筹办举办冬奥会、冬残奥会是一项复杂系统工程。面对当前疫情防控带来的新挑战，在决战决胜最后阶段，对冬奥会、冬残奥会筹办工作要拿出争分夺秒、全力冲刺的姿态，查隐患、堵漏洞、强弱项，抓紧抓好各项赛事组织、赛会服务、指挥调度等准备工作。场馆赛时运行规划和赛事服务保障既要突出科技、智慧、绿色、节俭特色，又要提高精准化、精细化管理和服务水平，打造安全、温馨、舒适的“运动员之家”。北京、延庆、张家口三个赛区要加强协调配合和统一指挥调度，形成一盘棋，各方紧密协作，形成合力，确保北京冬奥会、冬残奥会圆满成功。

广大奥运健儿要以“更快、更高、更强、更团结”的奥林匹克精神为动力，拿出“人生能有几回搏”的精神状态，抓住最后的备战关键期专心训练，在竞技上、道德上、风格上都赢得的奖牌，为国争光。

世界期待中国，中国做好了准备。我们要通过承办此次盛会，交流互鉴、共同进步，让各国参赛人员充分感受到中国人民的热情好客和文明礼貌，展示我们国家和民族致力于推动构建人类命运共同体，阳光、富强、开放的良好形象，增进各国人民对中国的了解和认识，唱响“一起向未来”的冬奥旋律，让奥林匹克精神在北京这座双奥之城更加熠熠生辉。

在有一年夏天的上海欢乐谷之行中，发生了这样一件小事，但就是这件事成为了我上海之行最让人回味的一段经历。

当我们来到“疯狂飞轮”，一个在空中不停摆动与旋转的游乐项目时，游客的尖叫声吸引了我的目光。“这个肯定好玩!”我心里想着，但看到这大转盘从20米高的地方旋转落下时乘客们的表情，再想到自己曾经连坐海盗船都有些害怕的经历，但有了退缩之意。“算了，还是自己的身体要紧，这个‘飞轮’来年再坐也没关系，我看着就有些头晕。”我对我妈说。

但我妈却以建议的口气，说：“你看有些比你小的孩子都敢坐，你怎么就不行?什么事情尝试过了就知道怎么样，你只要跨过心理的恐惧，自然就敢坐了。”

听了她的这番话，再看看这大转盘，经过一番心理斗争，我还是决定去挑战一下自己的极限。就这样，我怀着纠结的心理走向了入口，坐上了“疯狂飞轮”……

3分钟后，当我活着走出了出口，虽然有些头晕，但我的心情还是非常好，心中充满一种胜利的成就感。

的确，经历过了这件事我明白了，只要跨越心里的恐惧，就能尝试到新的东西，总之，超越无极限，人生的精彩与否，关键就看你如何去跨越了。

哲学家维持根斯坦说：“我贴在地面步行，不在云端跳舞”。如他所言，为人处事，“贴在地面步行”，脚踏实地，为人生的大智慧也。

脚踏实地，人生的大智慧。你可曾记得那古战场上的赵括，人称其谋略有加，的确如此，于纸上谈兵法，头头是道，但用于实战之中，却输得一败涂地。你可曾记得那战场上的秦家军，所向披靡，人称其勇猛，的确如此，而这勇猛的背后，是秦叔宝率其士兵日夜苦练成就的，“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”，这战场上的勇猛正是战场下的脚踏实地成就的。相较于赵括“在云端跳舞”的行为，我更欣赏秦叔宝“在地面步行”的脚踏实地。脚踏实地，踏出的是实力，踏出的是所向披靡、一往无前的成功。由此可见，于战场之上，脚踏实地，为取胜的大智慧。

脚踏实地，人生的大智慧。我曾见过那些看了某一现象突有感触然后迅速完结的作家，也许他们想着自己的文章能打动读者。可光有想法是不够的，真正打动人心的东西是必须靠作家去脚踏实地，日积月累才能创作出来的。莫言做到了，他几十年如一日地脚踏实地创作，最终在诺奖历史上留下他光辉的一笔。腾格尔也做到了，他脚踏实地，为自己创作之梦打基石——采风，走各地去了解民风，最终写出了脍炙人口的歌曲。他们都是有理想有追求的人，但他们没有空谈理想，而是脚踏实地，一步一个脚印去实现。由此，于创作之路上，脚踏实地，为成功的智慧也。

