MCEA (Maywood Chinese Education Association). Your letter clearly articulates

all the major reasons children in Maywood will benefit from studying the Chinese

language as part of their elementary school education. It provides invaluable

support that will help making bilingual Chinese education a reality in Maywood

Although MCEA would like to see Palo Alto public schools implement the

first bilingual Chinese kindergarten class in September of 2006, we have learned

that the school district must take the time to understand how a new program will

Graduation is a time of moving on, further studies, or out into the society? There are a lot of choices which we are supposed to make and we are emotional at the graduation season. in the restaurants, tables were shared. a platoon of waiters filed out from the kitchen armed with various containers of eatables. orders were taken feverishly and then shouted across to the kitchen. excitement reigned everywhere as waiters ran hither and thither to fill the orders.

看到新闻上说玉树那里死伤人，想起了汶川可怕的场面，触目惊心，又会有多少人无家可归，又会有多少人顿时和亲人阴阳两隔，我的心被揪起来，如同在实习时看到那些含泪为汶川捐款的全国同胞们。玉树，一定要坚强起来。

知道那时你是因为听了我随口的一句话去到了青海，今天听说那边地震了，我很担心你，希望你平安。

希望更多的人被救出来，希望更多的人加入到救援队伍！要珍惜每一天的生命！每一天都要活得有价值！

地震，是自然对人类的考验，事实证明，我们是胜者。因为生命还在继续，生活充满希望，灾区的同胞们，别怕，房屋倒了，我们会伸出有力的臂膀；别怕，梦想破了，我们会送去新的希望；孩子，你们一定要学会坚强，地震只能震垮房屋，却震不垮爱心和希望，孩子，别哭！我们定会不离不弃，心心相依，所有祈福，可以为那些挺过灾难的生者带来希望！也可以为那些赶赴一线救人的勇士们加一把油！

5月12日下午14时28分,四川汶川县发生了7.8级的大地震,在此之前,憨态可掬的的熊猫仍旧在玩耍嬉戏;洁白高贵的鸽子花绽放枝头;美丽的羌族姑娘展示着优雅的茶艺......地震,这重重的一击敲在脆弱的中国上,全国上下的心都在颤抖,都在滴血!

我看到了,看到了地震中孩子那双渴望生命的眼睛;看到了孩子们看到书那渴求学习的目光;看到了护士阿姨不畏艰险的舍命救孩子的坚定的眼神;看到了教师用双手掘起孩子生命那不畏的目光,灾区的小朋友们,虽然我们身隔两地,但我们的心永远是紧密相连的.这次的地震就如一场倾盆大雨,我衷心希望,在这次的大雨后,会有那耀眼的光芒.

地震无情人有情,虽然我不能来到现场进行援救,但我会为你们放孔明灯祈福,折千纸鹤祈祷,就像这首歌一样:"燃烧小小的生命在夜晚,为夜晚的路人照亮方向,短暂的生命努力的发光,让黑暗的世界充满希望......."这首歌就像一架投影仪,勾起了地震中无数感人的场面,不知不觉,眼睛已泛起了一层薄雾.我的耳边仿佛想起了温家宝总理亲切的语句:"孩子,一定要好好活下去!"我眼前仿佛看见了人民解放军叔叔翻山越岭,不畏艰难地开展救援工作;护士阿姨强忍着失去亲生孩子继续担着救死扶伤的天职;教师用他那血肉之躯抬起几十斤的钢筋混凝土.....我的心在那一瞬间颤抖着,是啊,地震并不可怕,只要我们众志成城,携手相助,就一定能够挺过困难的险阻.

It has been a long time since I wrote the last letter. Nowdays, people write letters less and less, instead, they make a call or send a SMS. However, it is still a good way for us to communicate with each other by sending a letter.

Its my honour to get the chance to write to you. "Approachable" is my first impression of you, because you always keeps smiling. Students may fear the teachers that are serious both in and out of class. Smile makes a teacher popular with his students, you are a teacher of this very kind.

You always arrive at the classroom ahead of any of the students, from which we could imply that you are a diligent man with regular habit. Before the class, you like to talk to us, at this very time, you are more a friend than a teacher. To be honest, I was surprised in the first class when I learned a teacher at your age could speak English in such a fluent way.(I didnt mean you are old, youre young at heart.) Moreover, you know well how to keep your class attractive. Youve got such an active mind that you can keep talking during the whole class without a pause. I always appreciated your ideas and enjoyed listening to you. In your class, I learned not only the writing skills but also the presentation skills as well as much knowledge of other areas. Thanks for your excellent teaching.

Ive got some suggestions for you. It seems that we students have got few chances to participate in discussion during the class time. Most of the time, we are listening. Seldom did we express our own ideas. I suggest that teachers should interact with students more frequently in the class. Besides, Id like to practice writing more, so would you please leave us more assignments?
