我们知道，任何事情都有两面性，但我想碎片化的生活“利”远远大于与“弊”吧！碎片化生活顾名思义就是把连贯的完整的生活分散成许多像碎片的小部分。

浪费时间是可耻的，俗话说时间就是金钱，而不会利用时间、不会珍惜时间、浪费时间就是对生命的一种亵渎。

下面我想通过对自己的举例同时也让我自己深思这一问题一一浪费时间等于碎片化吗？

我对自己最熟悉的例子莫过于弹钢琴，与其说是自黑，不如说自我检讨。在之前很长的一段日子里，由于太过机械和枯燥，我弹琴弹了没多久便去休息、放松或是饮食，这不仅破坏了音乐连续性，还会使效率大大下降，这使我进度很慢，也很厌烦弹钢琴，我想这便是碎片化的生活给我带来的“弊”吧。

再者，就是智能手机与娱乐的碎片化，当我们发了一条微信或是朋友圈，我们中的大部分人都会等待它的回应，而那段时间，与其说是碎片化，不如说是一种“浪费时间”。也许，等待的那段时间少看了几页书、错过了某段电视，也许，错过了或说忘记了之前所记得一段事；也许……这方面我认为，浪费时间等于碎片化！

最后，我认为：有一部分的碎片化来源于学习，当你看一本书时，如果认为并不吸引眼球，你是否会换第二本书，而第二本内容也不新颖。而此时的你，如果继续看第一本书，你就会花费一定的时间去寻找你之前看过的地方。我认为，在第二本书插入第一本书的时候其实已经碎片化了，而再寻找那我们看过的地方的时间，便是一种浪费时间的表现。

对于有拖延症的人，不论做什么事总是没长心，那么可以先尝试集中精力短一点的时间，比如半个小时，然后再尝试一个更长的时间段避免被打扰和碎片化，并且在这个更长的时间段里只处理同一个事情。

利用碎片化时间和将时间碎片化其实是两个截然不同的态度，前者是充分了利用了可能会被浪费的小块时间来处理事情，而后者则是将本来整块的时间人为的割裂成多个小块时间再穿插着处理不同的事情。

所以你是在利用碎片化时间，还是浪费时间人为碎片化，这下应该清楚了吧！

“咦?”我和爸爸一路根据路牌指引，来到了泼水广场，发现今天有泼水节的活动，我仔细想了想，不对啊，今天不是泼水节啊。上网查了查资料，原来傣园天天欢度泼水节，是个招揽游客的项目。

到了泼水时间，啊——好“黑”啊!一套泼水服就要60元(租借的)，而且楼上的雅座一人就要30元，楼下的每一个座位都要买他们店里的东西才能坐。除了参加泼水活动的人，我们本着节约的精神，就在免费的大棚里休息。

想到阔别重逢，再次相遇的场景，心里只是一阵阵的着急和按捺不住的喜悦…站在约定的接头地点，望着哗哗啦啦的大雨，想着此刻她要是站在我面前我该怎么问候，该说什么;是否隔了一年之久两人也会变得有些陌生，怎样说才能打破那一年的陌生感…时间滴滴答答随着豆大的雨点一起流过，像初三中考前的倒计时，却不再觉得流逝的那么急…

当我还徘徊在回忆的门槛儿时，一个熟悉的身影停伫在离我不远处;本来以为看到我她会大叫一声我的名字，然后跑过来抱住我;没想到她竟然傻掉了，呆呆的站在那里睁大眼睛看着我;也没想到…大叫一声对方的名字，然后跑过去抱住对方的竟然是我!(本来想淡定一些，结果全乱了。)抱住她的那一瞬间…前所未有的开心和释然一拥而出。那感觉，这辈子都不会忘记。

那天晚上和她聊了好久，才发现她不再是以前的那个她了…一瞬间的小事都让她把人心洞察的透透彻彻，那些社会上处事的潜规则、为人该有的保护自己的心机，从她的嘴里平平静静的输进我的大脑…她说“累了，可以缓缓，但不能停滞不前，否则别人会走到你前边儿”…她说“不要因为路旁的杂花杂草影响了你所走的路，该放下的就放下”。我问她“你怕失败吗”“不怕”“为什么”“因为我失败过”。那么果断的回答刺痛了我的脑神经…我害怕失败，一直都害怕直视这个问题;听了她的话，我懂了好多…也沉思了好久…那个晚上，我看清了这个社会，明确了自己该走的路，也重新认识了她…

躺在床上看着熟睡的她…想起她说的那些话…，突然间觉得她熟悉中透着陌生…。这一年多她都经历了什么…?变得这么成熟和感性…只是纯真年少时某人的伤害吗?我不知道…她的内心比别人强大百倍，事业心重得在我的意料之外，也有着自己的主见和想法…蓦然想起了以前的那个她，包容着朋友的脾气和伤害，任何事都迁就着别人;生病了抱住床架死活不去看校医，还得我们拖着她去…回忆像旧电影…一遍又一遍的放映在脑海…

不知什么时候眼泪偷偷的湿了耳廓…也不知道我是在难过还是在高兴…我一直追逐的纯真年代，在那一刻告诉我，再也不会回来…。我也为她开心…成熟了好啊…有时候不需要太单纯…。

Last year, I went to Guilin for travel. On the train, I felt so bored. A

girl who sat next to me was reading a book, which caught my attention. I asked

her about the book, I found that I had read it before and then we discussed

about the novel. We talked happily, when the train arrived, we got off together.

When we got aparted, we promised to keep in touch. We communicated by the

computer. Now a year has passed, we become good friends and I miss her all the

time. She is a genuine friend. I plan to go to Guilin again and then we will

meet.