脚踏实地，为人生的大智慧。你可见过蜜蜂辛勤酿蜜?你可曾遇见那排辛苦搬运食物的蚂蚁?你可曾记得那奔流不息的大江?它们也像人一样，有理想有追求，可它们并未空谈理想，而是脚踏实地，辛苦劳作，奔腾不息。现在处于高三的我们，也有自己的理想，我们梦想着考—个好大学。但我们不能空有理想，我们要像蚂蚁一样，脚踏实地，方能苦尽甘来。由此，于人生处事之上，脚踏实地，方可开阔自己的天空，苦尽甘来。

于战场之上脚踏实地可取胜，于创作路上脚踏实地可成功，于奋斗，人生处事路上脚踏实地方可苦尽甘来。

有位名人曾说，仰望星空不如脚踏实地。居里夫人也说，路要自己走才越走越宽。所有的成功都必定是脚踏实地的努力换来的。与其在云端跳舞，不如脚踏实地在地面步行。

时下，人们喜欢美容，买贵重的化妆品。一项英国科学家的研究表明：会化妆的女性平均收入往往高于不化妆的女性，而且显得更聪明。所以，化妆的女人不一定优秀，但优秀的女人一定会化妆，一定会更注重仪容仪表。爱化妆是爱美之心的表现，这种心里人皆有之，但只注重这外在的“浅碧深红”，而忽略了内在的“芳香馥郁”，岂不是有徒虚表之嫌?

李清照描写桂花诗说：“何须浅碧深红色，自是花中第 一流”。我想说，清水出芙蓉，天然去雕饰的年代确实离我们远了一些，不施粉黛想清新脱俗的女子也不多见了。我总认为，每天化一点淡妆不仅会让自己的心情好，也美化了风景，何乐而不为呢?但仅仅是为了取悦他人而施粉浓眉，翘首弄姿，妖艳惑众，而内里却“空空如也”，岂不是俗不可耐?因此，表里如一，内外兼修，才能芳香馥郁，这应是我们追求的“”。

艰苦朴素是一种美，但绝不是不修边幅;适当的修饰但不能妖艳，这样可以被世人接受。一个人无在家，还是立足社会，都应有责任和担当精神，才能顶天立地，堂堂正正活出真我。而不是为别人活着。可巴金说过：人不是为了吃米而活着。那么除了吃穿住以外，还应有更高的追求，恰如恩格斯所言：人生的*高境界是有所作为。用实力证明自己的不凡气质，舍弃行尸走肉的“空皮囊”，就“必须敢于正视??敢当。”人有了精神气，往往就敢于担当。

外在之美不可少。试想，如果某公司人力资源部招聘，在笔试成绩相差无几的情况下，面试选择是素面朝天、穿着打扮的颓废者，还是愿意选择精心修饰的朝气者，答案肯定是不言而喻的。所以，大学毕业生就业前美容打扮一番无可厚非。而金玉其外，虚有表面，缺少涵养、文化和能力，就是缺少内在之美的底蕴，这样的人能走多远，令人怀疑。因为韶华易逝，青春难再，能留得住的只是“芳香馥郁”的人格魅力。

内在修为是必须的。鲁迅说得好：“扫除腻粉呈风骨，褪却红衣学淡妆。好向濂溪称净植，莫随残叶堕寒塘。”先贤圣哲倡导清水芙蓉，天然去雕饰是另一种美。关键是美的适度。如宋玉所说“增之一分则太长，减之一分则太短;著粉则太白，施朱则太赤”，恰到好处。残花香尤存，蜂蝶恋旧枝。德行、品格与学识能力等综合起来，方能彰显高贵气质。

“数风流人物，还看今朝”。如果不想被社会淘汰，就跟上时代步伐。人前举止谈吐得体，人后增强内蕴，今朝我少年必在自强不息中收获精彩人生。
