我有一个好爸爸，他对我特别好。

不出来两分钟，我豁然开朗，奇迹般地完成了这道题，我激动地举起了手示意完成。

他也在前面激动得吹起牛来：“你看你，这么笨，结果一讲也会啦?还是我最聪明……”我们俩都捂着嘴，拿眼瞄着老师，偷偷地笑起来。

我很高兴能拥有这样一个朋友，一个热心而又可爱的朋友。窗外的鸟儿卖弄着清脆的喉咙，唱出婉转动听的曲子，仿佛在为那个记忆深处的他而歌唱……

The first day for me to go to high school, I felt so excited, because I came into the new stage of my life. 以前我总是浪费时间，不同的珍惜时间，现在，我下定决心，一定要珍惜时间。

以前写作业，总是一天写一点，到返校的那一天晚上总是加班的十一二点，才睡觉，所以，返校那天总是精神不振，我的理由总是，“反正时间还多着呢！还有三天才返校，没事，一定能写完作业。”虽然每次总能写完作业，但是完成得并不好，字迹潦里潦草，眼睛旁边全都是黑眼圈，上课总是不能认真听讲，导致第二天早上，起床铃声都听不见，这一切，都是不珍惜时间造成的，总是以为时间很多。

那次，我正在写作业，微日记，早上本来想把微日记全部写完的，后来一想，还有三天开学，今天先写一篇，明天写一篇，后天写一篇就完事了，然后再一想，今天时间这么多，没事，慢慢写，总会写完这一篇的，我先写了日期，标头，然后又想：先出去玩会儿，等会儿再接着写，玩了十分钟后，写了两行，然后又去看了一会儿手机，又写了几个字，天渐渐黑了，一篇还没写完，我只能晚上加班，把这篇微日记写完了。

现在，上了小学，才知道时间是多么宝贵，才懂得的“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴”的道理，以后的作业，总是在学校就能完成了大半部分，回家才能好好休息，这样，才能劳逸结合，才能有时间复习，才能有时间做实践作业，这样不是更好吗？

黑色新闻之一：06年，彭宇出于见义勇为将跌倒的徐老太太扶起，却无奈地被徐老太指认是撞人者，并告上法庭，索赔13万多元。时至五年之后，案情才终于水落石出，彭宇才洗清了自己无辜的罪名。黑色新闻之二：2011年10月13日，在佛山南海黄岐，两岁女童小悦悦被一辆面包车两次碾压，几分钟后又被一小货柜车碾过。七分钟内在女童身边经过的十八个路人，全都对此不闻不问。最后，她被捡垃圾的陈贤妹抱起并送医院，但小悦悦已经永远地离开了这个世界。她给世界留下来的只是人们无止息的悲伤和国人对中国社会道德的反省。

纵观上述案件，这让我们看到：市场经济不断挑战着道德的进步，日益进步的物质文明并不一定能换来道德的同步提升。这一切告诉我们：物质永远不能替代精神，金钱永远不能滋润心灵。重拾中华美德，已经刻不容缓!

康德曾说：“能充实心灵的东西，乃是闪烁着星星的苍穹和我们心中的道德律。”实践贵于理论，中国人一定要重新树立一份具有良好道德品质的心灵，才能避免悲剧再次发生。首先，学会尊重和善待生命。世上的每一个生命都有存在的价值，我们没有理由漠视。小悦悦的悲剧是对生命的践踏，活在世界上的人们，要对灵魂来一次洗礼!其次，要树立健全的人格。从鲁迅笔下的孔乙己、祥林嫂，再到如今的彭宇被控告，小悦悦被碾压，他们的悲剧，从侧面反射出了人性的扭曲、美德的退却。所以，必须以道德教育来匡正人们的道德，去净化人们的灵魂。最后，牢记法律制度，树立良好道德观，做一个有责任感的公民。不要再让“老人摔倒扶不扶?”之类的疑问困扰人们的心灵，不要再被“有没有利益可图”之类的算计扭曲人们的行为，社会才能走向和谐。

说了这么多黑色的新闻，听了这么多负面的语词，我们这个社会是不是没有希望了?不!我们要说，在我们的社会里，“感动与刺痛并存，谴责与反思交织，忧虑与希望同在。”让我们诚心举起灵魂的标尺来善待身边的每一个人，每一件事;让我们呼唤退却的美德，使我们的社会、我们的生活中多一些阳光多一些和谐吧!

