地震来临前，地下水，动物都会有一些异常。只要我们用心观察就会发现地下水冒泡、发浑、变味等。而动物则是乱蹦乱跳、惊恐不安等，这些都是地震来临前的征兆。在地震来临前，我们要掌握防震减灾知识，提高自我保护意识；明确地震时疏散路线和避震场所；清楚楼道和门前杂物；妥善处置屋内易燃易爆物品，关闭煤气，切断电源，熄灭炉子火等；衣袋里装上家庭成员名单、工作单位、通讯密码等；有确切的要写明血型。

地震发生时，从地震开始到房屋倒塌，一般有12秒钟，此时要保持冷静，要做到以下几点：

能撤离时，迅速有序地疏散到选定的安全地区，不要拥挤在楼梯和过道上。

来不及撤离，应就近避震，震后再迅速到安全地方。例如：在家里可躲在床或书桌下面或较小的房间，如卫生间。在教室可躲在书桌下或墙角边。在影剧院和饭店可躲在椅子下。

撤离到室外或正在室外的人员要选择空旷地带避难。

避震时要注意保护头部，如枕头、脸盆、书包等顶在头顶，或用双手护住头部。

防震减灾演习心得体会

任何灾难的来临，在事先都没有明显的预见性，让我们防不胜防，措手不及。自2008年5月12日汶川大地震以后，国家就将每年的5月12日，定为“防震减灾”日。为了防止遭受类似灾害，提高我们防灾的意识，每年的这一天，学校都会组织开 展 防灾减灾紧急疏散演练。

5月11日上午，演习正式开始。一阵刺耳的警报声响起，教室立刻嘈杂起来，同学一个个像慌了神一样，不知道如何是好。这时传来老师严肃的话语：“冷静!快躲在桌子底下!”同学们用最快的速度抱头、蹲在各自的课桌下。接着又一阵警报声响起，这是撤离的警报。在老师的指挥下，同学们不像平时那样放松，挤在门口打闹，而是自发的排好队伍，一个接一个井然有序的出去，前排的同学从前门出去，后排的同学从后门出去。等我一冲出教室，烟雾从四面八方充斥而来。原来学校还投放了烟雾弹!我在烟雾中弯下腰，立刻用衣服捂住口鼻，摸索着向楼梯走去。烟雾很浓熏得我想流眼泪。平常了熟于心的路线，在烟雾中变得朦胧起来，但是老师告诉我们此时此刻千万别慌张，顺着楼梯扶手和一侧墙壁有序走下去，就能顺利逃生，终于，我来到了安全的地方——操场!
