“叮叮当，叮叮当——”一阵强烈的金属撞击声划破了寂静。已是日暮时分，我倚在公交站牌旁等公交车，一边计划着即将到来的周末。街的对面，有一位卖糖的老人，用手中的工具敲打着叫卖，勾起了我的思绪。

那位老人卖的是一种麦芽糖，米白色，甜而不腻，回味悠长。因为卖时要用小锤敲成一小块小块的，便于吃的时候方便。所以敲时会发出“叮叮当”的声音，因此我们这儿把这种糖称为“敲敲糖”。

那位老人慢悠悠地向前走着，生意似乎很是冷清，路人纷纷从她身边走过，有的转头看一眼，有的视而不见，似乎都没有想停下匆匆的脚步。

以前，“敲敲糖”可是我们这些小孩的爱物。

每逢冬天，特别是过年前，大街小巷随处可见卖糖的人，随处可以听见“叮叮当”的声音。卖糖的人常把糖装在箩筐中，最上面放一个板子，买糖的人紧围在旁边。一把小锤子，一块形似弓的铁片，便是他们手艺的全部家当。他们会根据买的量，先敲下，然后将其敲成大约1厘米的正方体。敲时，他们用铁片压着，用小锤敲打铁片，很轻松就将糖切下。因为麦芽糖自带粘性，装袋时会撒一些“炒面”，以免粘在一起，影响口感。

我们一家老小都很喜爱“敲敲糖”。每每听到巷子里传来“叮叮当，叮叮当——”的声音，我就会拿上点零钱，飞奔下楼，买上一块两块。然后，边往回走边细细地咀嚼，品味敲敲糖那份独有的甜香。直到现在，我还记得味蕾上那种舒服的感觉，那么悠远，那么享受。真还想尝尝这记忆中的味道。如果不是正在等车，我真想买块老人的糖。

“嘀——”公交车来了，我上了车，坐了下来。公交车开得很快，不一会儿追上了刚才那位卖糖的老人，“叮叮当——”的声音又传了过来。我透过车窗看去，依然没有人买糖。我突然感到有些心酸。也许她家境贫困，卖糖是她生活的唯一来源。也许，是祖传的手艺，她不想就此在她手中失传;也许……

想着想着，我又有些隐隐担心。“敲敲糖”是我童年记忆中的一部分，是家乡美食的代表，也是我们博大精深的中华文化的一小部分吧。可这些，现在却渐渐被人们所漠视。不光是糖，我们的戏剧文化，剪纸艺术，等等等等，似乎都不受年轻人欢迎，取而代之的是西方的潮流。这样继续发展下去，很多传统的优秀的东西，将会随着时间推移而消失。

传统和现代，不应该是对立的。我们是应该补一补传统这一课了，我们应该把古老的文化补起来，发展它，让它融入现代，焕发出新的光彩，成为新的时尚。我真不希望，像敲敲糖这样一类滋养了我们千百年的传统的东西，就这样成为绝响。

到站了，我走下车。阳光依然洒满大地，明亮，闪耀，让人感到暖融融的。只要我们正确地对待传统文化，让它与时俱进地新生，它一定也会像眼前的太阳，发出闪耀的光，照亮大地。

“叮叮当——“耳边似乎又传来了清脆悦耳的声响。

“起床了!”我说着打了个哈欠坐起来，看看家里，空无一人，看来妈妈已经上班去了。“没办法，只好自己做饭了。”我嘀咕了一声。做什么好呢?我翻箱倒柜地找食材。啊，冰箱里有速冻饺子!我乐开了花——饺子既好吃，又方便煮，我就煮饺子吃吧!

