Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

I still remembered the horrible experience for my first interview. Early in

the morning, I got a called that I was given a chance to the job interview. I

felt so excited. When I came to the company, I found there were other six young

This interview taught me a lesson that I must get over my fear, or I will

lose chances. So I practise hard and dare to stand in the stage.

Computers are affordable for almost all people nowadays. As a result, an

increasing number of college students take computers to their dormitory to

browse website, watch movies and play video games and so on. This phenomenon has

caused lots of public concern. Some people believe that computer does bad to

students’ health for college students spend more than five hours staring at

computer without break every day. However, for other people, they are positive

to students’ owing computers because students can search for the newest

information. Standing on my point, I’m more tending to the first opinion.

Reasons are as the following:

Firstly, computers will transfer students’ attention. If students take

computers on campus, they would spend much time on computer than on study. For

instance, lots of my classmates usually play computer for amusement once class

is dismissed instead of going to the library to read more books to enlarge their

knowledge circle.

Secondly, students spend lots of time on computers which hurts their

health. It is quite often seen that students stay in dormitory for almost a

whole day without any breaks playing computers. It is all known that computers

have radiation which hurts eyes and skin.

To be honest, students can use computer to search for the updated

information that they want. But for the reasons above, I firmly believe that

students shouldn’t bring computers to college.

summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too. so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

外地的学生到沈阳来在英语方面比较较弱是不可避免的。英语老师的指导，已经让我懂得了怎样去弥补和别人的差距。其实有自学能力的人是完全可以自学英语的。老师给我指出了几点我的不足：第一我的词汇量不够，阅读面不是很广，主要是因为平时缺乏英文文章的阅读。第二就是答题技巧，要做更多的阅读或完形填空题。所以，这假期我要对自己“狠”一点。数学和语文嘛，我自认为学得很好。只是语文的古诗，我背的太少了，所以我要多多的背，为开学的比赛做好准备。

所以，我制定了学习计划。从早上八点到晚上六点，时间安排的就像上学一样。早上就是预习下学期的课本，而下午就是写练习册和自己学更多的课外知识。英语除了完成作业以外，我做了一本完形填空与阅读理解，我还正在背词汇和语法。语文我每天都坚持背古诗。

相信我的努力一定会收到成效，下学期我一定会再一次进步。寒假生活，是美好的，这就是我的“紧张”寒假生活！

一滴露珠可以折射太阳的光辉，一片绿叶可以显示大地生机。一件平凡小事，都会让我有所感悟，有所启发，终身受益。

在五年级的校运动会上，我心不在焉地跳高时，拿了个第二；然后，又毫不情愿地加入了校挑选的体训队，由于我不愿意训练，所以每天下午几乎都在“逃亡”，直到10月26日的前一个星期之后。

那一天，老师把田径队所有队员都集中起来，告诉我们一个消息：一个星期后，我们将参加20xx年青山湖区第36届中小学生田径区运动会。我一听就蒙了，从加入田径队到现在，我总共才训练了不到10次，怎么比啊？我连忙问老师：“那我要参加什么项目？”老师低头看了看表，说：“跳高，接力，跳远。”听后，我吓得差点滑一跤，要说跳高也就算了，怎么还有接力和跳远呢？唉，没办法，好好训练一个星期吧，好歹要比赛了！于是，我正正经经地训练了一个星期。

一个星期后，我们来到了师专体育场。刚到那儿，50米预赛就要开始了，我正好没事，就当起了啦啦队和后勤队。一声枪响，参加50米的“陶子”冲了出去，在这短短的8秒里，我们都紧张极了。3、2、1！梅思梦第一名！我和“燕燕”欢呼起来，我走到“陶子”身边，扶住她说：“决赛还要加油哦！”她狠狠瞪我一眼：“我都累得脚都发软了！”然后，我们两个人开怀大笑起来，旁边的女生也笑了起来。

我参加的跳高预赛马上就要开始了，我连忙换上钉鞋，准备比赛。刚开始，站在起跑线上的我脑子一片空白，把老师的话忘到十万八千里之后去了。结果，十分可惜，我只拿了第二名，没有进入决赛。接力和跳远的成绩都更别说了。

运动会结束后，我回到家里，呆呆地望着屋顶，总觉得心里少了些什么。不是没有拿奖的遗憾，也不是结束后的轻松，而在田径队训练时一心想着偷懒，身体上的苦，比其他田径队的朋友的苦少得多，那时我可是在心里沾沾自喜。一想到今后不能和朋友们一边跑步一边谈笑；不能硬着头皮听老师的训斥；不能再追着体训队的男队员大喊着要揍人。我开始后悔当初为什么要逃跑、躲避训练。如果我早看到，看清这一点，就会早点醒悟了吧。

我又迟到了 I Am Late Again

I opened my eyes in the morning and looked at the clock. "Oh, dear! Its

half past seven already. Ill be late again," I thought. Without breakfast, I

hurried to school. But it began to rain hard.

