针对以上几个问题，我和我的同学提出以下建议：

1、呼吁学校加强对学生浪费粮食的管理。我建议学校可以派老师在倒饭处检查学生饭盒，如果有太多剩饭就不能倒饭，但是学生可以根据自己的饭量打饭。另外请学校对学生进行思想教育，可以举行一次“保护地球，从我做起”的活动，学生可以到收集一些可回收利用的垃圾也可以轮流上街打扫街道，让他们做一天的小清洁工，体会城市美容师的辛苦。学校还可以进行评比，哪个班做得好就对那个班加以奖励。

2、请街道办工作人员在街上巡查乱丢垃圾的现象，如果发现有人乱丢垃圾，可以对其进行罚款。多多举行低碳环保活动，倡导低碳生活！只有市民慢慢接受保护地球，环境就会得到大大改善。

3、加强对森林的管理，对砍伐者进行严肃处罚，另外加强对动物的管理，增加一条“严禁捕杀动物”的规定，如果发现有人捕杀动物，一律按法律程序处理。

4、在各种公共场所的洗手池贴上节约用水等标语，还可以通过广告的途径大力宣传节约用水的精神。呼吁群众珍惜地球母亲的乳汁，保护母亲。

小刚来到池塘边，费了九牛二虎之力，才捉了一缸青蛙。他高兴地跑回了家，坐在沙发上，喝着饮料，听着录音机，想放松放松，不料，录音机中传出一段话“今天又到了动物之声的播放时间，请大家不要捉青蛙，要保护青蛙。”小刚心想：大家都在捉青蛙，为什么不让我捉!小刚十分生气，他拿出《动物百科》开始翻阅起来，发现，原来，青蛙是二级保护动物，而且竟是小蝌蚪的妈妈，我以前最爱看《小蝌蚪找妈妈》这本书。

顿时，小刚感到羞愧万分，立即跑出家门，用尽全身力气，冲向池塘边，把小青蛙与小蝌蚪放生了，小青蛙在池塘边呱呱地叫着，好像在说：“谢谢你!”小刚也轻声说道：“去吧，去找你们的亲人吧!”

通过这个故事，我知道了一个小道理，那就是：保护青蛙，人人有责。

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And its important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children cant go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we cant help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

虽只是一幅平常的漫画。可你是否想过，再过几年、几十年、几百年……是不是会变成现实呢?据调查，20%的淡水鱼濒临灭绝，50%的珊瑚礁退化。大约在2025年三分之二的人口面临供水困难……各种不堪入目的数据都表明，地球——人类的家园正遭受着巨大的危害。作为人类的我们必须站起来面对，从每一件小事做起。比如：保护好周围的环境，积极宣传文明。

雨果说过：”大自然是善良的慈母，也是冷酷的屠夫。“假如你不保护好周围的环境，那么，花草树木也许就会成为人们观看的展品。因为树木的减少，原本每年全世界的土壤流失约300多亿吨，以后不就更多了吗?到时候，地球还能给予我们财富吗?

为了家园，为了我们自己，为了造福子孙后代，保护环境，人人有责，刻不容缓!

看看我们的四周：茂密的热带雨林正以惊人的速度从地球上锐减：曾是水草肥美的万里平畴正一步步被茫茫沙漠吞噬；在安霍尔特岛，海豹的尸体四处飘浮；在南极上空，臭氧层出现的空洞，每年正以相当于美国本土面积日益扩大；在城市和乡村，不堪入目和散发着腐臭气味的白色垃圾四处堆积……这一件件、一桩桩使我们的母亲变得伤痕累累、百孔千疮。地球母亲在流泪，在呻吟，在一次又一次地对我们发出强烈的抗议、警告！然而地球的儿女们有的还不知悔改，仍在疯狂捕杀稀有珍奇动物，仍在滥砍滥伐成片的森林，仍在肆无忌惮地排放废气和污水。前不久，四川沱江几百公里的水域，在不到三个月时间内，竟两次被严重污染，仅经济损失就高达3亿多元。

面对这一幕幕令人揪心的画面，我们怎能不震惊？怎能不困惑？地球是我们赖以生存的惟一空间，离开地球，我们还有立锥之地么？保护环境，就是给人类留下一个生存的空间；保护环境，就是珍惜人类自身生命的延续。

同学们，不是人类消灭污染，就是污染消灭人类，愚昧无知或无动于衷，都只意味着人类的自甘毁灭，我们虽无法修补已经出现空洞的臭氧层，但却可用我们自己有限的力量和迟到的觉醒，去减少对母亲肌体的伤害，去为母亲献上一份爱心。

