说到锻炼身体，我觉得我的耐力很差，两百米跑步跑下来我就气喘吁吁的，我也没有信心，因为我原来学过一点篮球，可我投了几次也投不中，所以我认为我不适合篮球，我就不练了。我也不擅长别的体育项目如足球、跳高、跳远等等，所以在2016年我要多锻炼身体，培养一下我的信心，锻炼锻炼我的耐力，争取在下一次秋季运动会上为我们班取得更加优异的成绩。