早晨我睁开眼睛，看看钟表，“天啊!已经七点半了。我又要迟到了，”我想。没有吃早饭，我就匆匆朝学校赶去，可是天又下起雨来。

When I got to the classroom, the maths teacher had already begun his

舅舅家的村子里，元宵节的时候，有个习俗就是舞龙灯。那时他们的龙灯称为板凳龙，是由很多很多的花灯固定在一块块宽宽的板上面，然后一块连接一块，作为龙身子，加上龙头和龙尾，就组成了一条长长的美丽的板凳龙。

到了元宵节前，家家户户都在家里设计制作花灯。长的板凳龙，有好几百节组成呢，各种各样美丽的花灯，浩浩荡荡的，场面可壮观了。

外公在世的时候就自己制作过龙灯。先挑选很粗的木头锯成一块块宽宽的木板，在木板的两头打上用于串联其他龙灯的孔。其次设计花灯的形状，用竹篾制作花灯的模型，买来各种彩纸糊在模型上，一盏美丽的龙灯就这么做成了。然后把这美丽的龙灯固定在这块宽宽的木板上，然后等除夕一过，在大家商定好的某个日子，各家各户把制作好的龙灯从家里抗出来，在操场上集中排队，比比谁家的龙灯设计最奇特，看看谁家的龙灯糊得最漂亮，把所有的龙灯首尾相连，一条美丽的板凳龙就这么诞生了。当然，一条板凳龙最重要的是龙头，龙头的形状也是不同的，有仰龙，有卧龙。而舅舅村子里的板凳龙的龙头是仰头式的，一般会由好几户人家一起合作制作而成的，而且摆放在固定的位置，龙头前会供奉一些水果啥的，看上去比较神圣的。

妈妈说，以前舞龙灯，是为了祈求风调雨顺，让农民伯伯们在新的一年里有个好收成。现在舞龙灯，是为了丰富大家的业余生活，活跃元宵的喜庆气氛，图的就是开心快乐。

我是一个很调皮的孩子。

有一天，我在屋里玩，看见妈妈正在挑坏玉米，我就去帮她。我们挑了一会，爸爸喊妈妈过去有事。就在我一个人挑的时候，我不小心把玉米种子弄倒了。看 见闯祸了，我的脸立刻红了起来，就像一个熟透的大苹果。我焦急不安地想：这该怎么办呢？一会妈妈看见了，不骂我才怪呢，我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁。没办法，我 只有一个一个把种子再捡回袋子里了。我捡啊捡啊，可是地上还有很多的玉米种子，我都累死了，这什么时候才能捡完呢？妈妈马上就要回来了，她一定会骂我的。 越是紧张，越是出错，原来的种子还没有捡干净，一不小心，我又弄倒了一袋。这可完了，就算再长三只手，也捡不完啊。可不捡，不就等着挨揍吗？还是赶紧捡 吧，实在不行，我就跑，反正妈妈也追不上我。对，就这么办！我一边捡，一边瞄着妈妈，一看妈妈来了，我撒腿就跑，像受惊的兔子一样，一会就跑得无影无踪 了。

过了很长时间，我又回去了，看见妈妈已经把地上的玉米都捡完了。她看见我，就问：“刚才的玉米种子是不是你弄洒的？”我低声说：“是我。对不起，我 不是故意的。”然后就等着挨揍了。可是妈妈却说：“弄洒就弄洒呗，捡起来不就完啦，你跑什么啊，我也不会骂你。”“真的吗？你不会骂我，也不会打我吗？” 我兴奋不已地问。妈妈笑呵呵地说：“傻孩子，我怎么舍得打你呢。快，继续帮妈妈挑玉米吧。”“哎，来了……”我又开心地和妈妈一起挑种子了。我一边干活一 边想：以后，我可再不能这样调皮了。

天色已晚，乌黑的天空中悬挂着一轮清明绝净的圆月，它似佛前的那只青莲，美丽又静谧，温柔亦凄凉。一条破旧的长椅上仍坐着一个中年男人，萧瑟的秋风拂过他那沧桑的脸庞，脸上的皱纹似树的年轮般铭刻在那里，寒冷侵袭着他的身体，他的双手在瑟瑟发抖着，但尽管如此父亲的双眼中亦尽是绝决和坚定。

顷刻之间，又是一个小时过去了，父亲依旧坐在那里，只不过嘴唇正在渐渐的变紫，双手依旧发抖着，而他的眼神竟越发的绝决。终于在经历了4个小时寒风的摧残下，那个失主终于回到公园找到了他的钱包，经过问询原来那张银行卡是他危在旦夕的女儿的手术费，还好有父亲的坚持才救回了这一条珍贵的生命。我的心中被父亲的这种奉献精神深深感动，尽管前方的路坎坷不平，但只要我们每个人的心中充满爱和奉献，那么相信彼岸的栀子花定会散发出属于他自己的清香。