如果每人栽下一棵树，细心呵护身边的每棵苗，每片绿茵地，世界不就铺满绿色的希望吗？

如果每人每天少用一个塑料袋，少丢一片纸屑，白色污染不就会减少许多吗？

如果每人都向一个亲人、一个朋友、一个陌生人送去环保知识，不就可唤醒大批人的良知吗？

从今天做起，从小事做起，从身边做起，还母亲的健康，还地球的美丽，那么，回荡在天地间的，一定是人与自然共谱的美妙华章。

一天，我在校园走了一圈，发现校园里的垃圾还真不少，塑料袋，碎纸，小零食包装纸……这些引起了我的反思。 我们天天都是生活在大自然中。生活在这美好的一切当中。地球妈妈慷慨的为我们提供各种无限而又有限的资源，让我们“丰衣足食”，而人类不但不知足，反而还破坏地球母亲。随着时代的变化，人们的要求也越来越高，他们把一棵棵大树砍下做成木船、一次性筷子等一切对人类有利的东西，而这些在人类的眼里总是一闪而过，对于大自然是多么大的破坏。 虽然，现在人们处处在宣传环保，呼吁绿色，但这样仍然没有阻止破坏者的脚步，一棵棵大树仍在倒下，沙漠的面积仍在扩大。

现在，由于人类大量地砍伐树木，所以现在荒漠正吞噬着大自然，吞噬着整个地球，人们啊！难道你们就心甘情愿地看着大片的绿的被破坏？这种塑料很难腐烂，被称之为“白色污染”，用过的废弃物十分难以处理。如果埋掉，会破坏土壤结构；烧掉它，能生产出氟化物，氢化物等有毒或剧毒气体，危害人畜。真没想到，一个小小的塑料袋竟然有这么大的危害。 人们还没有意识到自己所播种的灾难时，大自然已愤然回击。海洋与大气向人类发出了警告。全球不论哪一个海域，不管它与工农业活动区有多么遥远，从北极冰岛到南极大陆，到处都不同程度的监测到有害物质，唉！我以前喜欢的海洋到哪里去了？绿如蓝，成记忆了吗？ 中国的青山绿水，正遭受到极度的摧残。工业废水的大量排放污染了我们民族的血液。森林大面积地砍伐、毁坏，使得洪水肆意猖獗，所到之处，民不聊生，眼睁睁看着家园被洪水吞噬，无不心痛。更有甚者，祖国的大动脉——黄河，已经不再是昔日养育中华民族起源的鱼肥水美之处了，却成了世界含沙量最多的河流，每年带走的泥土，不可估量。大片土地的沙漠化，也正袭击着我们居住的城市。

人们为了贪图自己的利益，在食品里放添加剂来牟取巨大的利润。由于食物中毒而导致死亡的事也时有发生。在校园里，同学们为了方便而忽略了环保的意识，口香糖随口一吐，致使校园的地面上留下了一道道黑色的“伤疤”。这数也数不清的道德问题正困扰着这条“东方的巨龙”甚至影响了它未来的发展。 人类赖以生存的地球是一个自然、社会、经济、文化等多因素构成的复合系统，地球不仅属于我们人类，相反，我们人类属于地球，我们人类和其他生物都在一个家园中，但是，近2000年来，地球上有106种哺乳动物和127种鸟类灭绝，濒临灭绝的哺乳动物就有406种，鸟类593种，爬行动物209种，鱼类242种，天呀！这是一个多么令人吃惊的数目。

从浩瀚太空，遥望地球，地球就像一个白里透蓝的玻璃球。蔚蓝的海洋，褐色的陆地，绿色的森林、草原，银线般闪闪发亮的河流，朵朵的云漂浮在上空，流出一幅幅清丽而柔和的画卷。地球的美丽而柔和的画倦，地球是美丽的星球，地球的美丽并不是仅仅在于它拥有这份罕见的蓝色，更在于它用几十年亿年的时间孕育了绿色的生命，地球迄今为止。地球是我们发现唯一拥有生命的星球，地球因生命而孤独，地球也因生命而美丽。来吧，让我们一起来保护我们这个美丽而脆弱的地球吧！因为，只有人类的心灵才能够知足这份美丽，善待地球——人类唯一的星球，我们别无选择。

西塘变成了“垃圾场”。塘面上漂着许多垃圾袋，有时还漂着臭南瓜。水面下全都是黑黑的泥和人们丢的果皮。怎样才能让西塘不受污染呢?

从现在开始，我们要清理塘底的污泥，不让塘水流进西塘里，我们要塘边放一些垃圾桶，还要立一些告示牌，告诉塘边商店的老板和过往的行人不要乱丢垃圾了。

让我们行动起来，加入保护西塘的环境的行列中去吧!我相信不久的将来，西塘一定能像以前那样美的。
