有陈泽凯在我们组，要吃不用愁，因为他妈妈是个烹饪教师。这次就给我们烧了鸡爪，累坏的我立马抓了一个鸡爪。狼吞虎咽的吃了起来。饥饿的我立刻满血复活。吃了些食物后，我们就要去巾山大文峰塔上走一遭喽。我们来到了大文峰塔下。

我被我的好奇心拉到了大文峰塔里面。我沿着阶梯往上行进。可是我往里走了一圈就毛骨悚然，立马跑了出来。这个大文峰塔真是阴森森，真让人觉得像是9层妖塔。如果在晚上我肯定不敢来。回到下面，就开始了最经典的抽奖环节啦!这次与前几次有点不一样，只有5个表现好的小组才能抽。其他3个组，则被淘汰。

我们马上收拾好了地盘，开始抽奖。我怎么手气那么不好，又抽到了一个小本子，其他人却抽到了大奖：小浪花呀，荧光笔呀，谢谢羡慕嫉妒恨。现在要拍大合照了，我们穿上校服。把红领巾佩戴好，然后就以体育课队形排开。周老师让第一排坐下，第二排蹲下，第三排半蹲。第四排站着。当我们排好队伍，李爸已经摆好姿势准备要拍了。我们赶紧摆好姿势，露出灿烂的笑脸。

随着快门按下的“咔嚓”声，我们的秋游也接近尾声了……

上午，我去了北京展览馆参观城市科技节，在参观的过程中，我体会到科学的奇妙之处。共有300余项科学实验分布在15个展厅里，其中，我比较喜欢非牛顿流体和吹糖人。

一进入展览馆，我利用锯床和钻床等工具制作了一片有图案的木片。我和爸爸又去看了吹泡泡科学展示，之后我看了差不多一个小时的书，然后我们就去吃午饭了。

吃完午饭后，我参加了老北京非物质文化遗产-吹糖人。吹糖人的叔叔给我一块糖，拉出了一条细细的吹管，让我一边吹，他一边捏出了糖人的形状-牛(我的属相)。因为怕糖人破了，所以叔叔让我控制着吹，最后用竹竿一穿就完成了。我的老爸又带我玩了大脑迷宫、植物DNA提取等项目，最后，我玩了非牛顿流体。它是一种淀粉和水的合成体，淀粉和水的比例是2：1，你它它，它只会变得比原来硬，你轻轻碰它，它将很软，真神奇。

最后，我依依不舍的离开了北京展览馆，科学真神奇。

I like Yao Ming very much who is the idol I like most.

I like playing basketball and in my opinion, he is the best basketball

player in China. When he started to play basketball in NBA, I was so excited

that I saw the news about him everyday. When he performed well, I was really

happy for him. When he did not, I hoped he could rearrange himself and did well

in the next game.

What’s more, his personalities attract me as well. He is kind-hearted and

humorous. He always smiles and is kind to very body, even his opponents.

Although he does not play basketball anymore, I still like him. I hope he can do

来到村子里，首先映入眼帘是一个金黄色的大梯田，放眼望去，就像一张金色的地毯，其实是我们家乡最好吃的是油菜花，梯田不仅很好看还很香。走近一闻，啊!一股浓浓的油菜花香扑鼻而来。一阵风吹过，油菜花们随风起舞，就像一群亭亭玉立仙女在跳着优美的舞姿。

村子的前面是一座座拔地而起的房子，屋顶有的是长方形，有的是正方形，有的是三角形，家乡的房子有大有小，有高有低，一座座房子就像新生的竹笋。小镇的街道上常常人山人海，有的人在街上买东西，有的人在街上卖艺，还有的人在促销产品。

村子的后面是家乡最美的地方人造湖。湖里有许多鱼，它们有的在追逐打闹;有的在静静地睡觉;还有的是在觅食。湖边还有几棵高大挺拔的杨柳。一阵轻风吹过，杨柳的树枝被吹动，仿佛在梳理着它的长发。周围还有许多小动物，有蜻蜓、青蛙、蝴蝶、蜜蜂等小动物。

蜻蜓在水面上轻轻地点水，青蛙坐在荷叶上静静等待着猎物上门，蝴蝶则在花丛中自由自在地采着花粉，蜜蜂也在花丛中勤奋地采着花蜜。湖上面有人在那里悠闲地划着小木船，还有的在湖里快乐的游泳，不时会听到人们赞美家乡景色的声音。

My hobby

Playing basketball is my favourite sport,and i have played for many years.

i remember that basketball has brought me lots of joys and funs when i was a

child.now, i am a player in our school basketball team and i am proud of

that.everytime when our school have match with other schools,i will very happy

that i can be one of the representive of my school,and the time when i heard the

students who watched the match cheer for us,i would try my best to shoot.my

favourite basketball player is yaoming，i hope i can represent my country one

day.

一年又一年，增长的不只是年龄，还有一颗慢慢成熟的心智。今年，我懂得了诚信。

今年的寒假，由于肆虐的新型冠状病毒的入侵，人人被迫在家，没事不能出门。所以我也只能待在家里上网课。

日复一日，终于我按耐不住无聊了，在一天上网课的过程中，感觉这个知识点对我来说很简单，不听也没关系，我就动了歪点子，偷偷地玩起了游戏，正当我沉浸在玩游戏的愉悦时，被妈妈发现了。

妈妈很生气，很严肃地把我的平板电脑没收走了，还狠狠地甩出一句话：“我就一直跟你强调无论什么情况，都要做到诚实、守信，可你还在欺骗自己，欺骗妈妈，电脑我收走，课你也不用上了，你好好想想再来找我”。

此时，我呆呆地坐在那里，虽有些懊恼，但也有些不服，心想：有那么严重吗，至于发那么大的火，生那么大的气吗，我下次改正不就可以了吗……?

