在我们外出游玩时，不要随地吐痰，不要随便损坏花草树木，不要随便采集标本，不污染水源，要少用一次性快餐盒，减少白色污染，垃圾要投放到指定地点，如果能骑自行车郊游的话，尽量骑自行车，以减少汽车尾气对空气的污染。

同学们，不要再污染我们的家园了，生病的母亲需要我们每一位同学好好保护，同学们，为了我们的地球母亲永远山清水秀，青春常在，从我做起，从一点一滴的小事做起，保护环境吧!

导语：低碳生活是一种非常环保、文明的生活方式。节水、节电、节油、节气，可以帮助我们将低碳生活变为现实。

近年来，能源短缺和环境污染问题成为世界关注的焦点问题，转变传统高能耗、高污染的经济增长方式，大力推进节能减排，发展以低能耗、低排放为标志的低碳经济，实现可持续发展，正在成为世界各国经济发展的共同选择。

作为发展中的大国，中国能源环境方面的问题尤其突出。2007年，觉的十七大报告首次提出了“建设生态文明，基本形成节约能源资源和保护生态环境的产业结构、增长方式、消费模式”的理念，为可持续发展指明了方向，也使人们更加关注低碳经济的崛起。

低碳经济实质是高能源利用效率和清洁能源结构问题，核心是能源技术创新、制度创新和人类生存发展观念的根本性转变。

低碳经济的发展模式，为节能减排、发展循环经济、构建和谐社会提供了操作性诠释，是落实科学发展观、建立节约型社会的综合创新与实践，完全符合十七大报告提出的发展思路，是一场涉及生产方式、生活方式和价值观念的全球性革命。

马学禄指出，应注重资源、能源、环境三要素的边界效应。他说，面对能源和环境的双重威胁，必须深刻反思西方科学理性主义背景下的消费拉动需求、推动经济增长的理论的弊端。寻找出一条更加注重资源、能源、环境边界效应的经济增长方式、探寻新经济理论的时代已经到来。

人的生存过程，就是消费能源，向自然排放危害环境物质的过程。二氧化碳是人类消费能源、资源的必然产物，也是造成温室效应、环境问题的罪魁祸首。随着人口数量的增大和活动能量的急骤膨胀，人类的活动已经危及到自身生存的基础。

有资料显示，作为世界第一大能源消耗国，美国以世界6%的人口消耗了世界30%的能源。而我国的单位GDP能耗是日本的8倍，人口是美国的好几倍，按照这种发展模式，我们缺乏持久的创新能力，环境恶化和能源短缺将是今后50年我国发展过程中最大的瓶颈。实行节能节排，实现低碳发展，构建生态文明社会，已经成为不可逆转的趋势。

由世界银行前首席经济学家尼古拉斯斯特恩牵头的《斯特恩报告》指出，全球以每年GDP1%的投入，可以避免将来每年GDP5%～20%的损失，呼吁全球向低碳经济转型。2007年7月，美国参议院提出了《低碳经济法案》，表明低碳经济的发展道路有望成为美国未来的重要战略选择。德国则希望在2020年，国内的低碳产业要超过其汽车产业。向低碳经济转型已经成为世界经济发展的大趋势。

作为一个高能耗国家，我们需要从节能减排、低碳发展的内在规律出发，找到我国巨大社会浪费和环境污染的本源。必须摒弃只关注诸如建筑节能、煤的高效利用等“用”的层面的具体技术问题，而忽视“体”的层面存在的痼疾，比如消费拉动经济增长理论的负面影响，城乡空间布局、国民生活方式等方面存在的巨大浪费等。因此，创新思维、改变观念，坚持体用结合，从全局观、系统论的角度出发，才能正确认识并加快低碳经济发展。

1、倡导形成绿色消费、绿色经营的理念，形成低碳的生活方式。必须转变公众和社会的观念，做任何事都要适度适宜、合理节约。对于个人，要培养节约是美德的观念，彻底改变诸如餐饮浪费等与节能减排背道而驰的陋习;对于企业，则要推行绿色经营的理念，建立清洁生产机制和精益生产方式;国家引导企业将环保成本计入企业生产成本，帮助企业树立企业公民意识，解决节能减排没有效益的错误认识。

2、解决潜藏在空间格局和社会发展格局中的重大浪费问题。有效的节能减排必须以工业相对集中为前提，工业相对集中才能产生专业化分工，提高效率，节省能源;同时催生集群创新，不断产生新技术、新工艺，从而减少物质消耗。

3、培育静脉产业，建立完备的工业化体系。民众对循环经济体系的理解目前还处于表层，基本理解为废渣利用、尾气回收等等。真正的循环经济体系应如同人体系统一样，如果把工业制造系统比作人体的动脉系统，那么，我们使用过的工业制造物的回收再利用则应如人体的静脉系统一样。工业品的回收再利用———“静脉”产业应该是一个巨大的产业。

4、大力发展低碳技术，解决自主创新成果和人才的匮乏问题。低碳技术包括在可再生能源及新能源、煤的清洁高效利用、油气资源和煤层气的勘探开发、二氧化碳捕获与埋存等领域开发的有效控制温室气体排放的新技术。必须强化自主创新能力，鼓励企业开发低碳技术和低碳产品，整合市场现有的低碳技术，加以迅速推广和应用。