第一站，我和妈妈先去集市上，我看到我最爱吃的的鲫鱼，我们就打算去买，那个老板却说了句：“哎呦呦，小小的鲤鱼啊!快乐门牙?”虽然没能够有听懂，也没有弄明白什么意思，但是鱼很新鲜，所以妈妈还是愿意买来喂我的五脏庙!妈妈问他：“多少钱一斤?”

我国是举世闻名的文明古国，具有五千多年的文明历史的礼仪之邦，特别是我们的汉语，是人们传递信息表达思想的重要工具，而普通话，即现代的标准汉语，使中国走向世界的标准语言。而我国就是多民族的国家，地域辽阔，少数民族占比也比较大，人口众多，方言复杂，我们就更迫切的需要统一语言，那就是我们都讲普通话。

中国想要走在世界的前列不是光看靠科技强大，更需要让更多的外国友人懂得我们的汉语才行，与我们的沟通不只是靠英语，想要更多的了解我们中国还是需要懂得回说我们的汉语普通话。

同学们，当全世界的友人们都在学习我们的汉语普通话的时候，而我们自己，还讲不好普通话，你是不是会觉得羞愧呢?

I was a character，cheerful girl，so my hobbies is extensive. Sporty. In my spare time likes playing basketball， table tennis，volleyball，skating. When a person like the Internet at home，or a personal stereo. Not like too long immersed in the world of books，and family members have told me，Laoyijiege is the best. Talking about my family，then I will talk about my family has. Only three people my family，my grandmother，grandfather and my own. My grandfather is a engineer，I am very severely on peacetime，the Church me a lot. Grandma is a very kindly for the elderly，care for my life in every possible way. Therefore，I have no parents in their care，childhood and growth were full of joy.

I like this hotel management professional，because I like to live in a strict order of the management environment. 我是一个性格开朗的女孩子，所以我的兴趣爱好很广泛。热爱运动。在我闲暇的时候喜欢打篮球，乒乓球，排球，溜冰。一个人在家的时候喜欢上网，或者听歌。不太喜欢太长时间的沉浸在书的世界里，家人曾经告诉过我，劳逸结合是最好的。说到我的家人，那我就要说说我的家庭了。我家里只有三口人，我的奶奶，爷爷和我自己。我爷爷是个工程师，他平时对我很严厉，教会我很多东西。奶奶是个很慈祥的老人，对我的生活照顾得无微不至。所以没有父母的我在他们的照顾下，童年和成长都充满了快乐。

在我的日记本里有一片枫叶，红色的叶片像一只伸开的小手，叶片已经变得透明，上面清晰的脉络像它的血管，它是去年秋天我从一座大山里带回来的，是一个穿着花布衫的小女孩送给我的。

“它长满了叶子。枝根的，绿得深，枝梢的，绿得浅;虽然对列相间而生，一片和一片不相同，姿态也各有别。没风的时候，显得很丰满，娇嫩而端庄的模样。一早一晚的斜风里，叶子就活动起来，天幕的衬托下，看得见那叶背面了了的绿的脉络，像无数的彩蝴蝶落在那里，翩翩起舞;又像一位少妇，丰姿绰约的，作一个妩媚的笑。”

作者常常坐在窗里看它，感到温柔和美好。然而到了秋天，“叶子并不再长，反要一片片落去。法桐就瘦削起来，寒伧起来，变得赤裸裸的，惟有些嶙嶙的骨，而且亦都僵硬，不再柔软婀娜，用手一折，就一节一节地断了下来。”

