直到现在我还清楚地记得，当时我的计划里，几乎把吃饭、睡觉外的时间全部填满了。跟以前拍脑袋和看心情决定学什么的情况不同，从早上06:30到晚上00:30，我会规定自己在不同的时间段学习不同的科目，不同的时间段做不同的事情，比如，上午的前一个小时我花费在英语单词上，后面的三个小时我会用来学习数学，中午饭后的一个小时我会阅读自己比较感兴趣的书籍，而下午的大块时间我会用来学习英语，晚上则对这一天的学习进行总结和反思。我会把这些安排制作成一个详细的表格，强迫自己在对应的时间区间内必须做规划内的事情，即便我对数学的兴趣远远胜过英语，也绝不会容许数学占用英语的时间。这样最终的结果是，我的考研成绩门门都很出色，不仅总成绩排名第一，单科成绩也稳居前三。

从那之后，我就开始特别注意对时间的规划，虽然时常也会因为不知何去何从而感到彷徨，但只要确立了目标，我就会制定出具体的时间规划，而后强迫自己严格按照计划执行。

但其实，之后的这些年里，虽然我也一直在努力按照这种方式去践行，却一直没能达到考研时的那种状态，现在想想，那时候的状态真的太美妙了，毫不夸张地说，一天能保持12个小时以上的高效学习时间。

现在的我，除了工作外，也会充分利用好每天的时间，去做些其他的事情，比如，每周的一三五下午17:30-18:50，我会去健身房做力量训练;下班后的晚上22:00-00:00，我会用来研究一些大V的文章，学习些公众号运营推广的方案，写写文章;上班路上，我会看些自己感兴趣的书，下班路上，我会刷刷朋友圈，看下别人的日常;而周末的大块时间则会用来充电。。。

当然，这一切的安排都是建立在没有特殊事由的前提之下的，事实上，大多时候也不会有一些特殊的事情，如果真的有，做出实时的调整即可，比如去年赶跨年红包项目的那一个多月，实在没办法，把健身暂停了一个月，项目上线后，才恢复训练。

这些，我都希望能够长久坚持下去，而一旦能够坚持到一定的时间，就完全有可能把几件事同时做到极致，只要事情做到了极致，就可能会有一些意外的收获。比如，我之前在CSDN上写了一年多的博客，现在累计访问量已经近百万，期间有不少出版社联系我出书、还有一些在线教育网站联系我录制视频教程。这些都有可能在你建立起自己的影响力之后而纷至沓来，但前期的坚持却是一条漫长而又没有任何回报的路。

成功的道路并不拥挤，有很多人在刚启程不久就掉队了，那是因为他们走错了路，或者有更多的人，自始自终都没发现过这样的路，那是因为他们自己都不知道自己想要的是什么(钱除外)。

当你的任务排期里只有一件事的时候，相信很多人都能够全身心地投入，因为除了这个，你可能也不知道干啥了，除非自己“没事找事”。而如果同时有多件事压在你身上，你该怎么处理呢?先做哪个呢?这个时候合理的时间安排就显得尤为重要了。

而当你不断遇到上面的问题时，这时候就应该静下来好好思考下，对事情的轻重缓急做个排序，决定哪些需要做、哪些不必做、哪些要马上做、哪些可以延后做。

时间管理中的“四象限法则”

在时间管理上有个概念叫做“四象限法则”。一个人的工作可以分为四种类型：重要且紧急(第一象限)、重要不紧急(第二象限)、紧急不重要(第三象限)、不紧急不重要(第四象限)。

第一象限：这个没得说，无论从重要性还是从紧迫性上来看，都必须马上搞定，比如产品临近上线前出现了比较严重的问题，这时候的当务之急自然是尽快解决这个问题，以保证产品的如期上线;再比如，重要的事情前期准备不足或者一拖再拖，直到临近deadline，这个时候原本“重要不紧急”的事情就变成了“重要且紧急”的事情，而很多时候，这一象限的工作也正是由第二象限转变过来的。

第二象限：这个象限的工作虽然不紧迫，但却很重要，这里的工作能否做好，决定了会否有更多的工作从这里转移到第一象限。做好这个象限的工作，就能减少其向第一象限的转移;反之，荒废这个区域则将使第一象限的工作量不断被扩大，从而陷入不断救火的泥沼。因此，这里是四个象限中最关键的区域。

