今天，我们在班会课上听了消防知识知识讲座。通过这一节课的学习，让我懂得许多消防知识，如：用电安全、防火安全等。我还学会了一些灭火的方法，如：火势较小时，可用水或灭火器灭火，火势较大时，不要慌忙，可打火警电话119，同时要说明着火的地点。防火安全常识有：

1、发生火灾，不围观，迅速离开火灾场地。

2、中小学生不参与灭火活动。

3、如果在火灾之中，采取必要的自救措施，如：用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，沿墙角匍匐前进。如火势不大，用湿棉被或湿毛巾裹在身上，冲出火灾区。如果火势较大，想办法进入卫生间或厨房。如果确实要跳楼逃生，最好用身体贴着墙壁往下滑，以免发生意外。

通过这一节课的学习，让我受益非浅，我懂得了许多消防知识。

As an engineering student majoring in environmental systems, I have strong awareness of the environment and want to work in the field of environmental protection. There are three feasible ways, in my opinion, which can raise public awareness of our surrounding environment. Firstly, the appropriate education in schools can be applied to build our concept on the importance of environment and it should be taken good care. Secondly, more and more green or environmental promotions should be carried out. For example, use public transportation more frequently instead of private vehicles; print double-sided instead of one-sided to save papers. Furthermore, researches on clean energy and sustainable development should be enhanced. The natural resources on earth is not infinite and we should seek for a better method to protect our circumstance in the long run.

那么，作为小学生我们要做些什么呢？那就是要多了解地震，认识自然，保护生命，防震减灾。

其实，地震还是有些前兆的，人的感官能直接觉察到的地震异常现象多达几千种，大体可分为：地下水异常、生物异常、地声异常、地光异常、电磁异常、气象异常等。比如讲，天边提前出现特别的地震云，有的地方地下水会变颜色，会发出异样的声响。地震之前，气象也常常出现反常，主要有震前闷热，人焦灼烦躁，久旱不雨或霪雨绵绵，黄雾四塞，日光晦暗，怪风狂起，六月冰雹等等。有的动物会有特别的反应，1976年河北唐山大地震前，动物园的好多动物就乱跑嘶鸣，鸡飞狗叫，这次汶川大地震前一两天，上万只癞蛤蟆集体搬家，只不过人们大多麻木，没有重视和警惕。动物反常的情形，人们用顺口溜总结如下：

震前动物有预兆，群测群防很重要。

牛羊骡马不进厩，猪不吃食狗乱咬。

鸭不下水岸上闹，鸡飞上树高声叫。

冰天雪地蛇出洞，大鼠叼着小鼠跑。

兔子竖耳蹦又撞，鱼跃水面惶惶跳。

蜜蜂群迁闹轰轰，鸽子惊飞不回巢。

家家户户都观察，发现异常快报告。

我们要防震减灾，杜绝人祸，警钟常鸣，居安思危。为了在地震发生时保护自己，应当掌握以下应急的求生方法。

地震前的准备：要避免地震的灾害，最有效的办法是依靠自己，以自己的力量做好预防灾害的准备。一般家庭常备的东西有粮食和饮水，以每人平均保存5天的份量为佳。另外再准备一些防灾用品，如防灾头巾、手电筒、口哨、急救药品、火柴、蜡烛、半导体收音机等以及一些逃生用具，如毛毯、便携式炊具、固体燃料等。

地震发生时：

1、如果在平房里，突然发生地震，要迅速钻到床下、桌下，同时用被褥、枕头、脸盆等物护住头部，等地震间隙尽快离开住房，转移到安全的地方。地震时如果房屋倒塌，应呆在床下或桌下千万不要移动，要等到地震停止再逃出室外或等待救援。

2、如果住在楼房中，发生了地震，不要试图跑出楼外，因为时间来不及。最安全、最有效的办法是：及时躲到两个承重墙之间最小的房间，如厕所、厨房等。也可以躲要桌、柜等家具下面以及房间内侧的墙角，并且注意保护好头部，千万不要去阳台和窗下躲避。

3、如果正在上课时发生了地震，不要惊慌失措，更不能在教室内乱跑或争抢外出。靠近门的同学可以迅速跑到门外，中间及后排的同学可以尽快躲到课桌下，用书包护住头部，靠墙的同学要紧靠墙根，双手护住头部。

4、如果已经离开房间，千万不要地震一停就立即回屋取东西。因为第一次地震后，接着会发生余震，余震对人的威胁会更大。

5、如果在公共场所发生地震，不能惊慌乱跑。可以随机应变躲到就近比较安全的地方，如桌柜下、舞台下、乐池里。

6、如果正在街上，绝对不能跑进建筑物中避险。也不要高楼下、广告牌下、狭窄的胡同、桥头等危险地方停留。

7、如果地震后被埋在建筑物中，应先设法清除压在腹部以上的物体；用毛巾、衣服捂住口鼻，防止烟尘窒息；如果找不到脱离险境的通道，要注意保存体力，设法找到食品和水，创造生存条件，等待救援，用石块敲击能发出声响的物体，或者吹哨，向外发出呼救信号，不要哭喊、急躁和盲目行动，这样会大量消耗精力和体力，尽可能控制自己的情绪或闭目休息。

一次大地震会教我们清醒不少，同学们，不论何时何地，要有防患危机意识，当灾难降临时，不要慌乱，或就地卧倒，或在老师的指挥下有序疏散撒退到操场上，要学会自救自护，1995年9月20日临沂苍山发生5。2级地震，地震本身没砸死一个人，却造成320人受伤，其中56人重伤，其中绝大多数为震时学生跳楼受伤或争抢外逃而被挤倒踩伤。然而，1976年唐山大地震青龙县几十万乡亲无一伤亡，这次汶川大地震，安县桑落中学2200名学生毫发无损。都因为积极有为，平时防微杜渐，创造了零伤亡的奇迹。

我们这个世界，有的人不幸死于像地震这样的自然灾害，也有不少人是死于无知，所以我们每一个公民，从小就要多学习一些科学知识和自救自护安全逃生知识，了解地理学、仿生学，就可以做到防震减灾，我相信，随着科学日新月异的进展，人类终将变得越来越成熟，人们能够象预报天气那样准确性地预报地震，从而保护生命，减少损失。

尽管我们的祖先非常优秀，现在的科学进展也了不起，但是由于地质构造非常复杂，加上地震类型复杂多样，人类的科学认识水平到目前为止，还无法对地震进行长时期预知性预报。因此，对地震的预报仍然是一个亟待被解决的课题。需要我们当中未来产生更多的小张衡，从小学好地理知识，了解更多的地壳运动规律。从而像天气预报那样提前测报地震就好了。今天下午学校将利用第三节课时间安排的逃生演习活动，也是为了增强全体师生防灾意识、珍爱生命意识。在整个活动过程中请同学们务必遵守纪律，保持秩序。

there were traffic jams almost everywhere, people waited in long queues at bus-stops:and taxi-stands? looking entirely exhausted.tempers flared when people gotpushed or if someone else cut the queue.impatient drivers honked at each other every now and then.

the railway station was congested with travelers who rushed to the platform like a swarm of bees and then squeezed their way into the train for seats as if there would be no tomorrow.

in the restaurants, tables were shared. a platoon of waiters filed out from the kitchen armed with various containers of eatables. orders were taken feverishly and then shouted across to the kitchen. excitement reigned everywhere as waiters ran hither and thither to fill the orders.
