个鸡蛋，兴致勃勃地说：“下面就是见证奇迹的时刻。”只见刘老师首先将鸡蛋去壳，再把瓶子里倒满开水。同学们丈二和尚摸不着头脑，“倒开水干嘛？难道刘老师渴了，要先喝口水吗？”疑虑还未打消，刘老师又迅速将热水倒掉，并把鸡蛋放在了瓶口。此时，教室里静的连根针掉地上都能听得清清楚楚，同学们的目光全部聚焦在讲台的瓶子和鸡蛋上，连个喷嚏都不敢打，生怕错过了见证奇迹的时刻。“瓶子开始吃鸡蛋了”，这时一位同学一边情不自禁地地叫着，一边用双手不住地揉着双眼，害怕是自己眼花了。有的同学则双手抱着头，眼睛睁得像两个铜铃，还有的同学嘴巴张得半天合不拢嘴，下巴都快挂不住了。这时，在瓶口的鸡蛋像是被施了魔法一样，拼了命地往瓶里钻。原本浑圆的身躯被瓶口挤得分成了两种状态。鸡蛋下半部分像个面团被拉长拉扁，上半部分像是充满气的气球，里面的蛋黄像是吃了兴奋剂一样，冲出重围掉落在瓶底。看来这个瓶子的饭量不算大，还剩下有气无力的蛋白歪在瓶口没被笑纳。

身旁的同学也在小声嘀咕着：“刘老师真的会对瓶子施加魔法啊”。我在心里想：“此事必有蹊跷”。刘老师见大家疑惑的眼神，语重心长地说：“瓶子的魔力来自于瓶子内外的压差。当瓶内空气被热水加热后，一部分逃离了瓶子，使瓶内压力小于瓶外的压力，产生的压差就像一双无形的手推着鸡蛋往瓶子里钻，看上去就像瓶子在吃东西。”

刘老师把枯燥无味的科学知识揉和在有趣的实验中，让我们明白了知识就是力量。

In the traditional view, a woman needs to sacrifice a lot when she marries.

For example, she has to quit the job and give birth to a baby, which makes her

look older and not that beautiful anymore. But in the modern society, the new

moms change peoples idea. A lot of mothers look still young and beautiful. They

have done some work to keep the body shape and take regular exercise, no matter

how busy they are. I admire these woman, some even make her career so well. They

find the balance between family and work, which makes them charming all the

time. The hot moms deserve the girls to learn from them.

记一次防震减灾演练

2008年5月12日，那是个令人痛心、 难忘的日子，汶川发生了里氏8.0级大地震。在那一刻，多少高楼大厦在瞬间倒塌，多少鲜活的生命在瞬间消逝，多少幸福的家庭在瞬间支离破碎……

从2009年开始，国家将5月12日定为防震减灾日。我们学校每年都会在这一天进行防震减灾疏散演练，今年也不例外。

那天早上，我们正在教室里聚精会神地听老师讲课。突然，广播里传来了“呜—呜—呜—”的警报声，我们立即双手护头，躲到桌子底下。过了一会儿，广播里又传来了像公鸡打鸣似的报警声，我们赶紧用毛巾捂住口鼻，快速地在走廊上排成两路纵队，在唐老师的指挥下，弓着身子，按照指定的路线快速有序地撤离到操场上。几分钟后，警报声解除了，安保处的朱华老师对这次演练进行了总结。

通过这次演练，我知道了在灾难来临时，我们要冷静面对，在平时的时候，要多学习一些防震减灾的知识，提高自我保护的意识。同时，我更感受到了生命的脆弱和可贵，我们要珍惜生命!

When winter comes, especially the cold wind blows, I dont want to go out

of the house. Though the outdoor activity is limited, I still can find a lot of

things to do. The happiest thing for me is to eat hot pot with my families, at

the same time, we watch TV show. Doing these two things together can help us

better communicate and enjoy the family hour. The second thing I want to do is

to stay in bed and play computer. The warmness makes me feel so comfortable. I

will bring some snacks and then enjoy watching movies. Staying indoors also can

make me happy.