我用锅盛了一些水，虽然不怎么重，但我端起来还是摇摇晃晃，好似一个醉汉!好不容易把锅架到了炉灶上，可锅一歪水一下子洒了许多。我无奈的叹口气，赶紧找来抹布擦水。

擦完水准备打火了，我深吸一口气，按下了按钮，拧到中火档，火却非常小，我慢慢地、慢慢地向大火拧去。突然“呯”地一声响，把我吓了一跳，冒出一身冷汗。我仔细一听，哦，原来是邻居家的门响。我放心了，把锅盖盖上，等着水开。

等了一会，我揭开发热的锅盖，本以为水开了，可望着水平如镜的水面，我的脸上写满无奈。我一会儿看一次，一会儿又看一次，可水还是没开，我非常着急，于是就把火再开大了一些。终于，水开了!

我把饺子倒到锅里去，可是，我刚倒进去，由于用力太大，热水一下子溅到了我的身上，我“啊~~”大叫了一声，像一只受惊的兔子一样跳开了。我心想，唉，做饭真不容易，有各种困难，不光累，还危险，真是不想干了。可是我转念一想，做什么事都要有始有终啊!于是，我鼓起勇气，小心翼翼地把剩下的饺子倒进了锅，这回水没溅出来。我又等了一会儿，终于，饺子都鼓起了大肚子，全都浮了起来，这回熟了。

我把饺子捞进碗里，坐下来开始吃。我吃着吃着，笑了。这碗饺子是我自己煮的，是我用劳动换来的，可比平时我吃妈妈煮的饺子好吃多了!以后我还要多参加劳动，因为劳动换来了好吃的饭，劳动最快乐!

第一个上场的就是这个季节的主角——桂花树叶，俗话说得好“八月桂花飘香”，可惜我鼻子不给力，闻不到，只能看到它叶子的美丽，桂花叶是椭圆形的，叶脉十分明显，由一根正中间的主叶脉往两侧伸展开来，而且叶子上有很多斑点，颜色深深浅浅，非常漂亮，叶面很光滑，好像打过蜡一样，十分具有观赏价值，而且叶片闻起来也有一种独特的淡淡的清香。

第二种是黄桷树叶，云南有“黄桷花开十里香”的说法，为什么这么说呢?因为黄桷兰开花时间很长，而且香味浓郁，能飘到很远的地方，有些人家在做饭的时候放进一两片晒干的花瓣，饭菜里就会有黄桷兰独特的香味，还可以去除羊肉、鱼肉、牛肉等的腥膻味。不仅如此，从黄桷兰中提取的香液也是一种天然的香精，黄桷树叶比桂花叶大，而且没有桂花叶那么硬，薄薄的，软软的，相比起来，黄桷树叶有点像一位亭亭玉立的少女，而桂花叶更像是力大如牛的武士。

第三个慢慢走上来的是榕树叶，它在树叶中算是比较肥大的，一般都说“独木不成林”，可是榕树长大后会垂下很多气根，这些所根就像胡须一样，越长越长，等它们长得垂到地面时就会钻进土里，又和树枝连在一起，形成“独木成林”的景象。榕树叶更近似圆形，叶片肥肥的，感觉很有营养的样子，新发出来的叶子颜色稍浅，油亮油亮的，太阳光照射在上面，感觉有水珠在滚动一样，榕树叶摘下来时，断口的地方会分泌一种白色的汁液，有粘性，我经常猜想如果有人砍断的榕树的枝干，会不会喷出一大股这样的汁液把他粘住。

第四位出场的是深秋两大主角之一的银杏叶小姐(我觉得另一位是枫叶)，说她是小姐，是因为她的形状非常优雅，她是鸭掌形的，像一把漂亮的扇子，在春、夏都是绿色的，进入秋天会逐渐转为金黄色，她的叶脉是放射形的，我认为正是因为这个原因，她才长得如此饱满。它和鲜红的枫叶一起渲染出了浓重的秋色。

Last week, my English teacher gave us a task, she asked us to form a small

group, each group was made up of five students, the groups need to do a

research, it is about how much people know about foreign country. In my group,

there are three girls and two boys, at first, we did not know what to do, then I

suggested our group take the cooperated work. As I and the girl are good at

writing paper, so the two of us decided to design the questions, and the other

three students are so active, so they like to ask people the questions. The

research went go so well, we finished it in two days, thanks to the teamwork, we

Oceans becoming more acidicThe worlds oceans are slowly getting more acidic, say scientists.The researchers from California say the change is taking place in response to higher levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.The lowering of the waters pH value is not great at the moment but could pose a serious threat to current marine life if it continues, they warn.Ken Caldeira and Michael Wickett, from the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, report their concerns in the journal Nature.Increasing use of fossil fuels means more carbon dioxide is going into the air, and most of it will eventually be absorbed by seawater.

