We should keep a good sitting posture, never read the books too closely. We’d better have a short break every hour of reading, close eyes or look at the distance. We should do the eye exercises every day. In the evening, we also shouldn’t read while we are lying. And more important, we shouldn’t spend hour and hour starring at our cellphone. We all should protect our eyes.