秋风轻爽，蓝天深远，正是集体出游的好时节。

学校组织我们去秋游，大巴士直奔共青森林公园。下车，整队，我们在老师的带领下，欢天喜地地走向公园深处。

导游径直领我们到刺激的“空中飞舞”前排队。我一看，不由得紧张起来，心里想：不是说玩的项目可以自选吗？正心里嘀咕着想退缩，不知是谁把我推了上去，唉，只好“逼上梁山”了！我扣好安全带，还没定下心来，游艺机就启动了。我紧紧地拉住扶手，心里默默地祈祷快快结束吧。谁知道，几圈下来，转得我眼冒金星，不等结束，早已头昏眼花了。

走出“空中飞舞”区，只见导游在喊：“排队了，这一个更精彩哦！”老师笑着道：“好小子，冲吧！”老师大概看出我胆小，有意鼓励我。我凭着上一次的经历，想：哼，有什么大不了的。于是，我硬着头皮充好汉，很快把自己牢牢地扣在座椅上。身边的同学说：“班长，你也来了，这可是最惊险的‘流星锤’啊！”“为什么不早说？”我的心霎时又吊了起来。游戏开始了，我赶紧给自己打气：关羽、关羽，保佑我过五关、斩六将！这时，机器越升越高，不时地听到周围失魂落魄的尖叫声。我斗胆睁天眼。只见胸前的红领巾在飘动，像焰火闪着光亮。我稳住了神，紧闭双眼，心里念道：“拼了！”不知什么时候，一切结束了。哈，我挺过来了。

My Home

My home is on the first floor. There are two bedrooms， a kitchen and a living room. I’m a child. I have a nice bedroom. In my bedroom， there is bedroom， a closet， an air- conditioner and so on. My closet is green. My bed is blue. I love my bedroom very much.

在泰宁旅游的第二天，我们来到了被称作为世界地质公园的大金湖景区。

来到了大金湖，我们登上了游船，我站在船头一边迎着从湖面上吹来的袭袭凉风，一边欣赏着沿途的风景，只见湖水非常清澈，能够一眼见到湖里的小鱼，周围都是一座座小山，山上的树木郁郁葱葱，还盛开着一大片鲜嫩的黄花菜。很快我们来到了岸上的第一个景点——甘露寺，听导游介绍甘露寺有五绝三怪，其中的一绝就是寺庙是隐藏在赤石深壑之中，左边一块红岩石就象硕大的钟，右边的那块则象一面独步天下的巨鼓，而甘露寺是一柱插地，不假片瓦，悬空甘露寺便在这钟鼓之间“右鼓左钟，庙在其中”，那根柱子叫“吉祥柱”，传说抱一下这根柱子许下个心愿就会心想事成。接着我们又来到了“一线天”，这里非常陡峭，而且越往上走台阶越窄，最窄处只能容纳一个人小孩行走，成人则只能猫着腰侧着身子走，峡谷里最黑的地方伸手不见五指，每个人要爬上去必须连摸带爬的，我一不小心抬起了头，差点磕破了脑袋。最后，我们又来到了苗家山寨，能歌善舞的苗家姑娘为我们表演了迎宾舞和竹杆舞等，最有趣的要数抢亲了，苗家姑娘用抛绣球抢到小伙子后双方就拜天地，最后男方再把女方背起入洞房。

船靠岸了，今天快乐的旅行马在欢声笑语中结束了。

在暑假的时候，出于对电脑的喜爱，我就乘车去乡下我哥哥家。透过车窗，此时我看见满山遍野的花草。心里觉得奇怪：那里以前不是荒山吗？问旁人才明白此刻在搞绿化。这时我才明白家乡有了变化。

下了车，我先去了舅舅家休息。下午两点，我打算步行去哥哥家，有几里路。我想起以前坐车去，那路上那里一个坑，那里一个坑，把我撞得青一块紫一块的。所以我还是决定走着去。舅舅说：“我送你去吧。此刻的路好跑车了。”我半信半疑地坐上摩托车。一路上很平坦，此时再也不是以前那条路了，我从心里跳出了一句话：哈哈，老路下岗啦。

一路上，我看见了一座座工厂在山中立起，看来有不少企业在那里投资。

到了哥哥家，我本想立刻去玩电脑，但是看见池塘里的鱼了，我忍不住想去抓。我把鞋一甩，跳到了池塘里。哇！好多鱼，我和鱼儿大战了几十回合，结果就抓住了几条小鱼，我看没什么用，就把它们放生了。

晚上，哥哥叫我去接水。我跑到井口准备打水的时候，哥哥笑了：“家里有自来水，此时你到井边来干什么？”“哎呀，你怎样不早说呢！”如今的乡下也像城里一样方便了。

家乡的变化真大呀！

春天来了，我们学校要举行一场春季运动会。我们盼啊盼啊，终于盼到了这一天。 Spring is here, and our school will hold a spring sports meeting.We look forward to it, and finally look forward to this day.