Once in the water, it reacts to form carbonic acid.Scientists believe that the oceans have already become slightly more acidic over the last century.But these researchers have tried to predict what will happen in the future by combining what we know about the history of the oceans with computer models of climate change."This level of acidity will get much more extreme in the future if we continue releasing CO2 into the atmosphere," said Dr Caldeira."And we predicted amounts of future acidity that exceed anything we saw over the last several hundred million years, apart from perhaps after rare catastrophic events such as asteroid impacts."If carbon dioxide release continues unabated, ocean pH could be reduced by as much as 0.77 units, the authors warn.It is not absolutely clear what that means for marine life, however.

Most organisms live near the surface, where the greatest pH change would be expected to occur, but deep-ocean lifeforms may be more sensitive to pH changes.Coral reefs and other organisms whose skeletons or shells contain calcium carbonate may be particularly affected, the team speculate. They could find it much more difficult to build these structures in water with a lower pH.In recent years some people have suggested deliberately storing carbon dioxide from power stations in the deep ocean as a way of curbing global warming.But Dr Caldeira said that such a strategy should now be re-considered."Previously, most experts had looked at ocean absorption of carbon dioxide as a good thing - because in releasing CO2 into the atmosphere we warm the planet; and when CO2 is absorbed by the ocean, it reduces the amount of greenhouse warming.

Christmas Day is on December 25th, though it originated in the western

country, now it is popular around the world. In China, people will spend that

day happily, they will eat apples on Christmas Eve, the children will put the

socks so that they could get the presents from Santa Claus. When I went to

college, I had an unforgettable memory about my first Christmas Day.

As my major is English, I have many foreign teachers, so that I could have

access to the local culture from them. Christmas Day is a big day for them, when

When we got aparted, we promised to keep in touch. We communicated by the

computer. Now a year has passed, we become good friends and I miss her all the

time. She is a genuine friend. I plan to go to Guilin again and then we will

meet.

Hope Project is a Chinese public service project organized by official organization. It aims to help children go back to school, build Hope Primary School and improve rural conditions in poor regions.

In many poor areas in China, there are many school age children cant go to school because their families do not have enough money. As a result, they have to stay at home and help their families do the farm work. We often say that knowledge changes fate. Therefore, only study can help them go to the outside world and change their lives, even change the poor condition of their hometown. Through the Hope Project, much money and books and other materials can be collected to improve the poor conditions.

That makes children can share more resources to get knowledge. Besides, many people in city have a chance and channel to show their kindness. The most important and meaningful is that they can help those children who are desperate in need.

The happiest memory in my childhood was making snowman with my friends. As

I was a little boy, I always went out with my friends to make snowmen and play

with snow when it snowed heavily. We divided ourselves into several groups, two

or three people in each group. Then, we began to make our own snowman. We used

buttons to be snowmans eyes and carrots for its nose. After making our snowman,

we compared ours with others’ to decide whose snowman is the best. Sometimes, we

wrapped our scarfs around snowmen or put our caps on their head, so as to make

our snowman more beautiful. The last time I making a snowman was when I was in

university. But it snowed rarely these years. Thus, making snowman has become

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

回到家，就可以闻到一阵菜香，透过模糊的玻璃门，就是爷爷在灶台前忙碌的身影，当时，爷爷看起来特别高，窗户透过的夕阳余晖几乎全部被他遮住，身子的边缘是金色的。

光是这样我就可以看上老半天，直到他转过身发现了我，我才匆匆忙忙跑回自己的房间，因为我知道，他打开门，对我说的第一句话肯定是：“快去写作业!”

