13日下午，教育部部长袁贵仁在全国两会举行的记者会上表示，经过综合考虑，“十三五”期间我国的义务教育年限仍然是9年，并且由于各地教材不同、课程改革进度不同，教育模式的改革不尽一致，不会实行全国高考(微博)一张卷。今年，除了北京、上海、天津、江苏、浙江5个省份高考自主命题之外，共有26个省份使用全国统一命题试卷。

刘士余表示，股票发行注册制改革必须搞，但注册制不能单兵突进，要建设和完善多层次资本市场，完善法治环境，为注册制改革创造条件。

国家发改委主任徐绍史：绝不会出现第二次“下岗潮”

环保部部长陈吉宁：雾霾治理正处在第二阶段

3月11日上午，环保部部长陈吉说，污染治理有三个阶段，要从没搞清楚污染源，治理的效果就不佳，也见不到效果，发展到持续治理，但是受很多自然的边界条件影响而表现出不同的环境质量，再到最后的进一步治理污染排放，不再受这些气候条件、水文条件、边界条件的影响，最终解决环境问题。

陈吉宁说，目前中国大气环境治理正处在第二个阶段，走向第三个阶段，硬举措应对硬挑战之下，空气优良天数、重污染天数、全年PM2.5浓度，都发生了积极变化，去年首批实施新环境空气质量标准的74个城市PM2.5年均浓度为55微克/立方米，同比下降14.1%。美国NASA卫星也观测到中国的东部和中部地区出现了颗粒物的降低。