今天一大早，天气凉爽。我们来到了人山人海的熊猫谷。

进了熊猫谷大门我们来到了一条烟雾迷蒙的溪流旁，从溪流里弥漫出的是朦朦胧胧的烟雾，本以为水是热的，但我蹲下来伸出小巧的手，摸了摸溪流的温度大吃一惊，原来这个水并不是热的，是凉的。

接着我们紧跟着大部队慢吞吞的上了山。

没过多久我们就到了熊猫一号别墅，上了几个阶梯，看到了胖胖的、软软的熊猫，那是多么可爱、多么肥胖、多么乖萌，所以我打算叫它熊猫胖胖。

胖胖正在睡觉看不出有什么变化，过了好久它还没有醒来，我刚准备走，可心中的老赖就闹了起来：“怎么走了?快来，还没看完呢!”“不好!”我的腿被老赖控制了!“好吧。“我这才留了下来继续观察。

啊!好戏开场了。胖胖一下就“活”了过来。只见它站了起来，左手和右脚依次向前走一步，右手和左脚再依次向前走一步，多么好的搭配!看起来就像扭着屁股在前进，就这样一步接着一步地走下了阶梯。

下到地面的时候，胖胖突然停了下来，看到它的表情很奇怪感觉它在用力，原来啊它在拉屎!“你看到么，它没有吃肉只吃竹子，拉的都是青屎!”雅歌的爸爸说道，逗得大家都哈哈大笑了。

最后它拿了几根竹笋面对着我们吃，只看见胖胖闻了闻，把竹笋放在嘴前，接着撕开竹皮，最后大口大口地吃了起来。哎呀!胖胖吃得那么香，惹得我直流口水，我都想吃上几口呢!

每个熊猫都那么呆萌、那么顽皮、那么贪吃，你让我的童年变得这么有趣。我爱你国宝，熊猫!

那风打东边卷来，速度极快。它由小至大。树冠微微晃动，发出唰啦唰啦的响声。

忽然，只听“咣”地一声巨响，我不由地后退几步，被吓得踉踉跄跄，站立不稳。

这时，月光不知从哪里冒了出来，它娇笑着说：“哎呀，你胆子真小，你去窗边看看，是什么把你吓成这样!”我被它嘲笑地很不服气，便回到床边。

我向外望去，只见那风再次发出一声巨响，“轰”地击在窗户上。几秒钟前，还是微风徐徐，而现在，风力竟然这么大!

我惊讶不已。只见那风愈来愈大，呼呼做响，吹的树木摇晃，飞沙走石，云飞雾散。再细看些，只见那漩涡的风愈转愈快，声音越来越响。风发出一串得意的狂笑，“呼”地扑向大地，顺手摇着树木，扔起石块，吹跑云层;再近些，只见它拼命撞击窗玻璃，勇猛强劲，无物可挡;只见它掀起落叶，打击着房屋。在呼呼声中，它又猛劲大吹，吹得我看不清那银白透亮的明月。它疯狂着，狂舞着。它愤怒着，怒吼着。

忽然，只听“呜—”地一声巨响，那正狂舞的风忽然变小;又是“呜—”地巨响，风力又变得巨大，越来越大。四周一片模糊，一片寂静，只有风的巨响。那风速度是光般的快，它狰狞着，疯狂着。它狂笑着，击打着。它愤怒着，怒吼着。它不时发出狂吼，那声音震耳欲聋。落叶飞着，砂石乱滚乱飞，树摇着，响着，那狂风狂吼着，整个世界陷入一片混沌之中……

这时，月光笑着对我说：“天快亮了，你去睡觉吧，我让这风赶在天亮前回去。”说罢，它和我告别，便“嗖”地从窗口溜了出去。它逐渐在风中充斥开。像是有魔力一般，风似乎发出一声叹息，“呜—”地消失了。

我躺在床上，但久久不能入睡。

Skiing is a desirable activity fro＇ young people. It provides the excitement that the youth is commonly seeking. The skiers can enjoy the thrill of gliding at tremendous speed down a gleaming,white mountain slope. Often, with split second tinting, they must dodge trees, stumps, and rocks——or find themselves suddenly sprawling in the snow. If they have more than average skill, they can sall through the air in breathtaking leaps and jumps that bring excitement to the onlookers as well. 到了报告厅，我十分紧张，这可是我来到实验小学的第一次演讲啊!于是我在心里默念：“要努力，要自信，要努力，要自信……”就这样一直念着给自己壮胆子。“一号，二号，三号……九号”，下一个就是我了，我倒吸一口凉气，坐在那儿动也不动，我竟然能听到自己的心跳，那一下下的速度极快，快要从胸口跳出来了。轮到我上场了，我手里拿着话筒，心里又对自己说了一次：“要自信，加油!”说完就落落大方地上了台，开始了演讲：“尊敬的各位领导、老师，亲爱的同学们，大家好!我今天演讲的题目是……”刚开始，我的心一直砰砰直跳，身上直冒汗，腿也直发抖，但是当我看到李老师在台下冲我微笑时，我便鼓起了勇气，开始声情并茂地演讲起来。下了台，我松了一口气，总算结束了，老师也说讲得不错。

通过这次演讲，我得到了一些启示：无论做什么事情，你都要尽自己最大的努力去完成，不管结果如何。如果好就继续努力，不骄傲;如果不是很理想，也不能气馁，而是要想一想自己的缺点，学习别人的优点，让自己更加优秀。还有最重要的是的一点就是要自信!