第三象限：不重要但比较紧急的事情，这一象限的工作往往具有很大的欺骗性，因为按照我们常人的思维，紧迫往往会跟重要联系在一起，当一件事情很紧迫的时候，潜意识里它肯定也是重要的。但实际并非如此，比如，当你正在专心处理工作时，有人来问你问题，这个时候其实你就是被这个象限的事件打断了，这种事情对你来说也许并不重要，但是碍于情面，往往又不得不做。

第四象限：不重要也不紧急的事情，显然，诸如刷朋友圈、逛论坛这样的事情都属于这个象限，这类事情，可以选择不做，也可以放到碎片化的时间来做，比如吃饭排队的时候，坐公交的时候。

显然，我们应该把更多的时间投入到第二象限的工作中去，保证这些重要不紧急的事情能如期完成，而不至于被拖入到第一象限中去，否则，就会疲于应付各种紧急而重要的事情，从而让自己看起来很“忙”。

在对工作优先级做了简单的划分后，我们还需要初步评估下每项工作的难度，而接下来要决定的则是，先做难度大的，还是先做难度小的?

吃掉大青蛙

博恩·崔西建议我们先吃掉最大、最丑的青蛙(喻意难度最大的事情)，即先把时间投入到最具挑战性的工作中，最后再去完成那些相对轻松的事情。这点估计跟很多人平时的做法恰恰相反，至少我并不是这么做的，我总是先把简单的事情搞定，再去做挑战性大的事情，不过也总能如期完成工作。其实我倒觉得这里的先后顺序并无太大所谓，甚至有时候简单工作的优先级更高，比如，产品的一个体验点需要改进，作为一名程序员，你可能觉得就三两行代码的事情，soeasy，但是产品需要尽快看到效果，这个时候你就需要马上动手把这三行代码加上。

暑假的一天，我怀着寂寞的心情，读了这篇短文《20美元的价值》。

一个小男孩问爸爸一小时能挣多少钱?爸爸回答后，小男孩拿出20美元向爸爸买了一小时的时间。

小男孩为何要向爸爸买一小时的时间?从小男孩和爸爸的对话中我才明白：小男孩需要爸爸陪他共进晚餐，这足以说明小男孩孤独寂寞，需要关怀和亲情……一切的事情仅仅只要一小时。

爸爸会接受吗?我认为会的，因为爸爸明白了孩子为得到父亲的一点关怀就不会寂寞。爸爸应有的父爱是孩子最大的渴望。

其实用金钱不能买回时间，而父爱和母爱更是不能做交易的。爸爸一定不会收男孩钱的，因为爸爸为自己的不负责任而感到愧疚。

我认为，他以后再也不会离开自己的儿子了，他要用自己的爱来安抚儿子的心。

吃一顿晚餐是一件多么简单的事啊。世界上的父亲们，当你们工作繁忙而忘记关怀你们的孩子时，孩子们那双稚嫩的小手是否拿着一些钱向你们买时间呢?

金钱不能买来的时间，时间也不能换来亲情。时间和金钱对父母来说并不重要，重要的是亲情。

说到这里我一直在强调的是：世界上的父亲们，如果你们为了工作忘记在家盼你回来的孩子时，一定先要回家，安抚孩子那颗寂寞的心!

有些人为了钱不顾一切，认为金钱比什么都重要，而我却认为，时间比金钱重要得多的多。

那一天，我与很多同学留下来修改作文，也许你们认为修改作文能发生什么事？可是，它，正是这四个字，成为了我被家人批评的导火线。改完作文我与几个同学一起出来后，“暴风雨”便“袭击”了我——妈妈开始不停地数落我：“你看看人家何易柏，作文不用改，再看看你，作文写不好，订正还这么慢啊……”我十分懊恼，自己为什么不写快点，后来还有更惨的。由于在学校里写累了，我回到家里便玩了一会儿，没想到这一玩可让我完了，因为我家里有一个不成文的规定是：作业要在六点半之前完成，可是这一玩足足浪费了我整整25分钟，等妈妈在外面吃完了饭回来，开门看到我还在写字台上“奋斗”便大发雷霆了，她一气之下把我在学校订正作文的事情告诉爸爸了，结果两张嘴一起批评我，他们既说我动作慢，又说我没有何易柏好，我忍受着他们嘴里发出的机枪扫射般的数落我的言语，心里也十分懊恼：为什么我当初不好好写作文，还在家里，玩浪费时间。可是后悔又有什么用，事情也无法重来，我也只能在未来改正了。

所以，我认为，时间十分重要，金钱比不上它，就如我一样，时间丢了，就永远买不回来了。

Do you think so? No. I don’t think so. Because when money is spent, we can get it back. However, when time has gone, it will never return. Nevertheless many of us always waste time and put off today’s work till tomorrow.