低碳经济的加快发展急需大量前沿科技人才与科技成果支撑。以新能源领域人才现状为例，目前，我国风电产业当中受到长期专业技术培训的人不超过50个。在中国《可再生能源法》实施两年后的今天，全国仅有华北电力大学建立了可再生能源学院。另外，传统的创新成果评价认证体系，存在对某些现有科学体系不能解释的成果无法认定的尴尬现实。未来的重大科技成果，很可能来自自学成才的科学工作者，面对现有科学体系不能解释的成果，应当采取“非共识性原则”结合实证的方法加以认定。

5、加快文化创意产业建设。文化创意产业处于技术创新和研发等产业价值链的高端环节，是一种高附加值的产业和低碳消耗的绿色产业。大力发展文化创意服务业，能够为社会创造巨大的财富，同时避免了能源过度消耗和环境污染问题。

6、从雨污分流入手，治理城市污染问题。我国的县级城市基本没有雨污分流的设施，大中城市雨污分流设施虽然投资量很大，实施却不够彻底，造成大量污水处理厂的劳动成果被不能彻底实施的雨污分流措施“一票否决”。

7、从我国能源结构入手，抓住矛盾的主要方面，才能提高节能减排的效率。中国能源消耗形式主要为动力消耗、农村采暖和城市集中供暖消费、电能消费3种，其中大约有68%的能源是由各种能源转化为电能后被消费的。而我国电力系统普遍存在着低效率运行和严重能源浪费问题，尤其是在配电和用电两个环节，节能潜力总计为1。2亿千瓦，占中国电能的20%。重点推广配电用电领域的重大自主创新项目，可极大提高节能减排效率。

8、低碳经济之路的核心，是建立起我国乃至全球的可再生能

源系统，最终实现由“高碳”时代到“低碳”时代的跨越，真正实现人与自然和谐发展。

今天，让我们一起去调查一下家乡的变化吧！

我先是来到市场，一走进市场，我差点被脚下的香蕉皮滑到，我低头一看，烂水果、烂菜叶一地都是，这样的环境招来了许许多多的苍蝇，真叫人恶心、难受。

我还是到公园里去看看吧。我来到公园的草坪上，看到一个牌子上写着“请勿踩踏”四个字，可是，草坪上有不少的小朋友在追逐玩耍，大人们三三俩俩在草坪上聊天，丝毫没有看见牌子上的字一样。唉，我仿佛听到小草微微地抽泣着。你看，你看，那棵被小男孩拼（next88）命摇着的小树，它一定难受地晃动这身体，默默地流着泪呢。

这里太让我不顺眼了，我还是到柳树下坐坐吧。左边的石凳上有两个阿姨一边看风景一边吃瓜子，瓜子壳被一地都是，我不禁皱皱眉头。看看吧，远处的一个清洁阿姨正使劲地挥动着长长的竹扫子，我似乎感受到她已经满头大汗了。

唉，破坏环境的人们真不应该这样呀，长期这样下去，受害的还我们自己呢！我们要从小养成保护环境的好习惯，从身边的小事做起，从我做起。“地球是我家，我们都爱它！”

我们常常见到广告牌上写着：“垃圾不落地，深圳更美丽”，说得多好啊!只可惜，说这些话的人们，却没能说到做到。随地乱丢垃圾，堆成“垃圾山”;汽车排出废气，整个城市被雾霾笼罩;白色垃圾到处可见，人们却无动于衷，依然说一套做一套。

因为人类的不加节制，生活中的“环境杀手”到处可见，不说远的，就说近的吧。龙华河原本是清澈见底的一条河，鱼儿在水里自由地游，河水唱着欢乐的歌。可现在呢?龙华河变成一条黑色的长龙，垃圾在它的身体内流动，鱼儿死在里面，腐烂发臭。关于这条河，有一个笑话：“如果你掉进龙华河，不是被水淹死，而是被臭死!”

放眼世界，地球上的森林正在快速的消失不见，这是为什么?砍伐机器把一棵又一棵树砍倒，换来房子、桥梁、筷子、家具可人们却没有想过，如果世界上没有森林，没有树木，泥石流将会冲下来，房子会被冲毁，家就不复存在;如果世界上没有森林，没有树木，世界上将全都是二氧化碳。没有氧气，人类如何生存?

看看我们生活的环境，白色垃圾漫天飞舞。如果我们每个人每天都制造一个白色垃圾，那我们现代的棺材就是垃圾袋，就是饭盒!如果我们继续无休止地制造垃圾，那我们的地球将会变成一片白色。不是洁白无瑕，而是毫无生机!我们的地球原本是一个美好的星球，它滋养着我们，可现在，我们却在亲手伤害它!不要再让地球妈妈哭泣了，不然，人类一定会消失在地球妈妈的怒火里。

保护环境，从我做起!从现在做起!

我读了《只有一个地球》这篇文章才知道我们的地球现在的处境，地球正受到我们其中一大部分人类的破坏，在清澈的小河里扔垃圾，工厂排放污水把小河弄得非常脏，有许多猎人为了自己的利意，不惜抓了许多保护动物，来卖给别人，自己有钱了，可是破坏了动物资源，破坏了动物的家，人是离不开动物的，还有一些人为了自己的菜好，能赚很多钱，但是他有没有想过，其时那是害了自己，比如你的菜种在田里，毛毛虫一定会去吃，燕子发现了就会把毛毛虫吃了，然后你恰恰抓了那只燕子，把他吃了，肚子里的毒水就进了吃他人的肚里，这不是害了自己吗?

我想我们现在挽回还来得及的，只要大家精心保护地球，这样我们的地球环境好了，这不是很好吗?
