我相信，通过大家的努力，环境会变得越来越好，地球“妈妈”也会变得更加美丽。

Many animals are in danger of dying out. As is shown in the chart, we can see the number of animal species decreases faster and faster and this trend will continue. From 1980 to 2010, at least 1 million animal species have disappeared. Worse still, more and more wild animals are in great danger. It is not a piece of sensational news; it is a fact, a harsh reality. Unfortunately, we may not see these animals in the near future.

From the second picture, we can find some reasons. Why is the number of animal species declining year by year? Apparently animals have become victims of fashion industry. Animal skin has been used to make fashionable clothes and these clothes sell at a high price. So some greedy people begin to kill animals in a large quantity. This irresponsible behavior not only breaks the balance of nature but also endangers the living environment of human beings.

As far as I am concerned, something must be done to stop this illegal action. We believe "no buying, no killing". First, we must make concerning laws to protect these animals in danger. Second, we must take some measures to protect animals effectively. Animals are our friends and part of our environment. Third, we should raise peoples awareness to protect animals and our environment. In this way, we can build a harmonious society and ensure a sustainable development.

“灯光给我们带来光明，灯光驱散周围的黑暗。”那么大家有没有想过灯是靠什么发光的呢?没错，就是靠电。那么电又是用什么能源呢?有风力发电、水力发电、太阳能发电、煤发电用风力、水力、太阳能发电这些都是比较环保的发电，而用煤发电则会耗费煤资源，但我们现在通常用的是煤发电。为了保护地球资源，每年三月的最后一个星期六都会举行熄灯一小时的活动。

今天我参加了八点半到九点半的“地球一小时”的活动，让我充分地体会到假如世界上没有了电，是多么地可怕。

一到八点三十分，我们家就熄掉了所有的灯，因为我们要响应环保，响应我们顺德已支持了四年的活动，响应世界上有150个国家支持的活动。

我们出了门，来到顺峰山公园。顺峰山公园的两座塔和牌坊处都熄掉了灯，道路两旁许多大型建筑物也熄掉了灯，只剩下路灯和活动屏幕的背灯。这时，我感到月亮特别地明亮，星星特别地美丽。地上还用燃烧的蜡烛摆出了“60”这个数字，表示一小时等于60分钟。

回到家，我本来习惯了一开门就开灯的，但今天不行。关上门，屋子里一片黑漆漆的，我们立刻找出蜡烛点上，屋子里立刻亮了起来。虽然蜡烛照亮了屋子，但还是没有灯光那么亮。

时钟到了九点三十分，我开心地叫了起来：“太好了，终于可以不用再点蜡烛了，开灯!”“啪”地一声，我打开了电灯。

这次参加“地球一小时”活动让我明白了电灯的重要性。假如失去电灯，我们可能就会在黑暗中迷失自我，可能会在黑暗中麻木、盲目。所以让我们从现在开始保护好煤资源，不浪费每一度电，从身边的小事开始做起，出入关灯，多用环保节能灯，手机充好电及时拔掉插头

地球一小时，每人60分钟;每人一小步，世界一大步。让我们一齐来保护好地球资源!

亲爱的同学们：

你们都知道，我们现在的自然环境越来越糟糕了，人们所使用的资源也逐年减少了，希望我们从自身的一点一滴做起，因为保护环境，人人有责。

我给大家举个例子。现在离我家不远处的那条石榴河，在我爸爸小的时候，还是清澈见底，有许多小鱼小虾。夏天时他们总去趟水玩儿，打水仗。可如今我们现在所见到的那条石榴河呢，完全不是往日的那种风光了，已经变成鱼虾绝迹的污水河，上面飘满了垃圾，臭气冲天。

由此，我郑重的为大家提几条建议：

一、不得把垃圾丢进河道里或者街道上，必须放入垃圾桶内；

二、洗完手后一定把水龙头拧紧，以免漏水；

三、不用电是随手关掉电源，以免浪费电；

四、写字时不得有几个字写错就把整张纸撕掉的行为；

五、不随地吐痰，不制造噪音；

六、尽量少用一次性用品，多使用耐用品。不使用塑料袋，减少白色污染；

七、要植树造林，爱护树木，不乱砍乱伐，减少沙尘暴。

我们作为新时代的小学生，我倡导学生们提高环保意识，同时也建议叔叔阿姨们加入我们的队伍中来，为保护自然环境，造福子孙后代贡献出自己了力量。因为保护环境，刻不容缓！

这几天，我常常看到许多人在丢果皮、纸屑：在大桥上、在公交车里、在楼到里。都看到许多垃圾。为什么人们就不能把果皮、纸屑扔到垃圾桶?此外，我还常常听到许多喇叭声，说到喇叭声，我要说一下车。

为了速度快，家家户户大多都买了汽车，但有的车主，有没有想过污染?你这样等于在危害自己、危害百姓。在车子的排放机里，放出了二氧化碳等等。那美丽的彩虹哪儿去了?那清澈见底的池水在哪儿?这些美丽的东西都被二氧化碳“赶”跑了。

我建议大家多在植树哦。今天是3月12日植树节，树木能挡住洪水。多乘坐公交车，不按喇叭、不乱扔果皮纸屑，每个人都付出一点点，世界变得更美好，更干净。我希望20年后的家园变成世界的绿色家园。

我想：如果每个人献出一点爱，世界变得更美好，环保很重要，每人从小事做起，我们的家园就会更美好!

河水是地球母亲的血管，因此一定要好好保护河水，不能让母亲的血液受到污染，血管被堵塞。中华民族的母亲河--黄河原本是一条清澈的河流，但流经黄土高原时，因为缺少树木，遍地是黄土，所以河水受到沙土的严重污染，变成了黄色。同时河水也是一些小鱼小虾等小生物的领地，如果河水被污染，就会夺去许多小生物的生命。我们应该阻止人们往河里扔拉圾、排污水。

空气是人类和其它生物赖以生存的，地球上的生物一分钟也不能离开它。可工厂向外面排出的浓烟大大污染了空气，有的人吸了被污染的空气以后，时常咳嗽，嗓子发干、发痒、发痛，甚至引发咽炎。所以，对污染空气的事我们应一律拒绝。

当雪白的墙壁被涂抹时，你的心情会怎样呢?这种行为既不美观，又不道德，就像墙上长着一大块牛皮癣，哪个人希望自己身上长一大块牛皮癣呢?我们如果遇到这种情况时，应及时清理。

地球是我们人类共同的家园，我们应该保护环境。