In fact, time is more important than money and time never stops for anyone or anything. For everyone, time is so limited that if we waste our precious time, we won’t get it back. 时间是金钱

——题记

十七岁女生的天空总是充满幻想的，我也不例外，喜欢想象自己在家中悠闲自在的样子没有烦恼、没有欺骗、没有唠叨。有的只是妈妈的关心和爸爸的怀抱。但是这也只是想象而已。现实是残酷的，时间会告诉你，成长道路上满是挫折。

奶茶之旅

那一年，我十六岁，那一天，心血来潮想要挣点外快，就在赶集网上随手看了下有关于兼职方面的信息。一条薪资为180/天的“奶茶妹”信息印入眼帘，瞬间有了一种叫心动的感觉，毕竟180不是一个小数字，对于那时候只会伸手要钱的我来说。于是我抱着试试看的心态打了我人生中第一个有关求职的电话，接电话的是一位声音甜美的姐姐，她问了我的名字，叫我发照片和身高体重给她，我问了一些关于工作的详情，然后她叫我第二天星期六去上班，第二天，我怀着忐忑的心情来到指定的地点。看到了场面浩大的阿萨姆奶茶的活动，她们衣着整齐，大红色短裙、大红色的外套，连鞋都是统一的。我上前问了问，然后找到那位姐姐，她叫我换上衣服开始工作，毕竟是第一次，难免会有点紧张，当我换好衣服出来的时候从不敢开口，不敢给试饮到大声说着宣传语，然后大胆的给试饮，这只是源于看着别人能做到，想着自己有多无能。一天下来，大热天的晒着背很疼，还是坚持了，第一天，我很累，但是很开心。这份工作，我连续做了一个暑假。

发传单

发传单，在别人眼里应该是一个工资低、时间长、待遇差的一个苦职业，我开始这份兼职是源于一个同学的引荐，她跟我描述的挺好，我也觉得呆在家里实在无聊，挣点钱给自己当零花也不错，于是我去了，和一个同学一起，第一天上班，简简单单的培训过后就正式开始工作，有些人不需要的就是传单，有时候我刚发到他的手上可能下一秒他就扔在垃圾桶里，这样的行为被我看到，会有一点点的小伤感，但是必须习惯，时间长了，发传单这个职业还是比较自由的，可以随时走动，累了你可以坐坐，饿了你可以买点东西边吃边发。但是做的时间比较长，而且要看成效。如果你做的不够好，督导嘴上也不会多说什么，但是时间久了，那你的这份工作也快走到尽头了，这份工作，我做了好几个月。

超市销售员

我现在的工作说的好听点，是一名超市销售员，说的直接点，就是一个叫人家来买牛奶的。时间很长，也不能休息，有时候一站就是好几个小时，真的，有时候我站不住了，唯一的信念就是为了我的生活费和学校未交的饭费，我必须坚持，累了就揉揉腿，让它能持续片刻的感觉，有时候很想哭，但是却哭不出来，不是因为现在有多苦，而是我在为了我以后的生活打拼，我是一名学生，我有的就是时间，但是要你懂的怎么利用，要是时间可以变现的话就更好了，说钱你会觉得我比较肤浅，但是只有钱才能让你存活在这个世界上，如果不是需要它，我也不会整天站在这里含着泪的坚持。这份工作，我刚做两天且还在继续着。

体会与感想

这么多的工作经历告诉我，一个人要找到一份工作很简单，要看的就是你愿不愿意做和吃不吃的了苦，有一些人宁愿饿死或者乞讨也不愿做这些看似很底层阶级的工作，我觉得很好笑，其实也没什么，在我做了这么多你们看似低级的工作，我觉得我的生活是充实的，当我拿到我的第一份工资的时候，我的心情是喜悦的，即使以前在苦在累，也要坚信，付出的你总是会有收获的。我不说太多，如果不相信，你大可去试试看，只能说，这份工作带给我们的比那些饿死乞讨冷死的人来的更加实际。

时间是金钱。我一直坚信着这句话。