早上，我吃完饭后，兴高采烈的来到了学校。一进校门，我就看见许多同学在操场上做比赛前的准备：有的在练习跑步，有的在练习跳远，有点在练习跳绳，还有的在练习跳高。

到了八点多，运动会正式开始了，我们的心情既激动又紧张。我有两个项目，第一项是跳远，第二项是接力跑步比赛，首先是跳远比赛，老师告诉我们每人有三次机会，我这才放下心来。前两次我跳的都不好，心想：我跳得不好。

同学们会笑话我，要不就放弃吧!担又转念一想，如果就此放弃，太可惜了，还会给班级扯后腿，不行，第三次我一定要加油。坚定信心后，我卯足了劲，在同学们的鼓励下，我紧握双拳，全神贯注的助跑，快跑到沙坑的时候，我使出浑身的力量，纵身一跳，啊，这次的成绩比前两次的都好，同学们都替我高兴，纷纷给我鼓掌。

下一个项目是接力比赛，老师带我们来到起跑线上，给我们讲了比赛规则。我是接力比赛第一组上场的，一声枪响，我们飞快的跑起来，同学们你追我赶，毫不示弱。跑了一半的时候，我已经大汗淋漓，气喘吁吁，两腿发麻，一点力气也没有了。

哦，真不想再跑了，可是听见同学给我的加油声，我觉得我不能放弃，同学们信任我，选我为班级代表来比赛，我一定要拿到好成绩，一定要坚持下来。我使出浑身的力气拼命的跑着，在同学们得呐喊声中，我终于第一个到达了终点。最后，在我们班同学的共同努力下，我们班夺得了第一名。

这次运动会，我们班取得了很好的成绩，但是不能骄傲，平时还要多练练身体，争取明年取得更好地成绩。

People are enjoying the comfortable life of the modern civilization,

meanwhile, they are also experiencing more and more competitions and suffering

much more stress than before.With the tremendous rhythm of living imposed by

todays world, it isnt unusual for people to feel tired and to try to evade from

the daily problems and stress. I think that there is no magic way that is

appliable to every one of us, and proves itself the most efficient method of

escaping stress. Each man has his specific activities that help him regain the

joy of life. For me the best activities to reduce stress and to forget about

problems are sleeping,playing football, going on a short vacation to the

countryside, attending live performances and spending time with my friends and

with my family.

First and foremost, sufficient sleep, needless to say, is indispensable for

each person, especially those encountering difficulties and suffering enormous

stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

modulate the function of each organ and release the body from stressful status.

Whats more, sufficient sleep would enable the brain operate more swiftly and

efficiently, thus making us more energetic to handle difficulties. Therefore,

not only could sleep loose the fatigue of the physical body, but also release

the mental stress.

What is more, I think that family is the most important thing in a mans

life. They are always there when you need them. Family provides support when you

need it most, helps you go through the difficult moments of your life.The most

important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes

your life easier and a lot more beautiful. Friends also have an important role,

because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things

that are not related to your work, and sharing with them your problems and your

acheivements.

今天，秋高气爽，阳光明媚，在学校宽阔的操场上，举行一年一度的秋季运动会。

校园里响彻着激昂有力的音乐，主席台上坐满了校领导、老师、主持人。管乐队、花束队、彩旗队、运动员队迈着整齐的步伐依次入场。我们经过主席台时，挥舞着手中的小红旗向老师致敬，在欢快热烈的气氛中运动会正式开始了。有比赛项目的同学去邢老师那里领号牌，我的号牌是3619，参加的项目是800米跑和跳远。但是今天不比，要等到明天上午。我就坐在自己座位上安静地看书，我带的是《一百个公主故事》。今天的比赛项目有六十米跑，一百米跑，二百米跑，四百米跑，跳高，扔垒球等。当有我们班同学在跑道的时候，大家急得站起来，跳起来加油。同学们你追我赶，谁都不甘心落后。第二天，我非常紧张。因为，跑步和跳远都安排在今天上午。我今天先参加了跳远。于是，我和张家明来到了跳远场地。老师让我们试跳一次，我第一次状态不好。是因为昨天在游泳馆练跑步的时候磕着膝盖了。所以，第二次的时候我加倍努力，跳了2米28厘米。后来，我一直状态很好所以跳进了决赛。经过决赛比赛成绩就出来了！我是第二。接着又是八百米，八百米和其他项目我太一样，按预赛成绩来算。我跑了个第八，我对这个成绩不太满意。所以，下次一定要跑进1-6名！
