回首历史，但凡伟人都有一双勤劳的双手。黄帝建造屋宇，缝制衣冠，制造舟车，创制乐律;虞舜种田补鱼，烧制陶器，天下大和，百姓无事;苏秦熟读兵法，不舍昼夜，终有所成，名垂青史。无论是囊萤映雪、悬梁刺股的历史佳话，还是愚公移山、大禹治水的神话传说，无不展现着勤劳使人杰出的真理。??

不仅如此，勤劳也是中华民族绵延至今的原因之一。中华民族何以屹立不倒，绵延至今?有人说是外儒内法的治国之道，有人说是农耕文明的稳固保守，有人说是大海、大漠、大山对于外来文明的阻隔，也有人说是中华文化的包容和共生能力。诸如此类的回答，不胜枚举。我想，中华民族的延续性与长期扎根于农耕的中国人自然形成的勤劳淳朴、任劳任怨的精神特质也不无关系。因为勤劳，我们在黄河岸边的黄土地上留下了民族的足迹;因为勤劳，我们走过了坎坷屈辱的抵御列强的近代重生之路;因为勤劳，我们坚定不移、从容自信地追逐着我们的复兴之梦。??
