近年来人类为了发展经济不惜以牺牲生态破坏坏境为代价。从现在看来人类确实发展了经济取得了巨大成就，但从长远来看人类这样做无疑自掘坟墓。人类得到的只是短期的利益，但损失的将是长远的利益，人类如果继续这样做那么终有一天大自然会忍无可忍。到那时受害的将是人类自身，因此我们应该从长远的角度出发去思考坏境方面的事，不应该只看见现在的利益。

在今天环境问题已成为社会最为严重的一大问题。面对日益严重的坏境问题我们难道还没有认识到以牺牲生态坏境为代价发展经济的后果吗?是经济在发展，但同时环境却在日益恶化，这就是人类以牺牲生态、破坏环境为代价发展经济的后果。近些年来垃圾污染、大气污染等等污染严重，使得生态环境正在急速恶化。如果人类还不重视起环境问题，长此以往，地球将不再适于人类生活。

为了人类可以在地球上更好的生活我们社会上们一个人都应该树立正确的环保观。唯有我们重视环保，并且以实际行动做到‘保护自然，美化环境’。人类才可以在地球上更好的生存和发展。

“保护自然”就是说，我们要改善周围的环境，从根本上重视起环境保护建设。我们要珍爱和保护身边的一草一木和野生动物。相信在我们对大自然的保护之下，大自然会变得更加美好。

“美化环境”就是说，在生态环境日益恶化的今天，天然之美变得越来越少，环境受到人们极大地破坏，这就需要我们去美化环境。美化环境就需要我们爱护身边的一草一木、植树造林;美化环境还需要我们自觉保护自然景观。相信在我们的努力之下自然将会越来越美。

原来，地震是突然间发生的大地震动现象，就像刮风、下雨一样，是一种很普遍的自然现象。地球上的震动实际上非常频繁，大概每30秒种就会有一次，但大多数都非常缓和，人们都没有感觉。我们能感觉到的地震是由于地球板块之间产生相对运动，岩石层受到严重挤压，产生巨大的能量使岩石在瞬间发生断裂，或者使原来已经存在的断裂突然活动，释放出大量能量，而其中一部分能量传到地球表面，使大地剧烈地颤动，从而引起强烈地震。地震开始发生的地点称为震源，震源上方的地面称为震中，破坏性地震的地面最烈处称为极震区，而极震区往往就是震中所在的地方。地震发生时，震源发出的在地壳中传向四面八方的冲击波称为地震波。地震波冲击到地面，就会引发灾难。