烧完了饭，他就坐在客厅里，一遍遍摆弄那个血压计，一次次测量自己的血压，等待机器的回应，然后用笔记下，尽管每一次机器都毫不留情地发出冰冷的机械女声：“重度高血压，请注意身体。”我有时会嫌太吵，爷爷便沉默着，将血压机抱回自己的房间。那时，他的身影似乎突然憔悴了，高大不曾变，可竟带了几分落寞，而客厅也显得空空荡荡的。

除了这一些，大部分时他都是很严肃认真的，大概是当过老师的缘故，他爱讲大道理，而我自然便是不喜欢的，经常自作聪明得左耳进右耳出，他见我不应，最后再生气地说几句，就转过身回到房间，再无声响。这时，我才心安理得地站起，望着他远去，发现他也不是那么高大，量量身高，才知道自己又长高了一些，忍不住洋洋得意。

进入中学，爷爷的动作也渐渐不利索了，手常常会抖，记性也不大好。他好像也感觉到了，于是，就和奶奶在那一年回了老家。我自己的心里却是十分高兴的，因为终于没有人在我耳边唠叨了。

回去的那一天，他也没什么变化，只是被行李压弯了腰，于是便与我一般高了，爷爷微笑着和我告别，我也与他挥挥手。

也是从那以后，我如以往一般上下学，却不曾再回家时闻到菜香，不曾再听见血压计的作响，不曾再听见唠叨。

也不知道自己是如何坚持下来的，终于熬到假期，就回老家去看爷爷。

那天碰到他，他正修剪着门口花坛的树枝，穿着素雅的白衬衫，外面套了一件灰色的针织衫，裤子十分肥大，随着风飘荡着。我走上前和他问好，才发现他已经比我矮了，脸上却还是笑眯眯的。

阳光像当年一般被他遮住，我的眼前却也被阳光照得睁不开眼。

他瘦小的身子边缘是金色的。

这一天，一个来自河南的猕猴桃，嗯，没错!是我!就是本桃。

嗯……我确实挺不幸的啊，我千里迢迢来到海南，但是有一位女士收到了我，当然，她就是我的主人啦!哎!这不是重点!重点是我的身体硬邦邦的，主人一看不太乐意了，毕竟身为大馋猫的主人想早点尝尝新品种红心猕猴桃!可让我受尽了酷刑——对我拳打脚踢。天哪!太绝了!我痛得满桌子地滚。

主人消停了几天后，突然又有一个来自四川大凉山的纸箱到了主人家中，瞧那阵仗，我不禁浮想联翩，天，难道是折磨我的刑具吗?还是来一起患难的好兄弟?接着，我看见主人打开了箱子，噢不!我的生命就要陨落了?天哪!我闭上眼睛冥想，可就在这时，一阵阵红苹果的香气扑鼻而来，咦?不是刑具，我离死亡远着呢!这红苹果长得还挺俊啊!不错不错!等等，哎哎哎!主人为啥要把我们放到一个纸箱子里呀?不!我要出去!这时，苹果用了一招“死亡微笑和死亡凝视”的眼神盯着我，才使聒噪的我平静下来。“你叫猕猴桃?”苹果笑着问，“嗯，对!是本桃!你你你……来干嘛的?”“主人说了，我跟你在一块呆三天你才能熟。”“噢!天哪!我亲爱的救星终于来临了!谢谢!”

自苹果与我同居一室后，咱俩的情谊逐渐生涨啊!天天都挺粘糊的，我走哪，它到哪。终于第三天来临了，我不能与苹果一块玩了。

在和苹果彻底分开那一刻，我的心里无比的悲伤。主人将我三下五除二就装进了他的胃里，就在我绝望之际，期待再见光明之际，我看到了跟我一起生活的苹果朋友也来到了主人胃里!嘿嘿，分别才几分钟，我俩又在胃底团聚咯!我们高兴得相拥而泣!

人的一生啊，能遇到如此有缘分的朋友，足亦!