从今天起，放慢你的脚步，也去仔细地观察一片叶子吧。你可以从上向下近距离地仔细观察它的形状、色泽、脉络，也可以站在树下看阳光透过叶片，像照X光一样，看到叶子内部的秘密。你就像摄影师那样，一会儿把镜头拉远给全景，一会儿把镜头拉近呈大特写，一会儿俯拍，一会儿又仰拍。你还可以观察它在风中摇摆的身姿，或从空中飘落、在地上滚动的样子。总之，你要从不同角度去看，要动静结合地看，然后，把你观察到的写下来。

随着你的细致观察，你会发现你与它之间似乎有了某种联系，你仿佛看到了它童年的嫩绿，壮年的墨绿。此刻，到了它生命最绚丽的时刻，那就把它夹到你心爱的日记本里吧，制作成树叶标本，在旁边记下你为它写的文字，以后无论什么时候看到它，你都会想起这一年的秋天，它为你留住了这个秋天的记忆。

司马光是我国北宋时期著名政治家，也是当时了不起大学问家。流传千古、影响深远历史著作《资治通鉴》就是他编写出来。

司马光小时候在私塾里上学时候，总认为自己不够聪明，他甚至觉得自己比别人记忆力差。为了训练自己记忆力，他常常要花比别人多两三倍时间去记忆和背诵书上东西。每当老师讲完书上东西，其他同学读了一会儿就能背诵，于是纷纷跑出去玩耍了。司马光却一个人留在学堂里，关上窗户，继续认真地朗读和背诵，直到读得滚瓜烂熟，合上书本，能背得一字也不差，才肯肯罢休。

他还利用一切空闲时间，比如骑马赶路时候，或者夜里不能入睡时候，一面默诵，一面思考文章内容。久而久之，他不仅对所学内容能够记诵，而且记忆力也越来越好，少时所学东西，竟至终身不忘。由于他从小学习一丝不苟，勤奋用力，为他后来著书立说奠定了很坚实基础。

司马光一生坚持不懈地埋头学习、写作，往往忘记饥渴寒暑。他住地方，除了书本，只有非常简单摆设：一个板床、一条粗布被子、一个圆木做枕头。

为什么要用圆木做枕头呢？原来是这样，司马光常常读书到很晚，他读书读累了，就会睡一会儿，可是人睡觉时候是要翻身，当他翻身时候，枕头就会滚到一边，这时他头自己会碰到木板上，这样一振动，人也就醒了。于是，他就马上披衣下来，点上蜡烛，接着读书。后来他把那个圆木枕头看成是有思想东西，给它起了个名字，叫“警枕”。

就是凭着这种永不自满、永不懈怠精神，司马光和他助手，花了整整19年时间，编成了《资治通鉴》这本历史巨著。

why is goal-setting important? because goals can help you do and experience every meaningful thing you hope for in life. instead of letting life happen to you, goals allow you to make your life happen.

successful people have visions of what their life should be and they set lots of goals, both sbort-term and long-range, to help them realize the visions. by setting goals you are taking control of your life. it is like having a map to show where you want to go. a driver with an aim arrives at the destination without any waste of time or wrong turns.

on the contrary, a driver with no aim drives aimlessly around, never getting anywhere and just using up gas and oil. winners in life set goals and follow through on them. they decide what they want and then get there by making plans and setting goals.

goals ara not difficult to set and they are not difficult to reach. it is up to you to find out what your goals, ideals and visions really are. with a clear direction, and with certain plans, you will straightly get what you want.

without a goal, you have to live a passive life. you do not know where to go, what you want and why you are listless. then your life be comes dull and meaningless just like the dead water in a muddy lake.

When I was in high school, I felt so bored about the English class, because I did not understand it. Miss Li was my English teacher, she found my attitude to her class.
