An essential quality for young people is diligence.Nowdays,the issue on the

most important personal quality of young people is highly debatable,and ideas

vary from peerson to person. Some would claim that confidence is the most

essential. But for my part,the most essential quality for young people is

diligence that helps us a lot.

Diligence enables us to academic results. As we all know,academic results

requires lots of researches. An ancient calligraphy,named Wang Xizhi,devoted

lots of his time practicing writing. As is known to us all,he dried his pool

with his writing brush day after day. Though diligence,he became the greatest

Deligence helps us to achieve better scores in school. Last semester,one of

今天，一个时而晴朗，时而多云的日子，我们同学们一同聚集在了紫金山的脚下，参加了一个名为“虎凤蝶”行动的活动。

这个活动是由金陵晚报组织的，我们这一次已经是第901期了。

一开始，金陵晚报的一个阿姨来到了现场，给我们介绍起了这个活动的含义。这是一个保护环境的行动，而虎凤蝶是国家二级保护动物，其主要栖息地之一就是紫金山。但是随着登山者的增多，虎凤蝶的栖息地遭到了严重破坏，它们也大大减少。所以我们的活动就是上山去捡垃圾来保护虎凤蝶的栖息地，让它们永远留在南京，留在紫金山上。

首先，我们拿到衣服、垃圾袋和夹子以后，又拍了张大合照，就全体精神饱满地向山上进。

领队大喊一声：“出发!”大家也跟着附和道：“走喽!”因为登山者很多，所以在我们一直沿着的登山道上有许多人们丢弃的垃圾，简直“不堪入目”。我们一路走一路捡，餐巾纸、空罐子、碎果皮……什么垃圾都有，难怪虎凤蝶会减少啊!这里的环境虽说树木丛生，百草丰茂，但是有这么多的垃圾，环境怎能不受到破坏呢!而我们手中的垃圾袋也渐渐都装满了垃圾。

这时，一个与我同行的同学弯下腰去，在道路两旁的深沟里捡到了一个牌子是“爽歪歪”的小瓶子。我看了真是哭笑不得：就算有人不想让别人知道自己扔了垃圾，但是也没有必要扔到深沟里去吧?看来现在人们的环保意识还需要加强啊!

在我们坚持不懈的努力下，一路上的垃圾几乎都被我们捡光了。终于到山顶啦!大家都累得气喘吁吁，上气不接下气。

所有人都把捡到的垃圾扔进了一个放垃圾的屋子。那些垃圾堆得有一座山高，臭气熏天。“人们还需要加强环境保护意识啊!”大家都感叹道。

Everybody knows that we have only one earth on which we share with different kinds of animals and plants.With the development of the industry,we, the human beings, have produced more and more pollutions whci are harmful to the animals,plants and ourselves as well.The most serious problem that we have to face is that the earth is being destroyed by our so-called civilizations.Sometimes,you may find we are having more and more natural disasters on the earth.That is why some countries,like America,has begun to explore the Mars and the other planets.Remember,to save the earth is to save ourselves.

Energy shortage is a huge problem for morden society, and it has a negtive impact on peoples daily life and economic development.

Many elements accounts for energy shortage. Firstly,rapid economic development prompts an increase of energy consumptions in different industries. Secondly,population growth creates greater demands for household energy usage. Thirdly,people have yet to develop the sense of energy conservation.

Actually we can do a lot to save energy in daily life.Turn off lights and fans when nobody is in the room;design buildings with the concept of energy saving;use public transit instead of private cars in rush hours...It is very easy for us to do these things as long as we have the sense of energy conservation,and we should do it right now.

I went to my new house to my room.It is very big and beatiful.I will use a blue wardrobe and a blue bookcase.I saw a big bed and there was a blue sheet on it,I really liked them,because my favorite color is blue.But my desk was brown.In fact,I like brown,too.And there were many pet dogs and pet bears.They were cute,really cute.I loved them very much.