于是我走到客厅打开电视想解解闷。这时，电视新闻的一则消息吓到我了，说有一个人从疫区武汉回乡时，因为怕自己被隔离观察，谎报自己是从菲律宾回来的，还出去参加了很多活动，结果导致那个地区的很多人都需要被隔离观察，而且还传染了与自己密切接触的人。

看着这则消息我不禁想：医护工作者在抗疫一线为了救治病人没日没夜地工作着，可总是有这些人，不遵守规定，怕麻烦，不讲诚信，一直在给一线的医护工作者们添麻烦，也给社会、国家造成更大的损失。

我这时又联想到自己的做法，我也是不诚信的一种啊!想到这里，我走到了房间，去向妈妈道歉，也表达了自己的想法，妈妈看到了我认错的态度这么诚恳，也就原谅了我，我很开心。

这时我才恍然大悟，以前妈妈一直强调要我做人一定要诚实守信，原来是有这么重要呀!

我们盼啊盼，终于盼来了我们期望已久的4月8日。这一天是我们年班春游的日子，而且这次春游和往常不同，今年是去黄河森林公园野炊。 We look forward to it, and finally look forward to the long -awaited April 8th.This day is the day of our spring tour, and this spring tour is different from usual. This year, we went to the Yellow River Forest Park to picnic.

野炊顾名思义就是在野外做饭。我们班同学被分成五个小组，我呢则是在第四小组，工作是一名小小的摄影师。我的好朋友王铎是组长，宋知涵是副组长，苗壮是调料师…我们这可是第一次集体野炊，为了这次活动我们可以说是“煞费苦心”啊!我和组长特意来到大润发精心挑选了一次性的筷子、一次性的台布、一次性的碗等。

我们在去的车上说说唱唱，时间好像一辆小马车，不一会就到了。黄河森林公园里有昂首挺胸的骏马，还有高大挺拔的松树，但是我们已没有心情欣赏这美丽的风景了。我们马上占了一张桌子和一个灶台，开始了繁忙的工作。买柴火、点炉灶、摆上油盐酱醋…

第一道菜是炒鸡蛋。吴卉迪带来的锅摆上了灶台，我们的大厨刘飞洋熟练地将鸡蛋翻来覆去，不一会让人垂涎三尺、色泽金黄的第一道菜做好了。我还多给它拍了几张特写，因为是第一道菜嘛!不一会第二道、第三道也陆续登场。

等菜上齐了大家就热火朝天地吃起来，可我还是不停的抓拍，记录着一个个美好的瞬间，连饭都顾不上吃了。“贪婪”的焦老师到处品尝美食，而王老师呢?拿着刚出炉的羊肉串津津有味地吃着。

美味的羊肉串也吸引了组长，他租来一个小烧烤箱，还有一些生的羊肉串。我们把盛羊肉的箱子“四分五裂”，用来当烧烤用的扇子，这样可以让火更旺一些。时间一分钟一分钟的过去了，我都已经精疲力尽了，但是我心想：再加把劲就成功了。羊肉串终于烤好了，我细细地品尝着那鲜美的味道，心里别提有多高兴了!

饭后，我们在欢歌笑语中踏上了回家的路，也结束了这次难忘的春游。

这次春游意义非凡，不但促进了同学间友谊，而且锻炼了我们的动手能力，更重要的是我们收获了快乐。

A good book not only brings happiness to people, but also comforts; it can

表演结束后，是自由活动。同学们四散开来，有的`在捉蝴蝶，有的在滑草，还有的在玩“贴膏药”游戏……，玩得不亦乐乎。马老师宣布回校时，同学们都还没玩够呢!回校的路上我们都失去了来时的精神，大家累得一句话都不说了，各各低着头拖着沉重的步伐往回走。

终于回到了教室，我感觉脚又酸又痛，真想立马躺下来休息。一个字就是“累”!我心想：红军长征两万五千里路，在那么艰苦的条件下都坚持下来了。我一定要向他们学习不怕困难，勇往直前的精神!

这真是一次有意义的秋游!

春天来了，万物复苏，小河哗哗哗地像远方奔跑着，柳树在风中梳理新长出来的头发，小鸟在树林里婉地歌唱，花儿展开了笑脸，真是美丽极了。

我们来到上坡上，开始种树了。珠珠负责挖坑，只见它两手牢牢地抓住铁锹，一下一下地挖泥。由于山上的土里有石头，珠珠只好先把石头刨松，再用双手把石头抠出来搬走，再继续挖抗。这时，珠珠的额头上渗出了细密的汗珠，却也不肯休息一下。珠珠终于把坑挖好了，小美从车上搬来了小树苗，把小树苗端端正正地放进坑里，扶正不动。 我赶紧挥舞铁铲，给小树苗培土。我先把土块敲碎，再铲进坑里，渐渐地，泥土没过了小树苗的根部了。正好这时，小芳从山下提来了水，她踉踉跄跄的，裤脚都湿了一大片，也顾不上，就开始浇水，边浇还边说：“小树苗，快快喝！”把我们都逗笑了。

我们就这样忙碌着，直到太阳快要落山，才把小树苗种完。这时，一阵微风吹来，小树苗轻轻地摆动着小叶子，好像在对我们说：“谢谢你们，我一定会快快长大，长成参天大树。”

The best way to help me through my emotional crises is to share my feelings
